I like this store. Its a true western outfitter /Hardware with one of the best selections of western wear in South Central Texas. Its a destination visit even if you dont need anything. They also love dogs, so, get your dog something. Its cool.

Thanks to the lady at Gills Boots in San Antonio for recommending D&D Texas Outfitters in Seguin.I was looking for some jingle bobs for a friend of mine. So I called before going and to my surprise they had them.Also picked up some belt buckles I know my friend will be very happy.Great job D&D Texas Outfitters 👍👍

Horrible shopping experience!!!Don’t waste your money here! I and 2 others with me were followed around the store. We put a cart by the cashier to look for merchandise upstairs. When I went to grab the phone left in the cart I asked about the exchange policy for a $200 pair of boots( they had the boots but only in mid calf) I was asking about the exchange policy if a dnd had the same in the taller styles. The clerk had to make 2 different phones calls to state she didn’t know. ( So I just read the policy clearly posted on the counter when making the actual checkout. My niece tried a necklace by wrapping it around her neck ( not opening or closing the latch) to check the fit. When we checked out the clerk made a point of setting it to the side. I asked if she rang up the necklace and she stated oh yes…I’ll put it in a separate bag. I don’t know what the point of that was but I won’t be wasting my money at this store anymore for myself, family, or friends. This was several employees treating 4 people unprofessionally. I regret risking COVID to go into this store for this kind of treatment. Don’t bother asking about bitlessbridles for a pony without expecting to be looked at like you are a cockroach crawling across the their ivory shoes. I spent over $300 in this store not counting the $200 pair of boots that I will now buy through Amazon, The Horseman Store or literally anywhere else!

First time ever going to this store and Im just really unhappy about the lack of mask enforcing at this store.I literally counted 12 people without a mask and theres no sign at the door requiring a mask to enter the store.If a local department store cannot try and protect their community then our family will not be returning.However, Mckayla at the store was very nice and helpful. Do NOT go here with any expectation of social distancing. No masks, no signs, no hand sanitizer, no spacing at counter and no acrylic on counters to protect workers. The sales people were right next to us with what appeared to be no consideration of social distancing.Thankfully we were wearing masks. When I mentioned a lack of social distancing, the salesperson said what do you mean?

Had everything I needed, counter worker and yard workers were all very respectful and hardworking, great source for great quality fence supplies.

Amazing place. What they do is in the name: outfitters. A bit on the expensive side, but what you pay for is the quality. You want it to last? Then you pay for it.Feed, tack, boots, hats, knives, clothes, trailers, etc.

My husband and I bought a gorgeous brand new elite 3 horse with living quarters and traded in our 4 star 2horse bumper pull. We received a good price for our trade in. The price for the elite I thought was a bit high compared to other trailers but you get what you pay for. This trailer is awesome!!! I have people asking where I bought it and when will I be ready to sell it. The experience I had at d&d was wonderful! Ive recommended this place to my fellow competitors in the barrel racing world. They definitely scored my business in the future!

Im pretty sure walking through the doors completely resets every person that does, because I have never come across anyone that isnt friendly in this place - employee, or customer. I just love this place :)

High prices, snobby but unique finds.

Was in there to buy some boots and jeans for grandson but soon as we walked in felt uncomfortable ...went upstairs to the kid dept. and a man downstairs stayed in the same place just watching our every move!At first I thought he was a customer but then figured out he was an employee watching us!Go figure as soon as we head downstairs to checkout he finally moves his position and takes a seat!!!I understand you have to protect your store but that was way too much and unnecessary!!!Im thinking maybe because we were dressed in shorts and flip flops and weren’t looking our best or more importantly maybe it was because of our skin color!!!!It is the most uncomfortable feeling to know your being watched as you shop!!!I will never ever step foot in that store again!!!

Best Country and Western clothes selection in the area. Prices a bit more than i normally pay, but worth it. If your a man, looking to be dressed the best, i cant think of any place better than D & D in Seguin.

Excellent customer service and knowledge in the trailer department.

One of the worst experiences Ive had with Customer Service in a trailer transaction. The process of buying the vehicle wasnt great. Our sales person clearly didnt know what they were talking about and making it up. The Finance person was giving us info then wed call back to ask more about it and they said they never told us anything about what we were asking. Once we got the trailer, it had a leak the day we brought it home. Got it back to them for repair. The interior siding had to be replaced due to water damage and it didnt match. They were letting me pick it up and was not concerned about the mismatch until I pointed it out. Several other warranty issues were pointed out and I was told thats just how it is. Then the trailer brake lights had a short and was blowing fuses in my truck. D&D said it was on the truck end and had nothing to do with the trailer. Ultimately ended up taking the trailer to NRS in Decatur and they fixed ALL of the issues. While finding the short in the rear post on the trailer, they discovered that the water leak was never repaired. I ended up getting an entire new interior on the back half due to the water damage. I called the Manufacturer and told them they should revoke D&Ds sales license for that brand or send someone down to train them in repairs and customer service. Id love to buy this place and turn it around and make it a reputable dealer.

Bought a $88,000 trailer 6weeks later still waiting for the replacement window blind they broke.

Would have given 5 stars, my own personal opinion, I feel if tags are still on clothes and within reasonable time, they should either refund or give credit on clothing whether its on sale or not. I personally hate trying on clothes at a store. Would rather buy it, go home n try on. Its to their advantage to at least credit you, cuz then you go in Again, and end up getting more! Feel some items are a bit pricey, but again my own opinion. (Course all western stores are, but when thats what you like....need I say more lol) all and all D & D has a lot to offer customers.

Asked for the fence my fence guys purchased for me in the past. Asked me for the measurements? I didnt not measure but wanted what they buy the most of. Wrong size, already cut, cant return. Why do they keep records?I now know I need to measure before purchase, cant ask to look up others records.Since partially my fault still giving 5 stars, because they tried.

Dont order anything from this store. Ordered a new cooler but they didnt even bother cleaning it up before putting in a no-name box without its plastic bag. No packing. Chipped right front corner and black scuffs all over it. One wheel had grass in it. Learn from my bad experience.

I was looking for a pair of cowboy boots and came over to D&D. They had a huge selection to choose from and tons in stock. All the staff was super helpful and Jim helped me find a pair that fit me. And to top it all off, they were running a sale, too! I will definitely be back in the future.

Came here with a friend to pick up her new trailer which was ready to go. They had not done anything she asked and didnt check the trailer before sale. It didnt even have a hitch pin. Then we have the nice old cowboy that contradicts everything you say. I learned through this experience that I dont want to do business with them.

D&D trailer services rewired my 3 horse trailer after a tire blowout ripped out the wires. They did an excellent job, even traced a blown fuse in my truck. Thanks guys!
