I bought my girlfriend an Elentra GT here. The staff was great we told them our budget and they got us exactly what we needed. They werent pushy or trying to upsell anything. They listen to us & got us in the car we wanted that same evening.
Service was ok. Brought vehicle in for a recall and also had an oil change performed. After assessing, they determined a part would have to be ordered, so I had to return a few days later. Upon return of the vehicle, I noticed a number of settings in the car had been changed without notice, including the automatic headlights, and strangely, the vehicle on/off chime is now turned on again. I am giving 4 stars because they were kind enough to not charge me for a failed attempt to program a smart key for a different car I brought in.

Checking on a 2022 Tucson, sticker price was 37 and change, but salesman tells me me the price was 42000 I said thats a 5000 markup he said yes I walked. Good luck any dealership the marks up the price should be boycotted.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle drove over an hour there and they wouldn’t let me even look at that vehicle. The excuse was they didn’t have the title yet! Tried to sell me a different vehicle that was way out of my price range. Made me feel bad and bullied that I couldn’t afford what they wanted. Walked out and never looked back.
Angel was very customer service centric. He understood my needs and wants. He was beyond patient with me while I struggled with my indecisiveness. Angel was extremely professional and I would hight my recommend him to me friends and family.

The sale associate was great and very professional. He is the only reason they get 3 stars. Unable to make a deal as they were not offering anything close to the kbb value of our current car for trade in. The lot had little to no options of each new car. You will have better luck buying a new cr at a different dealership. The manager left a very bad taste in my mouth after she came over. If it werent for associate I would have left 2 stars. There was no real reason for her to come over as she provided no new offer or information. She just reiterated everything the associate said and kept saying we are not far off with a bit of attitude. In my opinion there is no need for a manager to get involved unless they are going to offer something new or a situation escalates...neither of which happened.

The customer service at this dealership is awful. I booked an appointment online and before my appointment I received a confirmation phone call from the manager who was rude and told me that if I wasn’t going to be able to make the appointment to call and cancel because she was having one of the sales people take time out of their day to meet with me and she didn’t want their time to be wasted. When I arrived at the dealership no one had any record of an appointment and there was no one waiting for me. Fortunately someone was available to show me the car.I ended up purchasing a brand new 2021 Palisade and the day I left the dealership with the new car a major part broke and I had to bring it back the next morning. My car stayed at the dealership for three weeks. The parts were back ordered which I know is beyond their control but the way they have handled the whole process was bad. I had to initiate all of the contact and seek out updates on my car. As an additional FYI, Hyundai Corporate has awful customer service too.Like other reviewers have mentioned pay close attention to the documents you are signing. I was given one price before I came to the dealership and when they presented an official offer at the dealership it was a few thousand dollars higher. When I went to sign the final financing paperwork the amount was still wrong and was higher than the official offer they presented. I think it was all just miscommunications but if you’re not paying attention you may end up paying more than you expected.
The service, which was not by appointment, was taken care of quickly.I was told in advance that one would not be needed on Saturday morning and it was not.The representative was very personable and pleasant and informative.There is no doubt in my mind of the results of the visit and will come back again if necessary.

The ease of buying a vehicle at Pride was epic. I am used to having to spend hours haggling a deal, but Pride started out with a fair offer for my trade in and the dealer incentives were better than any I have seen in other dealers.Update: I had to call Hyundai because I couldnt get my roof rack off my Santa Fa. They were very helpful in telling me how to do it, and that I needed a special key. I told them I only had the keys the dealer gave me. They said they will order me one but to check my owners manual, and it was there. Once again Pride Seekonk is the best dealership I ever been to.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and the initial experience was great. My girlfriend had referred me to this dealer because she had a great experience buying her car here. However, once the paperwork was signed it all went downhill. Neither my girlfriend or I received the referral bonus for her bringing me to this dealer even though she told my salesman she purchased her car here, even going as far as showing him her salesman’s business card.I never received a phone call when my plates came in until my temp plates expired and I got a letter stating my registration was going to be suspended for lack of inspection. I called and was told my plates had come in and the representative told me they “ didn’t know why” my salesman didn’t call me.I had a remote starter installed and mentioned I received an email from carfax saying there was a recall on my ABS sensor. I was told it didn’t apply to my vehicle, that they already checked my VIN and everything was fine. It wasn’t until I got a letter from Hyundai saying my vehicle was effected by the recall that I knew anything was wrong. I called the service department to schedule the repair and was told they needed to order the parts and they’d call me when the parts came in to do the repair. I called the service department a week after the initial phone call and was told (with attitude) “the parts aren’t in yet, we’ll call you”. That was over a month and a half ago. I finally gave up and got it done at another dealer who scheduled me in the same initial phone call for 5 days later.Lastly, during the car buying process I paid over $600 in documentation fees to have the car inspected and registered. I then get another letter from the DMV saying my registration is expiring a mere 5 months after purchasing the car. I now have to spend another $112 to re-register the car 5 months later?Overall this whole experience has been awful and I will not be purchasing another vehicle from here and I will not be recommending anyone to get one here either.

I would have given this visit a better review, but I was there do to a mistake that was made at Pride when they were replacing my brake linings a week earlier. The car would make a large banging noise when ever I went over bumps. When I brought it in it turns out their were bolts on the calibers that were not tightened. The problem was fixed w/no charge but it should have been fixed properly the first time.
What a great dealership with great people, they were honest and did what they said they would do! It was a very smooth transaction! Maggie is awesome!
I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received upon arriving at Pride Hyundai. I was met by Roy Silveira, Sr. who answered all questions I asked. There was no pressure with Roy, and he gave me plenty of options on deciding between leasing or purchasing my car. After spending quite a while leisurely walking their great inventory I found a couple Sonatas I was interested in. Roy then took the time to sit with me and go over my option packages to find out what was important to me, then suggested a test drive. He pulled the car up and off we went. He explained many of the safety features and convenience features of the car and by the time we arrived back at the dealership I had made my decision. Pride did everything they could to make my experience as stress free as possible and I cant recommend them enough. Ill be sure to return there again!

Wendell and Tony are always a pleasure to deal with. Also, the service departments availability is next to none. I leased my 20 Elantra through First Hyundai but I will not go to them for service. I called at the end of August for an oil change and an electronic update recall. They have lease packages so I wouldve obviously preferred the discounted pricing but she told me they didnt have anything until the 28th which I find outrageous. I called Pride and was taken in 2 days later. Thank you to all the employees, you do a great job!

Bought 2017 Sonata. Quinn was my salesman no pressure to buy and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answer all my questions and concerns. Pride has always been helpful with the service of my car. I wouldnt trust any other dealer or private auto mechanic. The service department personnel is top notch especially Wendell and Tony. They are polite and very courteous. This is why I trust Pride of Seekonk.
I had to wait awhile to post this. All of my interactions with this company have been less than subpar. Upon buying the vehicle they took over an hour to find financing for an over 800 credit score. They then roll out the used car with mismatch tires. I proceed to check the oil and see that it wasnt changed, its not very dirty but its not new and the salesman continues to insist it was done. ( I used to be an automotive tech, I know what new oil looks like). Im told they have this program to sign up paying every other week to knock down interest, I say great sign me up. A month later and nothing. I eventually get an annoyed response from someone say the desk of why dont I just do it myself? This was all just during the initial purchase.Several months later we bring the rims in for recondition as is a service we pay for as part of warranty. They claim they have no loaners and cant do it. Despite our warranty offering 40 dollars towards rentals they shrug their shoulders. They finally get done. We bring it in for a repair to the rear side seat as covered in our warranty under an inch tear which is was. THEY PUT CLEAR GLUE OVER IT AND SEND IT! thxOur most recent service involved repairing the push to start button. Pay out deductible, it gets fixed and we go to pick it up. The service guy hands us the keys sand says its in the lot. Yeah, its there ALL THE WAY IN BACK HIDDEN FOR US TO FIND! Thanks, top notch customer service. I make sure to tell everyone of or experiences with this dealership. They seem to continue in this fashion like its just normal. I was always weary of buying from a stealership and this place cemented those feelings. Not another unnecessary dollar. And Ill be doing all maintenance.
Yeeesh!! The Pride Hyundai service system is absurd!! They told me to bring my vehicle in for a needed recall, set me up with an appointment, followed up six times with courtesy reminders, but then didn’t have the part when I got there. This happened years ago as well, and I figured it was a random glitch at the time.Oddly, according to manager Lisa, they supposedly fixed this 2 years ago: “we have changed the procedure to pre-book these recall appointments so that we can order the parts in advance and set them aside for the customer. This should alleviate a similar situation in the future.”Perhaps these procedural changes simply take a few years to implement.
I have always strongly disliked buying a car. The experience never failed to be miserable and shady. Dealers were pushy and forceful and always made me feel uncomfortable. Theyd sell me the world only to break my heart. I would tell them what I could afford to pay, and they never respected that, always coming at me with a figure that was simply to high. My experience with Pride was the complete opposite of everything I just described.Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they were kind, professional and reasonable. They were respectful of me and my finances. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with the car I wanted. I can not say enough good things about my salesman, Roy, and the team at Pride. I will definitely go back and recommend Pride to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car!

Purchased our 6th car from Pride last night. We dont even think to go anywhere else. Easy, painless and always professional. Even with a slight hiccup last night the manager Rob and salesperson Maggie stepped up and straightened it out immediately. Even when things may not go as expected they still deliver. I purchased a Sonota 2 years ago and the salesman (typical) did not provide me the best options for my situation. Showed me one vehicle and sugar coated everything just to make a sale. I honestly felt pressured in buying a very expensive vehicle. Now Iam stuck with no other options. From the salesman to the manager were both pushy. The only representative that demonstrated caring for the customer is Wendel in the service department. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. Its all about the sales not what is best for the customer.

The first purchase was amazing, the second time even more amazing, and this third one, beyond amazing! Roy Silveira Sr., our salesman, and Rob, the General Manager went well above and beyond all expectations we could’ve ever asked for or expected. There was no haggling, no games, no back and forth, just a straight up, honest, sincere, affordable car purchase. Our trade-in values far exceeded any other dealerships offer and they offered and applied rebates that were new and we knew nothing about! Roy always follows up the day after the car purchase and after service. He also follows up periodically to see if we have any questions or concerns about the car or if there’s anything, he can help us with. I recently brought my car in for maintenance and the service department was such a delight to deal with. Tony, the Service Manager, takes his time to explain details about my car and what it needed so that I understood it. Purchase used vehicle great experienceI just bought a used Hyundai Tucson best experience I ever had in buy a vehicle Went in and told them my needs and wants and manager said he would find me what I was looking for wasn’t there more than 30 minutes on my first visit left my finance info while I was there for them to pull my credit report And I test drive one of the vehicles similar to the one I was looking for Came back 2 weeks later and they had what I was looking for finished up my paper work again only about another 30 minute process left and came back couple days later to sign final papers and provide proof of insurance they said the lowest finance they could get was 11% when I came back they ended up getting me 7% financing I had special registration needs so I left once again as they needed some time to take care of my registration and get the car detailed I came back the plates were on the car and it was ready to go great group of people my salesman was. Dennis Esteavo And the manager I dealt with is Rob both were very professional and treated me well highly recommend this dealership and I will be returning to upgrade to a full size next year great group

But When I showed up there, they just said sorry, the car has gone last night. Very unprofessional group, will Never return, worst New car buying experience, from the Top of the Organization down, Pathetic to say the Least. Bought the vehicle on Monday 10/19, sales manager tried 3 times to scam me with a Fee, he was conveniently forgetting to subtract the trade in allowance for my trade, from the total price of the new car, and adding a 7% fee. 7% x 14,000= $980 fee into his pocket. Then the clueless finance manager Art begins the paperwork, notices a monitoring company on my credit (Good to have) and says I will have to wait with the sale associate until he resolves it, NP. 45 minutes later he says he cannot get through to Hyundai finance, I shouldnt wait around, he will take care of it, he doesnt. What he never told me was I had to call Hyundai finance myself (Fine if he gave me the number and actually explained this to me) due to the credit monitoring service I have. Finally on Wednesday I get through, and after numerous calls to Pride Hyundai and Rob K (Hes In Charge) none of these associates, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, No One ever told me I had to call Hyundai Finance directly. Probably should have told me Monday while I was sitting with Art in his office. Today, just NOW, 24 or 25 days later my new Registration arrived in the mail, speaking with the Owner, Lisa Anjous Pariseau, she sent me an email (Ill post shortly)stating she would mail it asap, she didnt. I left her a VM, and as expected no call back. The new registration is dated 11/6 today is 11/24. DO NOT Purchase a car here!!!!
The price i was told by the sales guy was totally different from what was on the contract. They dont sell you a car from what they have on their website and they take advantage of people. They sold me a car for $28000 and the price on their website is $23000... They tricked me and took advantage of me. They lie about the price of a car and their rebate deduction.. They scammed me...avoid this place. They are terrible

I came all the way from Boston and wasnt disappointed, the car I called a head about was prepared for my test drive, Camron Rahmani is a great sales representative, gave us a great deal on our trade, gave us time to discuss and think w/o pushing us to buy. The finance coordinator was quick and efficient, scored us a great rate. The whole thing took less than 2 hours and we were on our way with a new clean, fully fueled car! Never had such good experience buying and trading a car! Highly recommended!
Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! I traveled from Connecticut to get a great deal from Angel. We worked out the details over the phone and then I came by train from New Haven to get my Venue. Angel even picked me up at the station! I love this guy!!

I came in knowing exactly what i wanted and even though they didnt have the car on the lot, they got it for me. The Sales Consultant, Angel C., made the buying experience painless, fast and easy. He got me exactly what i wanted with no sweat. The Financial Manager, Arty C., was easy going and wanted what was best for you. He got me a great rates and coverage that worked for me. They both went above and beyond what was expected. With this Covid-19 pandemic, it is hard to keep your hopes up but, these 2 representatives made it stress-free. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Pride Hyundai. You will not get the satisfaction and the hassle free environment like them! Thank you Pride Hyundai for your efforts and getting me my dream car!

Spoke to Matt on a Wednesday about my motor making noise and throwing a knock sensor code. He advised me to bring the car in and have a look at it. By Friday everything was set to go!! The paperwork was started before walking in the door and Matt had a rental already staged by for me. I was anxious I would be spending thousands, but Matt was quick and spoke to Hyundai of America and advised me that my vehicle was being fixed under warranty. My Santa Fe needed a motor. Matt had the motor ordered and the Technician had the car ready to go within 72 hours. They were very professional and easy to work with. Matt and the technicians have my full trust I now know where I will be bringing my vehicle for service.

Brought my vehicle in for an issue. The fixed it. Three weeks later, I had the same problem. Brought it back. They fixed it again, saying the first coil they put in was either bad or put in incorrectly. Same problem 2 days later. Didnt have time to look at it so I had to wait another day to being it in. Very frustrated.
From start to finish and beyond great experience! My sales girl Tori waa amazing to work with as was my finance person Art. They got me financed when others wouldnt-thanks for having faith in me!! I had my car for about a week when I came upon an awful situation that left my hood scratched. I was heartbroken as I finally got the Tuscon I have wanted for so long. I went in to pick up my registration and was telling Tori about it and Wally said he would take a look. He reassured me that it wasnt as bad as I thought and had it taken care of right away. Doug.... all I can say is amazing. Was working with another dealership and was getting the run around, and Doug had it done in 3 hours. He kept me informed each step of the process and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Cant say enough great things. We have been completely happy—thrilled!—with Pride Hyundai, from buying our car through its first service. All the staff are friendly and make you feel like your business is appreciated. Even though we came late for our service appointment, our car was done very quickly. The extra “schlep “ for us from Portsmouth RI is well worth it.
I had the interior of my car detailed and that includes the seats, floor, rugs, trunk and tires for $89.95 and I must say that I was very happy with the service. My cloth seats were shampooed along with my rugs and the floor of my car and the tires were cleaned. The dashboard and everything inside my car was wiped down and polished. I didn’t think the trunk was going to be shampooed because I had some groceries in my trunk but I opened my trunk only to find that they still detailed my trunk as well. I was very happy with the service.
