We had a large in-ground pool put in with an electronic cover. There were many moving pieces and issues along the way but John always responded and made sure to correct the issues to our satisfaction. We went into this project not knowing anything about building or running a pool, and John and his team made sure we had everything we needed to be successful pool owners! We love how everything came out and will make many memories by the pool! We recommend Lucky Duck!

Ran into minor issues with all the parts, John responded right away to get the missing parts delivered. I was happy working with Lucky Duck and would recommend them.

Had 2 appointments scheduled to close pool. First time they showed up hours early and did not do the job. someone called to reschedule and acknowledged their error. The second scheduled appointment, they did not show up at all after I used vacation time from work to be there! Never heard from again!

My sister I law swears by this place. Anyway she bought chlorine but couldnt take it because she has back problems. Sent me to get it. I arrived at the counter and he was on the phone. He was talking with some family members for 10 minutes while I was standing in front of him waiting. He didnt put them on hold to wait on the customer in front of him. It was literally 10 minutes because he eventually hung up and proceeded to talk to another actual paying customer whom he must have put on pause on the phone o wait for him. WORST CUTOMER SERVICE Ive experienced in a long time. Paying customers should a always take presidence over personal in a well run business

The owner seems very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and answered all my questions his hours are tough but I was able to get there before he closed. Parking was easy. I bought chlorine but he had everything I would be looking for. I know he does repairs also. My new pool place.

Very sad. Found him when he just started his business and now he turned out like the others. Older customers are left to wait for services while new customers are serviced first. Told so many how great he is, not like the others, but now greed or the inability to say no to work he cant handle has taken over. Breaks my heart but have to say goodbye. Thanks for the last two years.

Called never gave me info and said he was going to come by and blew me off.

Walked in told Jhon I had a leak on a pump he asked for the brand I said Hayward flow master. He then replied with the part number from his head. Wow. Is always nice when u find someone that knows what he is doing

Justin and the team worked hard to get my pool at my newly acquired home ready for the summer. It had been neglected for years and was a dark brown color. Additionally 2 feet of debris lay hiding beneath the surface of the water. And the pool was not properly winterized. They assisted in clearing that debris and using the least amount of chemical as possible worked at getting the water clear and removing stains from sidewalls. They took apart my pump and lubed it up and checked for peak performance. I would strongly advise calling them if you are seeking professional assistance with your pool. They do excellent work and are really trustworthy.Can’t say enough about this company and it’s wonderful associates.

Everything I did to clear the water in my pool failed. We brought a sample of the water to Lucky Duck and they told us exactly what was wrong and sold us a low cost solution along with specific instructions. We followed their instructions and the next day-boom! perfect water! Great service, products and know how! Thank you!

Not happy with this service a month ago they came to put all new flex pipes and was supposed to clear the water, they were supposed to come 2 weeks later never showed I called they sent them out they were here 4 minutes they charged my credit card 125.oo for 4 minutes I called they tell me the guys were there but you have Mason work being done that is why the water was not clear I had a retaining wall put in it came all together no mason work being done they came turn my pump on and left next day charged my credit card 125.00 water never got clear right from the start not happy at all with this company
