Every since they merged with AT&T the service sucks. You cant get no help for anything, even though Ive been a customer for over 10 years. They give all the incentives to the new customers. If you want to upgrade you have to pay. New customers pay nothing. Before they merged you could upgrade for free. Now you have to pay your plan and 25 dollars service fee. Thats ridiculous! Then the customer service is unprofessional. Half the time they dont know nothing your talking about. When Cricket first started it was great. Now it sucks!

Knowledgeable reps always help me when I need it. The employees have been here a long time and I love that. I don’t like going to places where the staff is always different.

Had them for 10 years. Well not switch. Now I do have a complaint. When they say monthly it supposed to be monthly. Just because I pay early sometimes doesnt mean my bill is due on that date the next month. So pay attention CAUSE we are being ripped off.

Manual was so helpful. I could tell he likes what he does and takes it seriously.He fixed my phone after I tried everywhere to have it fixed.

Customer service sucks!

The staff sucks and arent helpful they donny know what a processer is. They handle customers with a poor attitude. They lack basic customer service skills. Would rather sit down thanks talk to customers. I also felt discrimination because others were helped before me even though I was there first

Awful customer service, wouldnt help me at all, even when i asked him too, the store smells awful, manager wouldnt even help we with a problem thats been goin on for the past month.
