I love these guys! You walk in and are met with smiling, intelligent faces, and sit in comfortable swivel bar stools, directly in front of the register/computers and are treated like family. You got a question....ask it. These guys will get you back up and moving, fast! great parts, many different purchasing points (you wanna get the chinese knock off, or OEM, you choose!) Great hours, and half days on Saturdays, for the weekend driveway mechanics.Please, save yourself the long wait times at other local chain/franchises, and be treated like a person instead of a dollar sign.

Needed some wheel studs that no one else had in stock but Northeastern had them and they were cheaper then the other auto parts stores......Staff was polite and friendly and they had the parts on the counter waiting for me when I walked in...... Couldnt ask for better service

Do NOT buy a battery from these guys. 2 years and 11 months ago I bought an 84 month (thats 7 year) battery from them. The battery died, a cell went bad. I went there to exchange the battery, and I was met with snarky attitudes and was insulted (for paying to have the system checked out because I didnt think a battery would die this soon) and my Father was basically called a liar (he told them that the Die Hard battery that was in the truck before this battery lasted 7 years and was still pretty good, which is the actual truth).All that I could put up with IF they had done right and made good. Heres how the deal works; a new 84 month battery doesnt actually cost much in reality...BUT, they pro-rate it to the list price which, according to them, is over $200. So, a replacement battery would have cost me over $60. Uh huh.Go to Sears, get a Die Hard.
