Wonderful great service nice staff great job on bed liners

Just went in to Truck Toys at closing time with a broken driver-side door handle. Homer and Aaron(I think, and a third guy was helpful didnt get his name) not only told me what part I needed to get and how to take off the door panel to fix it, but then as I was leaving already satisfied, they had found a replacement handle they had taken out of another vehicle some time back that matched, grabbed 4 tools they knew they would need, and came out to the truck and together fixed it all in minutes. Probably would have taken me a couple hours if I even could have found the right tools. And all this after hours. In this weird world today, these guys are perfect examples of whats still right in the world. And it pays; was going to buy other accessories for the truck where I now live in New Mexico, but instead Ill wait for my annual summer visit and do the work here. Thanks a lot Truck Toys.

Homer is awesome! I have a schedule to pick up my new toy hauler on Friday. Every shop we called was booked until early to mid July including truck toys. Homer says if you can leave it with me for a few days I can squeeze it in between jobs. A day later they are calling to say my truck is ready. Btw he was $300. Or more Less than every other quote I got. Truck toys in Sedro-woolley is top notch!

Wow. I can’t thank Truck Toys, Homer and his crew enough. They did a great job on putting a level kit on my truck. There was an issue with getting an alignment done (not their fault) because of the backup camera and needing to recalibrate and Homer went out of his way to contact a business who could get it done. The level kit was done quick and at a very fair price. I’m hoping to get more work done with my truck and this place will be the first one I call for information and estimates. Thank you guys so much for a job well done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRUCK TOYS!

If you want to waste your money on cheap foreign parts, pay twice what parts are worth and have hacks modify your vehicle - dont go here. On the other hand if you would like experts to install quality products at fair prices and deal with a team of honest, humble people that love what they do.. go here! Ive been here a handful of times, and recently had a problem after having a lift installed. It was not clear at all if the problem was directly related to the lift install, but after contacting them around 2pm literally within minutes they dispatched a tow truck to bring it in. It was still in question whether the problem was related or not, but they chose to not only fix the problem but purchased and installed new parts, no charge, and re-check every part of the suspension all the way around. They almost certainly lost all of their profit on the original job (possibly more), and get this - they thanked me (repeatedly) for bringing it to them and allowing them to take care of it. And they were done before the end of the day. Homer (and all of the crew) are the old-school cash on-the-barrel kind of mentality that will talk you OUT of spending your money foolishly, and their handshake is worth more than any contract or warranty. Would not and will not take my truck anywhere else.

Homer and his crew display some of the best customer service Ive encountered in the area. Price quoted was the price paid. My job took longer than anticipated due to the complexity of the coach but quote remained firm. I wont hesitate to recommend Truck Toys in the future. I went there because of word of mouth and I am glad that I listened to a friend that had a similar job done there. A first rate, professional installation done correctly. Lots of stock on hand for or all your truck needs, but best thing about this place is the service. Had a small issue with a factory defect on a product purchased and install here. It was fixed quickly and with zero hassle. They stand behind what they sell 100 percent. Cant recommend them enough. I will be back for sure.
