I love that its a family owned and run business. Ive gotten a hat embroidered and shirts both screen printed and embroidered for my husbands business and they came out awesome! Their business hours conflict with my work hours but she let me come in on a day they were closed to pick up my order.

We ordered shirts with our company logo and they turned out awesome! Great customer service! We will definitely be using them again.

So disappointed with this company. From Poor communication, to getting my cap logo wrong, to taking over 2 months to complete my order This was the absolute worst experience in my 20 years of ordering company merchandise. Staff seem nice enough, but they totally lack in customer service.
