Its a The Home Depot... you probably know what to expect already. That said - be it short staff or whatever, I did wait about 15 minutes for a curbside pickup. Otherwise a fine place.

Picked up a new bathroom vanity, sink and faucet. One employee was very helpful getting the vanity and sink from the top shelf. The items were reasonably priced but not sure the vanity is solid wood.

We visited 2 home depot. The first was in Smithfield RI where Mohammad was extremely helpful and the second was in Seekonk MA, where Katarina and a gentleman were also really helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when before entering the Seekonk store I was greeted by a worker. I was not sure if he was speaking to me at first. He asked if he could be of help. Informed him what I was looking for and he pointed me to the right direction. He told me where to go. I only visit certain home depot locations due to their great customer service. Thank you!

The Home Depot in Seekonk, Massachusetts offers an unacceptable experience to its customers. I waited in line to have a key made. The gentleman waiting in front of me asked how many keys I was making, he then told me to go in front of him since I was only have one key made. When I did, an older female employee shouted from 30 feet away...Hey, he was next! Then, a male employee began to make my key. He didnt look like he knew what he was doing, the key machine made a noise and then the screen displayed out of order. The male employee then said, you broke the machine, your key broke it. I told him it was a standard key and it definitely did not break the key making machine. This house key has been copied at this very Home Depot in the past. He never said he was joking but just continued to stare at me with an angry look. I then drove to Lowes and used the key copy machine self-service kiosk and was able to easily make a copy of my key in a couple of minutes. I understand there is a worker shortage, but what a nasty set of employees at Home Depot. This was a small purchase, but I have spent several thousands at that very Home Depot over the years. I have no intention of every shopping there again. Terrible.

Helpful staff and huge selection. Prices a tad high, but thats the way of things these days.

We went around 8:30 pm and even that it was late Mike was very helpful and friendly, He answered all our questions, with his help we only spend half an hour inside and we found what we were looking for.. Thanks Mike excelent customer service .

I sit in the flower section with my cart. My husband spends a good penny on projects. Lots of help and friendly attitude . He always has a need to improve our home. They should give him a home depot apron. Its fun for him and I like to see him satisfied. It all pays off because our yard and home look grand. Thank you Home Depot.

Wonderful and strange charm of big business meets old school. Found an item that wouldnt come up on the computer system so in the end I was permitted to just take it and allow them to investigate further. Also thanked for not not yelling. So be nice and see what it gets you in this world!

They have literally everything you could need for any project, any tool, any part, any material. And the staff are incredibly nice and are willing to help whenever you may need it. Its very organized as well and well kept

Its my favorite Big box store I love just going through the aisles and finding stuff its like Christmas everyday sometimes youll run across a good deal if the price ends in 06 it has 6 months left before it gets marked down if it ends in 03 then 3 months it will be gone so you can make a deal just know how the system works

They let you cut your own wood, unlike home depot.

The Store is fine, just prepare for a long walk if you want something outside, near outside then have to walk to the other end of store to checkout. Then back to were you parked. They dont always have what I need in stock, even checked another Home Depot.

Just want to say that the manager Chad is on top of his game I had in issue a few weeks back he said he will call me when the product came in most people would forget about it and move on yesterday I got a call from Chad to let me know that one came in, thanks Chad

Hard to get help, but cant blame them, blame the lazy people collecting unemployment instead of working. But this place used to be great place, always someone to help. Now, its hard to get help

This is an excellent store to go to as long as you need no help to find what your looking for or you get lucky enough to have maybe those few employees that are decent ppl who genuinely want to help their customers. Seriously the majority of employees I’ve spoke with were extremely rude and just seemed straight up miserable and take it out on their customers. I went there yesterday in the electric dept. there were two employees there I asked if they had a specific breaker and one responded saying “I’m not an electrician” and walked away, the other did explain this wasn’t their dept. but they could’ve still got someone to help me, I wasn’t asking a question for an electrician, I was trying to ask an employee of a business if they had a specific item in stock which he could’ve easily looked up on the store phones. This gentlemen worked in the plumbing dept. So instead I went to the nearby Lowe’s and they were extremely helpful and friendly so that’s where I’ll be going now or a Home Depot elsewhere

Attention personnel depart. Seekonk MA Home Depot #2615:Please give MARIA DORSEY in Blinds & Window Treatments a well-deserved raise and employee commendation. My custom ordered fabric roller shade had wrong width. Maria efficiently made remake correction order verifying with installer. Add this to her original patience helping me decide between Roman or fabric roller treatment. She did all cordially because she is a good listener. She reflects very highly on Home Depot which often gets criticized for being an impersonal big box store. I will give Maria any of my future window decor purchases and tell my contacts as well.

I went here looking for an axe to chop firewood. They had a pretty good selection and the price was reasonable. There was no terlit paper in the mens room so someone took off his boxers and wiped with them. Left them in the sink with the water running leaving a small pool of doo doo water on the floor. I slipped a bit but didnt fall. All in all on ok experience.

Always a great experience. Especially when my jobs are in Mansfield I make sure I get what I need in seekonk. Bad experiences at Providence,mansfield. They dont have knowledge and great costomer appreciation.The managers really take there time to help. This is why I dont mind waiting for help.

I spend alot of time and money here. Nearly every trip there seems to be issues. Like, terrible bent lumber, searching for good lumber. Items not on the shelf, but in stock somewhere. Never a feeling that im a good repeat customer, even though I am. Very few times where I felt that the customer matters. Thats what I miss about the mom and pop hardware stores.

I had a wonderful experience at the Seekonk Home Depot. Len and Dennis were extremely helpful and figured out an effective solution to my problem, (connecting an old shop vac to my new Dewalt orbital sander). Len/Dennis suggested and demonstrated how I could use a sump-pump hose to connect the two units (shop vac and sander) to minimize the sanding dust. I purchased the hose kit, followed their directions, and bada-bing it worked perfectly! If youre looking for knowledgable employees, the Seekonk Home Depot is where youll find them.

Staff was very helpful. Store is not as well kept as Lowes. Perhaps the volume of contractor business is a factor.

Heather in deliveries is incredible. Every time I go there. She greets me with a smile and assists me in every aspect of what I need. I couldn’t ask for better help with my home projects. The advice she gives me is remarkable. 5/5 stars.

I purchased a discounted front door from a Home Depot location near my job. Ultimately, the door didn’t work, I tried returning it to my local Home Depot near my home. Chad, the store manager declined to accept the return even with my receipt and credit card it was purchased on. His reasoning was he didn’t want to disrupt his inventory. Terrible customer service!

Went here looking for brass piping. A lovely employee helped me find what I was looking for.

Disappointing to see a lack of mask enforcement here, and a lack of social distancing due to not using and enforcing one-way signage for aisles. Went to the store and had customers with their nose hanging out.The one thing they did right was disinfecting the self-serve registers after each use. If you know what you need, use curbside pick-up instead.

I stopped at Home Depot, in Seekonk, yesterday and was looking for plant holders. Since I could not find it because it is a seasonal item, I asked Francisco for assistance.Francisco was ready to assist me with a great smile and was persistent in finding the item to satisfy me. He went to the garden shop and other areas to find the item and would not give up. He was courteous, efficient, professional and energetic.What a joy to be served by him in an excellent manner and not once said I dont work in this area and sent me to another colleague.Bravo Francisco for a job well done and you are an asset to Home Depot! Ordered a fan for curbside pickup. Even though it was not the best price, curbside was worth not having to go in giant store, find it and schlep it out.

Shelves were somewhat EMPTY. I did get what wanted in the first shot. Entrance to the store can be overwhelming until you have been a few times. More human cashiers would be nice. This has nothing to do with COVID.

I go here for everything I find great help that go above and beyond not something you find in every big hardware store! They treat me like the pro they promise and that is very rare as well! Definitely give this home depot a 5 star review all the way! Coming back soon for sure!!!

There is been no effective communication and right training, the work environment was not pleasant at all.

I was in the garden center today May 19,2020. I was shocked to see 3 employees with their masks hanging around their necks not covering their nose or mouth. These employees were less than 6 ft from shoppers.The cashier had a mask on her mouth and I asked her to please cover her nose with her mask twice while she checked me out. Every shopper had on masks and knew exactly how to wear them. I will not be back to the Seekonk,MA store anytime soon with such disregard for their visitors. Retraining is certainly in order.

Like this place because I have been here a few times lately so kinda know were everything is thats different but if they dont have it here you can order it from here on line and pick it up in a week or so very convenient

Very unprofessional service representatives when I called, only called to confirm availability of an item and was put on hold.. sent back to the rep, on hold/ transfer again.. and one more time put on hold until it was transferred back and the rep picked up phone and immediately hung up. I called the store back since maybe it was an error. The same thing happened again.. I was super courteous and polite and I did not deserve that level of disrespect. I tried calling the store one final time and directed my call to a specific department and was finally given my answer. Which was probably a guess since he didn’t take the time to look.. just a guess off the top of his head. That rep was not too helpful either. Defiantly avoid this Home Depot at all cost.

A bad experience renting a tool in the renter center. The bottom of the machine is worn out and would not hold the pad that would hold the sandpaper to sand the floor .Made a complaint. Got my money back for the rental. went back the next day and thats still renting out the machines.Unbelievable!!!!!

I came here to get materials for a small, non-standard, project. I was cheerfully greeted and assisted. I was shown one item that would meet my need. Past experience has trained me to check the nearby Lowes. At Lowes, with the same request I made here, I was shown two options, the first was the same here but the second, I felt, met my need better. Maybe it was the knowledge of the individual people I dealt with - Ill have to check for that option 2 next time I visit here. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars for this visit.

Well stocked and clean store. The associates are professional and knowledgeable. If they do not know the answer to a question they find someone who does. Parking at this location is good and it is easy to get in, get your stuff, and be on your way.

No help here. Walked around the store for help locating products and all I got was a point to direction where it was at, never found it, so I went where ? Lowes and they helped . Home depot is not a helpful place.

Could not find d a single person to help me

I couldnt find what I was looking for. I couldnt find a sales associate to help and then I had to check myself out. A rather disappointing experience.

Typical Home Depot experience... According to the website there was supposedly 16 items in stock.. go the the aisle and bin and there were none downstocked... Had to search for an associate to help me get the item.... The associate was very nice and helpful, but I shouldnt have to search for several minutes to find someone to help... Home Depot should hire more help to Mack sure the shelves are stocked...

They messed up my return. Marked one item as picked up even though it was never picked up. Absolutely horrible experience. The staff was very rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and were defending their actions. It took some explaining and wasting my time to make them understand the mix up they did. Never ever..

This Home Depot is pretty great. It usually has what Im looking for. The Electrical department is a little weak. Ive also had a few issues with having to return merchandise because of defects or missing parts. Other than that, the store is fine.

If you want an individual picket fence, do not come here. It is a complete waste of time. Also no workers seem to know where the products are located.
