I have to call the doctor myself....... to get a monthly prescription refilled... I like the people and the fact they stay open late.. but Im forever forgetting to call in my prescriptions... All of the other pharmacies Ive used will call them in gladly..

Again I went in today to purchase some items and no one was at the register. I waited and waited then finally somebody not in cvs attireCame up rung me up and the first they said anything to me was “want anything else” . I will not put my money in a company that cares that little. Go somewhere else

Always nice to shop and puck up meds at this store.

Tried calling 6 times, each on hold for 5+ minutes before I ended the call.

I have been into CVS Seguin many times and Ive always experienced kind, friendly, smiling, and knowledgable employees. Thank you for doing customer service the right way...to all members of that team!!!!

Called to ask a question and your automated answering machine hung up on me. Please fix this issue.

CVS Seguin....Please clean those dirty refrigerators that house the milk, eggs, drinks etc. I saw them today and they are disgraceful.

Too small for all the product. Dirty public restroom.

Every time I come here the employees are rude. I think it’s their policy to be rude. The place is dirty I have seen the same dead flies at the registers in the pharmacy for the past 6 months or so. No one ever cleans anything and there’s one woman that is just plain mean

Consistently the slowest pharmacy I do business with. Only their proximity to my office makes me put up with their disorganized service. When they tell you an hour, do yourself a favor and come back in four.

Rude RX employees. Cannot ever find my Rx. I get anxiety just knowing I have to deal with them.

Employees were not properly trained. Horrible experience. Nobody in my family will ever use them again.
