The staff there are positive and helpful. The breads and egg bites are my favorite, and there has never been an issue with our orders. They do have coffee free drinks, just ask!

They need to get their hours together. Online claims open till 11. One door says open until 9. Another door says open until 8. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

A customized drink experience. Andrea was so helpful in explaining the accommodations in a out-of-order syrup so that they could still accommodate my favorite drink. She gave us butter for our warm bread and asked if we would prefer steamed milk in our pour over. What a great experience! We appreciate the great customer service and will be back!

I was coming from San Antonio to see some family and my local Starbucks was PACKED in the drive through, and I know they take forever. I saw there was a SB here in Seguin so I decided to stop by on the way in to town. Despite the fact it was still early morning, before 9 am they were so quick, the line was short but it moved fast, and everyone was so nice.

Our family just stopped by to get some much needed caffeine for our long trip back to South Carolina. The barista at the drive-thru was so wonderful! Its always nice when the employees honestly care about their customers! Also I didnt see her name but thank you for the treat for my kiddos!! 110% recommended!!!

I order at 5 am I know it is not easy waking up that early. But when I walk in to receive my coffee I’m welcome with happy cheerful employees that love to work no matter the time. I appreciate that puts me in an even better mood on top of the delicious coffee they serve! Thanks guys keep up the amazing work. See y’all in the morning. 😉

Stop by going to vacation and coming back from vacation from Uvalde. Location is right of the freeway and get back on. Don’t need to drive into town for a delicious coffee. Service was great and. Prices well u already know the $$$ for coffee so ……..

Wonderful, friendly service. Ordered online, walked in and my order was waiting on me. My only complaint is that this is the second time they did not have the toffee nut syrup that I needed to create my Cold Butterbeer Frappuccino.

I dont do Starbucks. Although the cappuccino I got was delicious.😋🥰😋It was with whipped cream, brown sugar syrup & 1 shot of espresso.

The lobby was open but you couldnt stay there and eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee and cake slices were delicious. The lady making my coffees gladly made changes that I asked for. It was a pleasant experience.

Great group of ladies working today! They were very welcoming even though they were super busy. They were getting drinks out very quickly, they cleared 5 cars in the drive thru and helped me and the customer before me in the lobby in less than 5 minutes. If I am ever driving from San Antonio to Houston again I will definitely stop back here for great service and great coffee!

I always stop at this Starbucks when Im headed to San antonio. They always make an amazing frappuccino and I never have to have them correct it. That says a lot in my book.

04/11/21 afternoon: Coffee was cold which doesnt surprise me as the server was rude, typically the attitude matches the service, she literally did not say a word just scowling the whole time. Ill assume she was having a very bad day, but I will not go back.

Good for a star bucks but Im not a fan to be honest. Most of coffees are really bitter. The frappucino awfully sweet. Chai latte is mediocre at best. Croissants and salted caramel cheesecake is really good.

They greeted me with a Good Morning, I informed her it was Evening for me. She corrected herself and asked if I wanted a shot of espresso in my Chai Tea Latte or am I going to sleep. Theyre awesome and thoughtful, many thanks for all that yall do in the wee hours 🙂!

Love my local starbucks. I tell them what I want when I cant decide, they create something just for me! Ive also taken them tiktok recipes and they have fun with it! Always fun and friendly!

Great, very popular. Go through the nearby Chilis parking lot to get to the small Starbucks parking lot. Drive through is easier to access from Jay road, which you take Larkin to get to. Courteous staff and great coffee!

Really like the Americano drinks, i usually customize them at home. Starbucks is usually a bit farther out but trying to hit the 300 star goal on the starbucks app, only need 150 stars to go. place is nice inside, good customer service.

Line was too long, took forever and got my order wrong. It’s coffee, it shouldn’t be that hard. And when I went inside, only three people working. The thing is, I drive by here often and it’s always like this. If you know you have traffic like that, why wouldn’t you hire more people to help the line move a little quicker. Disappointing.

Starting a 14 hour drive this morning, everyone decided last minute to get coffee and a quick bite before hitting the road. despite it being depressingly early in the am, these cats were friendly as hell and had our order out in no time.

The manager on duty today, her name was Andrea, was unbelievably helpful in getting coffee ground for me today. It was her priority to protect her staff and maintain sanitation and social distancing but still assist me. She was so unbelievably professional, efficient and kind and I so greatly appreciate her service!!!

Starbucks is pretty consistent quality at any location you go to. They made my coffee right and we went through the drive thru on a road trip. Gotta have my caffeine fix. I love their app. Its the best thing ever!

May be the slowest starbucks service Ive ever experienced....6 cars in line....20-25 minutes, and two of three drinks made as ordered. 😬

Decent place, nice atmosphere, timely service and the drinks taste really good. I would give it five stars, however when I went through the drive through they filled my drink past the cup into the lid and then left the lid loose so the lid came off and the drink spilled on me. Pretty sure it was not intentional, who knows. So, check to ensure your lid is securely on the drink when going through the drive through or it will be sitting in your lap!

Do yourself a favor and just go inside. Placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive through. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes in that line with only 5 vehicles ahead of me. By the time I got my drink all of the ice was already melted. This is a decent location but I’ve learned their drive through is a miserable waste of time.

This location in particular discriminates on hiring anyone from Seguin. Due to the discrimination, Starbucks in Seguin has been short staffed and closing every day between 11am-1pm. This location is always busy, probably because is the only one in town. I was visiting Seguin because of my husbands work and stayed there for a few weeks so I got to visit this location a few times. Drive thru orders were always great just had. to do a big line of course because it was always busy, ordering inside is probably faster in my experience than doing that big line in car, (Yes I was there ordering 3 ways drive thru, inside and mobile). Mobile is were my problem was. I ordered ahead because I saw the big line from the hotel (we were staying in that area) it said ready in 9 to 12 minutes. I arrived probably 5 minutes after I placed the order and waited for about 20 minutes. Thats were I realized something was going on, everyone in front of me was not there anymore and people coming after me already getting their orders. I came to the area where you pick up your drinks and ask if it was ready. Oh well I asked the wrong person because he said he didnt know and was just arriving to work. He couldnt check or asked someone else to help me, just ignored me and kept working. Thats when I decided to ask the cashier to refund my money because I was there for almost half an hour for one drink and nothing. The cashier checked when I asked for my refund and realized they misplaced my coffee in the drive thru area. I understand you are super busy but thats unacceptable! Yes I got a refund and a $4 gift card but what about my time wasted? I just hope their service can improve.

Very clean and neat location. The sandwich my wife order was great as was the white tea we ordered. Amble space for my wife and I to conduct business as we were in between appointments. We had a good experience at this location. Staff was very pleasant and professional.

Dont expected to get a holiday drink. Since the launch of the holiday drinks Ive been told 4 times they dont have any peppermint syrup. Today they were out of pumpkin and peppermint.

The young lady that took my order at the drive-thru was one of the nicest and efficient Ive had in a long time. She was very patient and explained everything that I asked. They are lucky to have her.

Usual Starbucks, rude employee upon my first and last visit. Would recommend on the grind coffee stand by Arlens, much better customer service, and not owned by bigot corporation as a plus

The drink tasted good and the man working the window was friendly, but they were very slow even though they didnt look busy (there was only one other car besides me in the drive thru) and they messed up the size of my drink and made no attempt to correct it.

A good Starbucks! Only issue Ive ever had is the occasional barista assumed I ordered an iced coffee instead of hot coffee during the summer in TX, on a mobile order. The fix their mistake quickly though.

Nice Starbucks situated next to several hotels right off I-10 in Sequin. We stopped by two times on a trip to and from California and both times the drinks were well made. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. One of the few stores with a multiple stall bathroom.
