Ive stopped by the Seguin location from time to time and the selection is great. The Lincoln Heights store I went to for 10 years and it was great, 5 stars!The issue with the one star rating is the guy running the cash register. (Think his name is Robert, but not sure.) He is not Customer Service oriented. Hes very rude and doesnt interface well with the customers. Hes just not very helpful. Hope ownership makes a change!

Im not impressed with this place. I have tried shopping here over the past few years. The selection is mediocre. They cater to the regulars. The staff is usually knowledgeable about various spirits and wines. I dont like that the stock sits in the sun for days. I just drive to Austin to get what I want.

So I was in the mood for some Evan Williams eggnog, unfortunately they had the usual Pennsylvania Dutch brand, I dont like it. BUT got some pumpkin pie liqueur instead! Yes, it was definitely delicious and smooth!

I have patronized TL since it opened in Seguin. I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the selection. I stopped in yesterday to grab a few items and was told I could not enter without a mask even though there were no other people in the store and social distancing was not an issue. They didnt ask about medical conditions or even entertain that I may have a disability that prevents wearing a mask. They simply mandated a mask to enter. I chose to make the 4 minute trip to Kingsbury Street and will purchase my alcohol needs there from now on.

Well stocked, although staffed by very rude and unprofessional spinless little worm. Definitely a left Texas establishment. I will not be doing business here again. Part of the problem.

I stopped by today and I have never been so rudely treated. I barely had the door open when the door guard snapped at to put on a mask. I attempted to tell him I didnt wear one due to exemptions. Before I could even finish i was told too bad I attempted to explain it was illegal for him to refuse service his response was the lady that owns this place doesnt care. I used to shop here to support a local Seguin business, however I will never even drive through there parking lot.

Twin Liquors is a well-stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. Twice a year, they have a dollar sale which is a great time to pick up your favorites. They have periodic tastings that give you a chance to try something new.

Staff extremely rude, over priced....Headef to spec....at least they take care of Veterans.

The worse experience ever! Came in with my nephew, just happened to pull in on our way back to work. I wasn’t going to leave him in the car like a dog to I told him to walk in with me. He came inside with me but I SELECTED MY CHOICE OF BOTTLES, I SHOWED MY ID (I’m 27), and I WAS PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD. Cashier than denied me service because my nephew was with me. She than made a scene. Took it to the point where I no longer feel comfortable doing business with TWIN LIQUORS. She could’ve leveled with me and I would’ve understood, but her customer service was horrendous. Made us feel like criminals. Only reason I go to TWINS LIQOUR is because they always have Case Azul Tequila in stock. But I’ll find an alternative to purchasing it now because of the cashier.

I expected less from Twin when I got here. Theyre really well stocked and super helpful despite the fact that they always seem to be hiring. If youre used to Twin, youll get exactly what you expect here.
