I was involved in a bad wreck where I was T-boned by a drunk driver and I chose Town & Country based off of reviews. I had it towed from San Marcos and I couldn’t have made a better decision! They have the nicest facilities I’ve ever seen & the check in process was a breeze. They worked very closely with my insurance company and there was never any miscommunication issues. They called me with updates regularly and kept me informed on the unfortunate parts delays that were out of their control. I picked up my vehicle Friday and spent the whole weekend admiring it, it looks better than brand new! They went above and beyond and even cleaned the headlight that didn’t get replaced so that it matched the brand new one. Truly blown away & would recommend this shop to anybody no matter what the drive or tow bill is!!

I highly recommend Town & Country Collision Repair in Seguin Texas. We hit an animal in the middle of the night on I-10 while driving thru Sequin which took our car out of commission. We just had to pick a repair shop off of Google because this is not our hometown. We are so lucky we picked Town & Country. They worked with our insurance very well and did a fantastic job at repairing the body work and mechanical work on our Cadillac. Even went the extra step to clean the car and buff out my headlights! Very nice office staff as well. I would recommend them to everyone!

Wanted $2700 to paint a new rear bumper, new tailgate and lower portion of an installed front bumper. I told him we were miles apart. He said they wouldn’t paint a new carry in tailgate for less than $750. I’ve used these guys before and they do good work. I don’t know where they came up with the pricing. Maybe 10-12 hrs of paint work at most.

Where to begin? Firstly, everyone here treats you like family. Humor is part of the experience, and when it’s fixing something 100% my fault, I can really appreciate that.Above humor, they are QUICK and CAREFUL. If it’s not 100% perfect, they won’t say it’s done.I broke my mirror (yikes they’re expensive now!) and they actually gave me the option to try just replacing the glass first. Let me say that again, they OFFERED to lose money on the deal, even though I came in asking to replace the whole assembly. I’ve never seen that in a body shop before.Well, after trying just the glass, it turns out we needed to replace the whole assembly. Jus to show how above and beyond this company is, they allowed me to go home with the new glass installed (so at least I had a mirror) until the new assembly came in. Once it did, I was at the shop for 15min, and they refunded the entire amount for the glass, and installed the new assembly.I have had a lot of work done, both repair and custom work, over the years, and I can absolutely say I will never go anywhere else in the future. Anything from simple to complex, they can absolutely exceed any and all expectations.

The absolute best experience with a Collision Repair shop I have had by far. Their shop is clean and organized, their staff is friendly and hospitable, and they kept the communication lines open and available for me anytime I had questions. I never once felt uneasy about leaving my vehicle in their hands. When my vehicle was done, a staff member went over the repairs and assured me that their work was guaranteed as long as I owned my car and to bring it back in if things seemed off so that they could look at it immediately. I couldnt ask for more from this company.

Took my wife’s Mercedes there and the folks at Town & Country finished the work earlier than anticipated and did a fantastic job. The facility is one of the cleanest and nicest body shops I’ve ever seen. A few months later I took my truck in for some advice on how to do my own wax detail. The owner took the time to visit with me and show me how to properly car for my vehicle’s paint job. He even even gave me some microfiber towels for the job. These people have my trust and my business from now on!

Went in because some a-hole put a dent into my new vehicle’s door. Drove up, Joe examined it and gave us his buddy Ryan’s number. Ryan came by not even 5 minutes later and took out the dent. Right there in the parking lot, even buffed it out. Great price, great time, and extremely friendly. Highly recommend these guy! Wonderful.

The best and fastest service!

We went in without an appointment with a window that was off track and wouldnt roll up. It was starting to rain and we are from out of town. They got us in right away and were done with in ten minutes. They even had coloring books for the kids. Great customer service!!
