My Christmas cards came out beautiful and the groupon made them a great price. Too bad Im only able to actually send 25 of the 50 because they didnt give me the correct amount of envelopes.Will update based on how my call tomorrow goes, but not looking forward to going back and waiting in another 10 minute line. And thats if theyre even willing to correct their mistake.

Store was well light and had nice displays. Gaming chairs in lobby are ultimate level of comfort. Technical support was helpful in chosing product. Sadly, checking out was a nightmare. The manager tried to help but even he could not get payment to process. Faulty equipment, he said. Lucky, I had my charge card and he even fumbled trying to make that work. Dear upper management, please send some new equipment to this location and give check clerks more training.

On hold for 30 minute, Earlier I Was there for scanning some documents. They send me email without attachment. Try to call on Phone number sent in email, But it was wrong. Need to take it out that phone number. I found working number from google and on hold for almost 30 minute.Staff was good and no other issue, but not worth to waste 30 min on hold or listening music ???

Recently I went in to Seekonk Staples to scan a large document. I had a bunch of issues with the document - for some reason the printers werent retaining the document after the scans so we kept having to redo them. Two people helped me and I was impressed by how patient they were and how they kept trouble shooting the issue until finally the project got done. Danielle is awesome! I hope she gets a raise. : ) And the manager, Rob, was also awesome.I told them weeks ago I was going to give them (and their store) a great review but I am late in getting to it - I hope they see it. Will definitely go back there for big projects. THANK YOU!

Quick, no waiting

Great staples. However, I’m taking off a star because of the dumb idea of “express” prints at the copy and print center taking an hour. I don’t live next to staples or down the road where I can just drop by whenever, I actually have a life. I’d be happy to pay extra for express but I should get it when I walk in, and I know they can print certain things within seconds.... that was my four star review... now I’m down to one because I put my print order in in the middle of the day and I was told that it should be ready by 8. I call around 8 to ask if my order was ready and like any other business, no answer, just advertisements and repeated music. So I’m assuming that it was done and when I got there, it was probably ready but they put a guy who’s untrained at the copy & print center... not his fault, I felt bad for him cause he was dealing with a lot of attitude and I’ve been dumped onto a job that I’m not familiar with but if they’re short... if any job is short on staff, than the manager should be the last desperation resort to be placed onto a station. Anyway, he didn’t know how to check it which is not his fault, I didn’t know how to do everything at every job I’ve been to. It’s managements fault, bottom line.

I will never shop here again I can see why vista print is a lot better when it comes to business cards

Copy center employees are always helpful. The prices are decent and the store is well organized and clean. They carry enough variety (prices, brands, available features) of many of the products they sell, so there should be something for every budget. Most times the place doesnt get overly busy (in my experience at least) so there have never really been long lines...easy in and out. Parking is easy.

Found everything I needed at a good price. Couldnt pick up a case of paper. The store employee put it in my cart and then my vehicle. Whats better then that!

The woman working in the copy and print center on Monday afternoon is snappy and rude. She had several people ask for assistance including myself and she didnt help a single person. Three stars instead of one because the woman at the register ten minutes later was an absolute joy.

I am frustrated by the lack of adequate staffing at the Seekonk print and copy center. There is usually just one person trying to handle everything from printing jobs to failing self-service copiers. There needs to be at least two staff members in this department to service the demands of customers. I frequently have to wait for someone to be available to come to the counter or a malfunctioning copier. When the person is available, they are often very rushed because they are being asked to do the job of two or more people. Please hire more employees!

Nice staples, I normally use it to ship out UPS items and never had an issue. Parking is easy with the large lot they have shared.

I used to work here. Honestly there were moments I had cried when I went home. I was treated like a slave and not an associate. When I go in there to buy a flash drive it became corrupted I had important data that I could NOT open that affected other lives. The people I work with dont work there probably anymore. Im glad I dont either. So many times I have tried defending this place they decided to kill themselves then came for me.

Good service I used them for copying blue prints they did it quick and were friendly. Prices on supplies are a bit high but they have everything you could need.

My second time sending a package. The lady went and sent the wrong package to the address. If you don’t have employees paying attention to what they’re doing then don’t have them at all. $30 of items lost. I’m not using staples anymore!

Arived at staples in Seekonk and needed 3 -18 x 24 copies made. The girl in the copy center said she could put the order in and i can pick it up in the am. Are you kidding me !!!!!! I guess they dont hire people to run copiers after hours.

Fast service for making copies of all kinds

I don’t understand how this seekonk store remains in business. Their employees at the printing station were completely incompetent. I went there on a friday afternoon...the store was completely empty, and a lady that works there after 10 minutes of staring at her computer, probably doing nothing, told me that print jobs are done on the next day. Just one print. Either she was incompetent to print a paper or lazy.Retail is dying in part for having these kind of employees.

By far the worst customer service which is a reflection of poor management in that store. I called to ask someone to look up a receipt for me (I had the date, order number and total) and the associate came back on the phone and said the manager stated I have to be IN the store for them to look it up. This is false, its laziness on Seekonks part!

Purchased a $20 pair of wireless earbuds just to find they were previously returned used with ear crust and all 🤮
