Great experience today. Knowledgeable man working there. Got everything I needed quickly. Will definitely go there for all my gardening needs. Prices were much lower than Ive seen elsewhere. Would recommend everyone with an indoor garden to check it out.

Ive been a customer here since they opened i always have questions and Josh always has answers thank you for helping me restore my 50 year old organic garden its now growing better than ever!!!! Last year garden was yellow lacking nutrition now its forest green - no disease no pests just huge healthy plants!!

Ive never been to a hydroponic store before, so I was a little timid as I walked through the door. I dont know a lot about the products, and I didnt want to feel like a fool when I talked to the staff.I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who helped me with all my needs. I actually forgot their name, but they educated me on what I needed and what I didnt need. They definitely could of taken a novice, like myself for a ride, but they didnt. Their prices were reasonable and they shaved some expenses off of my list.I will be returning in the future, and the next time I go in, Ill remember the staff members name so I can give them credit, where credit is due.

They need to update their website. Drove over 40 minutes to get to this place. I peeked in window and place looks like it hasnt been touched in months. Very disappointing.

Rhode Island Hydroponics has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Among the many hydro shops in the region, I find RI Hydroponics almost always has the lowest prices. Im a fan!

Decent selection of stuff, but the store is very small and the employees like to hide behind the counter.

All in one place, best local spot. Needs more parking lot, no other complaints, ensuring customers satisfaction since day one.

Bought a butter maker yesterday they hade it already opened I trusted the guys their so didn’t think much of the open box but to my surprise it was broken 175$ machine they won’t honor all though I bought it less then 24 hours ago the owner legit told me to go screw my self this is what I get for being a loyal customer smh

Live right down the street and figured I would stop in. Walked through the door, a couple of guys were behind the counter and another bringing in or taking stuff out of the store. I walked around for a few minutes and left. Not ONE person asked can I help you, welcome to our store, hello do you have any questions NOTHING. Not a helpful place at all and will be getting all my info and supplies somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
