Prices high, support staff low, & faster to find it yourself than try curbside.

I really do enjoy going into that home Depot because the people in there are very polite, they are very helpful and it gets you out very quick with no line..

Did not find what I was looking for (paint for a particular use), wasnt offered any assistance, and trouble finding anyone in the aisles.

I received an email that my order was ready. Drove to get it. It was not ready, and no one answered the multiple calls to pull it and load it on the trailer. After 45 mins, a manager stepped up and got the ball rolling. Their forklift that can load is broken, and the load couldnt be situated where it needed to be. The pallet was waaaay overstacked, and needed to be broken down. It was a clusterf###. This ordeal took place from 12:25 to finally pulling out and getting home at 4:54. Nearly 4 and a half hours to pick up my order.

I love their selection but their markup is insane. And although they do have a handful of very nice knowledgeable staff, it is always very hard to find someone available to help you.

I love going to home depot the environment is relaxing. The staff members are always available to assist you in whatever you need.

The Home Depot in Seguin is located on the service road to Highway 10. Very easily accessible. I went in for a toilet flange. The employee in plumbing was very helpful and polite. There was no line at the check-out. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Hope this is helpful to anyone who reads this review!

Some of your associates are helpful while others just walk around ignoring you knowing you need help. Hell get me a ladder Id get it myself.

Needed help in 2 departments and both were very helpful. Weedeater repair and ordered custom windows. Zero complaints on either.

The store was clean and well organized. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of in stock Milwaukee tools.

Had to order something online and 1 of the ladys helped me. Fast and friendly. Got my countertop dishwasher faster then expected. Works great and comes with attachments. Cleaned my dishes too. I was amazed. Remember its a 6 setting dishwasher. Easy to hook up. Fit perfect where I was planning on putting it too.

I love Home Depot. I hate their bathrooms. Home Depot has the LOUDEST hand air dryers. Why?

Regina & Dalton in lawn and garden, and Heaven in service, were amazing today. They went above and beyond to assist during our purchase of a Cub Cadet zero turn. To add to it all, I began to get dizzy with a migraine- Regina got me a cold bottle of water and offered her help. Although we live in Buda/Kyle, we will surely come back to the awesome staff at Seguin Home Depot! Amazing job!

In process of replacing displays of lawn furniture with the next seasonal display, good selection of stuff.

The paint department here is spectacular! They worked really hard for us to try to match our discount paint we bought at their competitor Lowes. When the machine was wrong they hand matched and made private personal adjustments. They figured it out, and we are very happy. Just the effort alone gives the paint department at this homedepot five stars from us. The parking lot was the tiniest Home Depot parking lot weve seen in our travels. It was so cute, like you were going to a 4-year-olds birthday party. :-) not sure what Home Depot was thinking here, but the visit was pleasurable. The air conditioning deserves five stars as well, we didnt get a chance to talk to Mr air conditioner. But we were very pleased to be waiting for the extra time we waited in the paint department feeling the nice Cool breeze from the air conditioner.

They give you for a bad advice on rental and they just dont give you a very good advice

Wonderful service lady at the paint counter was really nice and helpful even with how late we were shopping.

They have a new lady working in the garden section, and she must not like it or its just black guys, I buy lots of plants here and shes so rude. Never says thank you. I miss Janet.

Did not have what I was looking for, and I wasnt alone... Other customers shared my frustration in that most commonly purchased items they did not have at all... Thats the problem with bulk suppliers, they only restock limited quantities of the entire bay rather than providing larger amounts of the most commonly purchased goods. No wonder Amazon is in front, they have it and you get it fast....

Unfortunately I had to rate to give a review. We ordered a refrigerator on line to be delivered. My husband took the day off only to be told the driver could not locate our address when we are only 35 minutes away from their location. Needless to say we cancelled the order. We obviously are NOT happy with Home Depot service.

Needed an a/c unit, it was $379 which i didnt want to pay. I had no choice Walmart was totally out. When i checked out, the kind cashier said i could save $40 if i apply for a home depot credit card, approved or not. Got approved, she sd if you put this on your new home depot card you can save $50 bucks. I did i was very happy with your cashier. Dont know her name, she was older with glasses, very sweet. Its going the extra mile that makes me shop at home depot 1st, before i go to Lowes or Walmart. Thank Home Depot you need more cashiers like her. She works mornings as i arrived there abt 7am. Thank You again Home Depot for my a/c unit. By the way it works Great. Thx again mike pattison

Bought a John Deere lawn tractor to be delivered and all they could give was a 14 hour window for the delivery date, 600am - 800pm! They told me the delivery person would call 45 minutes prior ( It was being delivered to our home under construction and we live 30 minutes away). Driver called at 330pm on delivery day and said he was 4 minutes away. When I said I was 30 minutes away he said I cant wait that long. He finally said he would wait and I made it there only to see a tear in the seat after we took it off the crate. Called HD next day and they only gave $100 off. Now I have a new mower with a tear in the seat. Also tried doing a review on HD website but they keep rejecting it saying it was a delivery problem. How convenient for them.

Had to get shark bites to fix water pipes in trailer.

It is a very busy store but good thing that I frequent Home Depot for my needs. It would be nice to be a knowledge once in awhile or asked if I needed help but I go to Home Depot All Over Texas and the morale is pretty much the same Foster the People are cheerful and the cashiers are ready to help you when there are some but other than that I am so happy to go to Home Depot they always have what I need thank you

I am unable to stand and use a scooter for mobility. I needed help to pick up 120sf of heavy Italian tile. I was passed by twice by male employees but the manager in the dept asked me if I needed help while passing to help someone else. She came back shortly and found the tile and grout I needed even though she was still helping someone else. When I decided on a tile she promised to send someone to help load it and she did. Another young lady came right away and loaded the nine heavy boxes without complaint. And the manager came back over to check on us and made sure she told her how much she appreciated her helping me! Thats a supervisor that treats others right! Lovely, hard-working women that your store should be proud to have. I just wish I could remember their names to include in this!

Just went to garden area but they had many of the plants i needed (especially since the deep freeze we had killed almost all of them). Checkout lady was very nice and asked if I found everything I needed.

Almost always have what I need. However, ask a question that is not a normal question and you quickly see how shallow the depth of knowledge can be.

We went looking for a water heater and this employee approached us to ask if we needed help, I think his name was Simon. We chose the item we needed and he got a rolling cart and he and my husband put it on the cart. He was very helpful.

Usually always a great experience. Most employees are helpful and if they cant answer a question they will attempt to find someone who is. As for the selection, of course, it is great. When leaving to buy and item, you can simply buy and item. No drilling you to join some thing, no guilt trips to sign up for an item, you simply bring your item to the cashier, then you give them money and then you leave. Very refreshing. Thank you Home Depot!

This location keeps decent stock and usually very helpful & knowledgeable employees. Prices are on par with most online retailers. However for some odd reason they never have the Dap products I like. Have to go elsewhere for certain Dap items.

Went to purchase a window A/C. Got great service at self checkout. Register tried to charge me state sales tax for the item. This weekend is sales tax free for energy saving items. I received great service from three ladies that helped eliminate the tax.

My mother in law purchased a custom cut laminate flooring from this location, and I can’t decide where to begin with the issues she had, the entire process has taken a total of 5 weeks, poor customer service, the flooring is for a trailer in Nixon and gave them the dimensions of the trailer EXACTLY, and when we got the flooring 3 WEEKS LATER, it was nearly a whole FOOT short! 11 inches Exactly, and on top of that, the store customer service wants to charge a restocking fee to return it because it was customized. In all my years of shopping retail I don’t think I’ve seen a major corporation operating so poorly, I get everyone makes mistakes. But not when you’re given everything you need to get the job done correctly. I doubt she/or myself will ever work with this Home Depot again on any home improvement projects of any kind. (Pretty sure that’s the whole objective behind Home Depot)

Curbside pickup worked amazing. Pretty impressed. Very fast and easy if you have your order number and the locker code. Staff member was polite and fast. Super convenient.

Was hard to locate staff, when we asked for help they said they would send someone over, waited 20 minutes then went to find another employee and still not receive help. Finally had one just tell us they dont make what we were looking for anymore.

Love Home Depot! They have a great selection of paints, appliances, plants, flooring, tile, wood floors, sinks, granite counters, plumbing, home repair items & other home improvement items. It’s hard to think of what they don’t have. Their employees are so helpful and will give suggestions of how to do simple repairs.
