We bought a queen size “Sleepy” bed in a box mattress for our RV. It is memory foam and 10 inches thick with a 10 year warranty. We liked that we could load the box in our car and easy maneuver it into our RV where we opened wrapper and mattress expanded into place. We are going to allow 48 hours to expand fully before I put sheets on it. The salesman (John) was wonderful. We told him what we wanted and he showed us several options. When we settled on one we liked, he got us a little extra off the sales price. I highly recommend the mattress, John and the store.

I was approached by salesman, Jon, and told him what I was looking for in a mattress. He asked a few questions so he could lead me to a bed that would help me get an uninterrupted full nights sleep. I tried two beds. The first was wonderful but it cost more than I wanted to pay. We then went to the Sealy. It was less expensive and had all of the qualities that I was looking for. Jon wrote up the exact cost of the mattress and base that I chose.I returned the next day with my husband. We agreed that we found our mattress and I paid the exact amount I was given the day before. It was explained that Mattress Firm offers 0% interest loans. We chose to pay in full.Our mattress will be delivered on Monday. We can hardly wait.The whole process was easy!!

We purchased and returned our Sealy matress due to its stiffness causing me to have terrible back aches. I am much happier with our Stearn & Foster matress. The price for mattresses is very high and I wish the staff would have been a bit more knowledgeable and caring.

My husband and I enjoyed shopping at the Seguin store. Randy was extremely knowledgeable about his products. I presently have a 360 sleep number bed and dislike the product. I am a hot sleeper and the sleep number bed just made it worse.Randy showed me a few beds that will help me sleep cooler and pillows that would help. After laying on the beds in the store I didn’t want to get back up. Lol. I am excited to receive my new bed next week. We even went to another store to compare prices but returned to the Seguin store.Five stars to this store!

At first all was great.. unfortunately the bed frame stopped working about a year later the charger/usb stopped working and the frame would go move by itself at times. I called multiple times to see if somebody can help but all they did was refer me to an 800 number, I get that finally somebody came out from three hour drive to change my bed and it ended up being the motor and was charged $145 for labor and I was not told that. To just have the probkem unresolved. Will not buy from mattress firm again. Not a great experience for me, since it was bought for my disabled husband..pics show how the bed does not go flat down

The mattress we bought sunk in and created depressions in only 60 days. It was not the cheapest mattress. I voiced my disappointment and the manager agreed to refund my purchase price. The refund remains to be seen. They said they would refund the purchase price after they received the mattress back at the warehouse and inspected it. We shall see if the store manager is true to his word.
