Employees are always nice, but went to go get ice cream around 940ish pm and gas and they couldn’t sell me anything until 10pm cause they have an end of day count I get it but like really I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. Kinda silly and inconvenient. Would’ve gone somewhere else but I wouldn’t make it considering I had legit enough to make it here.

This is a gas station where you will have to wait to pay for gas if the staff are busy doing their chores. Go to Petro America down the road, instead.

Rude unhelpful staff, poorly kept location. Stay outside to get gas, dont come in and have to put yourself through the experience of interacting with the staff.

What convince store closes so employee s can break?? Dont get me wrong happy their employees get breaks but this aint the first time this is happened maybe a new store manager that can do schedules?? What a joke of a gas station

The employees here need to learn how to read and use the state issued ids regardless of direction of print. The daughter was excited to buy dad beer and these jerks would not sell to a legal adult.

The cashiers are rude and always getting into arguments with people. They have an ok selection of snacks but nothing to write home about. Many unsavory characters coming and going and the Sedro-Woolley P.D. hang around there alot. If your tabs are expired I wouldnt recommend pulling in there at night LOL.

This business needs some help.The staff are always having issues with the cash registers, pricing is incorrect or not in the system at all etc.The line will be wrapped around the store and they only have one cashier while you watch two or three other employees (usually a manager included in that) standing at the end of the check out counter talking about their weekend.As far as the effectiveness of their staff, training their employees seems to take a back seat to just having a warm body in the building. Every time Ive been in here the cashier is complaining because they are wanting them to do something that they have not been trained for and are not offering the training.Seriously AMPM, get with it

The worst customer service ever! Employees were rude and very untidy. I had never had such an awful experience, employees were rude so I decided to leave better than being treated like this. Better use Shell, its worth to drive a couple minutes more.

All I wanted was a hamburger. Instead. They say I have to wait an hour and come back. Worst customer service. And their hot chocolate just tastes like hot water. Worst store ever

Doesnt accept credit or debit card at pump. Your required to go inside and wait in line, only to be belittled by a bunch of the rudest people imaginable.(Original review)Awful service. Gas pumps slow as fu... Err a snail, stupid pay machine doesnt work, all out of breakfast food way too early.The people were nice enough, but you could tell they were stressed and probably unhappy with life. Been there, felt that.. Hold on long enough and it WILL get better!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would absolutely do so. The customer service was abmismal and both women working were less than pleasant to all of the customers. In fact, I have never received worse service in any other public establishment! Kat, the worker behind the counter, was extremely rude to me and every other customer that walked through the door. She refused to give me the right price on the item I purchased and instead argued with me and upcharged me 4 extra dollars. I couldnt leave fast enough!

Its nice that its the only store in sedro Woolley that is open 24 hours. Otherwise, there would be no place to get gas in town past 11 pm or so, but over all, the employees are not too helpful or friendly, so its not always a great experience going into the store

Dont go here for air. The machine looks like it works but it doesnt. It will just take your 6 quarters. And the people inside wont give you change unless you buy something from inside. A scam if ever there was.

If you pay with cash, you get cheaper gas, they only do cash inside, pretty pay.

Just your average convience store. The pumps have since been replaced with new terminals. Nothing special otherwise.

The staff didnt give a damn that thier gas pre pay machine #4 took my debit card today, I had to raise hell just to ask when the manager would be there to open the machine to get my card back. Ill never be back to that store again, Sedro Woolley doesnt need a store like this. P.S. The employees there are dirty, brain dead and look like a bunch of washed out ex Bellingham snowflake stoners that couldnt pass a drug test. The very worst ampm store I have ever done business with, do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

This is a sad sorry excuse for a store. Its always dirty the cashiers are rude and dont seem to be properly trained.

They lock their bathroom at 9pm and refuse to let anyone use it! Never going here again.
