Great experience. Got in and out quickly was very educated on my options by Abraham he was great, and had a very nice way about him. Was able to take my new queen mattress home the same day. They even help to tie it securely to your car.

We needed an adjustable bed and after a lot of research decided on a purple mattress with an adjustable base and my wife found a good price at mattress firm. We were very happy with the purchase and the mattress and frame have been great. We ran into some problems with the base and I called mattress firm and they could not have been more helpful. I want to name out the salesperson who helped with that, John Puccio made an extra effort to make sure that we were helped and able to get through the warranty process easily and quickly. John called me back to let me know he had spoken with his district manager and made sure I knew that our problems were being resolved. Thanks John for all your help!

My wife and I visited the store on 6/9/2021 in search of beds for a guest room. John was very helpful, courteous and attentive. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive mattresses. We appreciated the fact that he listened to exactly what we were describing, and he found what we were looking for. Overall, an excellent experience.

When I expressed interest in options to upgrade my current mattress to alleviate lower back pain, I was given a helpful and thorough rundown of all my options and settled on a head and foot adjustable base. The salesperson (Abraham) was very knowledgeable of the products and took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. There was no sales pressure as we had experienced at another furniture store.We’re looking to have some good quality products delivered to our home next week.We added an adjustable base to our purchase which we opted to buy the 10 year extended warranty. What disturbed me is that they overlap the coverage. It comes with a 2 year warranty but the extended starts from time of delivery, so in effect you get an 8 year extended warranty. Why not be factual and state it that way?

We went to a few places to shop for a mattress before heading to Mattress Firm. We were greeted by Brandon, He was very informative and patient as I tried and retried mattresses before deciding on the perditions fit! He did not push us towards the most expensive mattress or rush us along, but made many suggestions as to what would help with things like sleep quality, muscle soreness, back aches ect..... If you need help buying a mattress I would definitely recommend Matress a Firm! We made our purchase and to our surprise Brandon called us the next day to tell us the mattress went on sale and gave us a $200 Credit on our account! Shocked to say the least because it was not on sale the day we went in and he did not have to give us the money back. So on top of all the other good stuff They are an honest company 😊✅

Well, I bought a new mattress today. It’s not something I thought I’d be be spending money on during a pandemic (or even want to spend money on) but I’ve been having major issues with my current mattress. Aches and pains that I shouldn’t have at my age. Tossing and turning all night and never really achieving the quality sleep that I should be getting.As someone who is VERY active recovery is extremely important to me. I have been part of the Health and Fitness industry for over 12 years. My background is in Anatomy and Physiology and I take much interest in how nutrition, exercise, and recovery effect mental and physical performance. I met with Brian and I can tell you not only is his customer service exceptional but his knowledge and understanding of the products that he has to offer are extensive. This clearly goes beyond what the company provides as training to their sales reps. He has an understanding of what good quality sleep is and factors that can negatively impact it. His knowledge of the body and how it reacts to different stimuli when it comes to sleep is extensive. He was able to point out a few different options for me based on cost, issues I have been dealing with when it comes to sleep, and how each mattress would benefit me or not work for me at all.Depending on your sleep quality you will either see an increase or decrease in your mental and physical performance from day to day. If you are on the market for a new mattress, don’t want to be played around with by a sales person, and gain an understanding of the science behind sleep go see Brian Morrison. I promise you that you will have an excellent experience and learn a lot in the process.. Brian- thanks again for helping me out. We had a fantastic customer service experience here! Even though Justin realized early on we would be unlikely to purchase a mattress from them due to shipping to an unusual location, he gave us a very informative experience and was incredibly helpful with none of the negative pushiness or excessive sales you worry about when mattress shopping. We truly learned from and enjoyed our shopping experience here, especially compared to shopping at some competitors. Wish we could have bought from them, but the issue was on our end!

Great service and prices!

The mattress that was delivered to me was full of stains and bumpy like oatmeal. It was so bad, that the delivery men warned me before they even took it off their truck!! I luckily, saw it with my own eyes and rejected delivery. The fact that someone OK’d this mattress from the warehouse as satisfactory, deliverable and worth $3,000 is INSANE. I instantly lost all respect for this place and will be looking elsewhere. Anyone affiliated with this company should be embarrassed.

Due to my own late work schedule, we arrived at the store a half hour before closing. The employee, Allison, was friendly and knowledgeable. We were not rushed, she actually offered to let us try more mattresses to make sure we were satisfied with our selection. The delivery team was efficient, no complaints with them. We were expecting a confirmation call the night before to narrow down the delivery time, but that call never came. Just as I was about to call the store on the day of delivery to discuss the delivery details, the call came in saying they were on their way. We have only had the mattress/box spring for two nights, therefore we will reserve any comments specific to the product for a later time.

I went into the store and everything went well(a bit over priced as it was), they had no problem accepting my money. However, their customer service is atrocious. To begin with the woman working there wrote the wrong phone number down. I called the day of delivery to get an update and she had trouble finding my order. She said that she accidentally wrote down the wrong number and asked for confirmation to correct it and that I was next on the delivery schedule. 4 hours later and no mattress, I decided to call again. She told me that the delivery drivers tried and there was no answer, even though I was at the apartment all day AND next to my phone with no visible attempt of either calling or paging via apartment call box. The woman then states that she AGAIN wrote down the wrong phone number, and that I would have to wait another day for delivery and offered a $100 refund and a new 5 hour window the following day. The next day, I called in and talked to another representative and was simply wanting to request a 30 minute heads up as I have other things going on and would like to make sure I am available to receive the mattress, and was rudely told I just need to make sure I am there when they are or they will move on. He seemed annoyed that I called and offered zero assistance. Although purchasing from this store is very easy, dealing with the associates is a nightmare and leaves you subject to their incompetence. What ever happened to taking pride in your job? Their job is customer service, not merely swiping credit cards and then continuing to wander an empty store. Hopefully I receive my mattress today as the floor is quite stiff on my back. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and advise you to shop around elsewhere unless you have no other option

Recently purchased a mattress from this location. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working Mohamed M Belal. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel obligated or pressured into a purchase. He took his time to answer all of our questions and untimatly helped us choose the perfect mattress. If you are looking for a new mattress I would highly recommend this location.

I arrived just as the store was opening. Looked like they were preparing for the Labor Day weekend sale. Many brands to choice from and everything was pristinely displayed. I give only 3 stars due to unfriendly staff member.

My parents purchased a mattress from this joke of a company. They originally had a water bed so they got rid of it the day their delivery was expected. It has been a month.....mattress firm has delivered 4...yes 4 WRONG size/type mattresses!!! How can you screw up that bad? Nobody wants to seem to help fix the issue either! My parents have been sleeping on a living room couch for a month. Stay away from this company, the people are unprofessional, uneducated, and completely disorganized.

We have had the mattress one week and already we are seeing/feeling dips on both sides of the mattress where we sleep. We paid well over $2,000 for it and were hoping to be able to sleep on this mattress for years to come. This is why we got rid of our more than 10 year old mattress, which didnt show dips on either side until the 10th year. Very disappointed in this mattress and the inconvenience we will experience, not to mention a ridiculous $150 fee to have it removed and replaced with a mattress that will keep its firmness. Worldclass Beautyrest, Bridgewater king mattress is what was purchased.
