We went to upgrade our phones and Daemon Angelus was our sales associate. He was very informative knowledgeable and had great customer service. We never felt pressured or rushed in any way. If you are planning any up grade or need any information please go to the Swansea store and ask for Daemon You will be very satisfied

The guys that work here are extremely helpful. This is a corporate store. I learned the hard way that not all verizon stores are created equally, and that you might not know which store you are in. That being said. Dont ever try to leave Verizon service. It is easier to take out your own liver without anesthesia.
This location was very pleasant to visit. Store was very clean and having an appointment made things less hectic. Mahlik was extremely helpful and great to work with. Would recommend using this store for your needs.

My husband and I came in to see about switching our 4 lines to Verizon from another carrier tonite. When we came in we got blank stares from the two men behind the counter and an almost inaudible hello from the older man. Neither of them seemed to want to freely give any information on switching our phones over until we asked specific questions about what we found online. Even then they looked confused and half-hearted. The older man walked away. The younger man finally halfway looked at a sales packet he had but ended up telling us we could not switch my husbands top of the line phone. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and left within 5 mins. No sale. We wont be back.
It was like pulling teeth to get any help. They were more interested in being on their own phones
Kristen and Mike were exemplary employees and I found everyone very helpful and professional kristen and Mike went above and beyond to help me out Im disabled and they treated me with the utmost respect

Verizon needs to get their act together. Either answer the phone to let people know (you tell people to call, but then dont answer) you dont provide the service at this specific store, or change the names to reflect the services.
Well the Verizon place I just left I dont have a problem with.but apparently where I purchased my cell phone and watch Im guessing Im not happy with right now. when I bought the watch in the phone is so they could connect to each other cuz Im not supposed to have my phone at work. Never really used it Ive always had the phone with me and everything connected to the watch. but theyre getting very strict so I leave my phone in the locker. Nothing connects to the phone once I leave the locker room. The Verizon store I went to told me the watch and the phone are not compatible. But yet Verizon sold me the watch and phone and led me to believe it would work.

Chris L. Solutions Specialist is the worst employee at a verizon wireless first party store that I have ever dealt with. From the moment I walked in, he was condescending, rude, and clearly trying to discourage me to move forward with my phone purchase due to the fact it was 30 minutes prior to closing time. Chris L. is a horrible customer solutions specialist. He would do much better at a job where he doesnt have to communicate with other people face to face.
Its not this place. Its Verizon in the general sense. I am trying to get help for an elderly neighbor whose phones are not working. I checked them personally and no dial tone.Verizon absolutely stinks in terms of basic support.

My spouse and I went to the store to buy a Samsung Galaxy S9+. The Rep we spoke with was incredible patient with us and also answered all of our questions as thoroughly as one could hope for. Only complaint was the base price of the phone. $90 higher than another store in the area, so we left without purchasing anything.
I walked in looking for information on bundled services. Was ignored, by the staff. The signage for the sign in kiosk is extremely small and never having been i this Verizon before I had no idea if I was to sign in, take a number or just wait. The customer service rep refused to give me any information without my husbands permission since my name was not on the account. Explained I only wanted pricing and service information and she still refused. Asked to speak with a manager and he said the same thing. The service rep than spoke to me in a very slow voice stating that I did not understand and she was just doing her job. No one apologized or was able to help me. When I spoke with the store manager a few days later he did apologize but stated that his store has excellent customer service and everyone is always happy with it. I was treated very badly and the customer service is terrible. Drive the few miles down the road to Swansea for a much better experience.
The new establishment is under new management and the quality of service has greatly improved. Staff is knowledgeable about Verizonwireless products and services.

Phoned in and also came in for help with an existing phone and to transfer info to another phone not purchased through Verizon. Andrew helped me with both issues. Very professional and courteous. He spend a lot of time trying to solve the problem I was having unlocking the new phone. Yes, there was a bit of a wait for service, but Im assuming that would be at any of the location on a Saturday afternoon.

Horrible. Unknowledgeable sales associates whether over the phone or in person. Literally you can call 3 different Verizon stores ask the same question and get different and misleading information. Clearly Verizon doesnt want to pay more than minimum wage and thats what you get. I really cant explain the rudeness, unprofessionalism, and lack of information its appalling and motivated me to switch carriers. Verizon really shouldnt have customers the way they treat them, its incredible. I dont pay 300 per month for service like this, Verizon, store manager, you should be extremely ashamed.

Over priced new items are pushed hard. PC Metro around the corner was less than $100 for a phone with a month service, $200 for 2 phones. The 2 phones at Verizon?? $1,200 paid over 2 years!
At first I thought this was a great experience. The rep stayed later to get us sorted out and we were on our way. Unfortunately, after reviewing my account info and making phone calls for clarification we realized we were outright lied to.Lie One: We were told that we were getting 4GB PER line for about 120 a month. Both myWife and myself repeatedly asked if it was per line and we were reassured that it was - only I found out after the fact that it was 4GB for all FOUR lines combined.Lie Two: we wanted to pay off as much as we could on our phones. We were told they “couldn’t” figure that out at that time - when I called in to Verizon call center I was told otherwise and was told that I could have only payed a deposit on the phone(s) when AT the store.Lie Three: I was told I was going to get employer discount AND a discount for being a FIOS customer. I wasn’t told that I could only get a discount with FIOS only if I had a rediculouly expensive GB triple play or double play plan.Even worse if you decide to leave - you’re expected to pay restocking fees to turn your devices back in because you want to drop them for being deceptive.Avoid this location like the plague as it seems they will tell you what you want to hear just to suck you into a contract.

I want to thank Jeff Pacheco for taking the time to help me tranfer and delete information from my daughters phone. It was not an easy solution but Jeff tried everything and finally figured it out. I will continue to shop at this Verizon Store.

I recently got a new phone. Come to find out my bluetooth headset didnt work with my new phone. I was hesitant to go to a Verizon store because the last time I went to one with a question in regards to my bluetooth headset I was told its a little dingy maybe you should just get a new one it served me perfectly for over a year after I was told that. I went to the Seekonk store and was greeted by the manager who signed me in on his Ipad and told me to look around and an associate would be there to help me in 5 or so minutes. I wish I remembered the ladys name but she never said a word about buying a new headset. But spent 5 or 10 minutes testing things out trying to find out what the issue was. She finally determined that nothing was wrong with the phone. So I was the one who had to ask her if I should get a new headset. She said I could try one and could return it didnt work. I asked for her opinion on what was the best one. Instead of pointing me to the most expensive one, she tried looking for one that was the same make of the one I had, because I told her how happy I had been with it. She spent another 5 or 10 minutes looking for the one her computer told her they had and the manager finally found it in the storage room. She then proceeded to remove it from the awful packaging, turned it on, followed the steps to pair it with my phone, and made sure it worked with my phone before I left the store. She was VERY helpful, not pushy, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
