Very overpriced. I asked them how much it would be to unlock my vehicle door. $65 and goes up from there. Fair enough. He takes 30 seconds to do the job. Fair enough. You said $65, right? He replies, Thats just the trip charge, itll be $270. What?! Steer clear from them.

Edit/Update: I heard a sound outside and walked out that door to check on my ducks. First time to use the door post “fixing it” and I got LOCKED OUTSIDE at midnight!! So the issue wasn’t even resolved.I called to let them know and they have so far ignored me. I can’t even, I’m so livid.I called and asked for someone to come help me with a back door that was stuck closed. The gentleman who came out was nice enough. However, they charged me $444.00 to open a door that I had already taken apart and done most of the work for them. He cleaned the knob innards a bit and put the same hardware back in. Sprayed oil ALL over and made a huge mess all over the stairs. Such a bummer, we wanted new hardware on all our doors but won’t be using this company. Sigh.

This is a bait and switchI wanted was a new key fob and a key cut. They didnt have a shop they said they were sending somebody out when the person got there they created an estimate for $500 to create an additional key fob and key. Then when I refuse that price for that service they demanded I pay $29 for the dispatch. This company is a scam dont use it and be willing to be robbed by them.The poor locksmith hes only trying to make a living and this dispatching company or this dispatching process completely f**** his trade.

Their services are professional and overall a great price for a new ignition key. Dispatcher was also professional and would send real time updates for arrival.

Extremely Expensive!I have an older very basic vehicle, when I called their business phone I was told it would be $45 to unlock it. When the tech got here it turned out it would be $200. I was running late so I didnt have much of a choice. He gave me a $25 discount. Really!🤨 9/7/21

Nothing good came out of ordering for this company. It was such a bad experience that I had to pay more than I shouldve. The site quoted $35 for fixing my doorknob cause it wasnt locking as it should be after one loud smash of the door. Their locksmith quickly came, but it was only for a mere moment that we had a discussion. The thing is we waited almost 2 hours for this to get fixed, only to see that after the locksmith had not done his job properly. Our doorknob just came back the way it was. I called their company, only to get hold off the phone. I tried calling them a lot of times, but they never answered back to me. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS ALREADY, and I have never heard from them ever again. I demand a refund on this, or I will file a complaint.

I lost my keys to my car a few days ago and I needed to go to Home Depot to look for some furniture. I tried looking for it everywhere around the house, but it was nowhere to be found. I thought of contacting a locksmith to unlock my car while availing for a new key for my Mazda. I thought at first that their price was really affordable, so I availed them. They came in to my address, but was astounded by the hidden charges they asked me. I agreed since my errand was really urgent, so they went ahead and tried to unlock my car. The guy who came in was not very professional and was not answering all of my questions and inquiries. It was already more than 2 hours ever since I first called a locksmith from them, only to find out that they couldnt unlock my car.

I REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....It was the worst service address online states it is in Seguin Tx and I even asked if in seguin technician took so long and even used the restroom never told him to rekey and he did it without asking horrible service just for a lock out he wanted to charge 600 dollars .... Because he states he is in San Antonio.

Looked myself out of my home office, called because I needed in before a client came.Was fast to get here, but slow to open the door. Had to call someone to ask for help but whispered so I couldn’t hear.When done I asked how much and he said “idk I have to write a receipt”.Came back in to tell me it was $378! Because I have “high security locks”?? They are regular door knobs from homedepot.He charged me for 2 lock jobs even though they were on the same door. And I get charging extra but know >$100 for each lock.They charged. $29 office fee, understood.And a $59 travel fee THEY ARE 2.3 MILES FROM MY HOUSE!!! Obviously you have to travel to get here but they could have walked for that price!Then $145 for each lock.WAY OVERPRICED! But what was I going to do not pay? I think he saw it was a “buisness” and charged more because of it. It’s a home buisness not a strip mall with a hard lock.Will never use again. But thanks for letting me in !

Quoted $395 for reprogramming a key for a Lexus. After some time of him making a key, it didn’t work. Kept $200 of the $395 and was gone. Now We’re SOL and out $200. Will definitely be making a complaint to BBB.

DO NOT USE!!!! Tech could not simply cut a new key from an existing key. I even supplied blanks they said they could not get. Wanted to disassemble my car and take out ignition instead of using existing key to copy.

Called and was trying to get 2 key fobs programmed. Almost 2 hours waiting at there office to get it done not very fast service. As of 4 30 still has not shown up.
