Five stars for web orders, four stars for the retail store. We made the drive out from San Antonio after hearing members posting about it on a Polish pottery Facebook group. Is pretty much out in the middle of nowhere in Seguin, the actual retail store is very small and most items are tucked away out of sight in the warehouse. You can ask at the desk to locate items or additional patterns that can be ordered. prices in the store or cheaper in some cases than the web prices. I have ordered numerous pieces from Polmedia over the last four or five years including custom orders and they always do a fantastic job.

I buy from here fairly often. They have great selections, clearly state if they are Unikat, and prices are very reasonable. Shipping is prompt and so well packed I think a big truck would have to literally run over the box for anything to be broken. The packing is such good quality that I give to UPS to re-use. And the colander is beautiful. I have several of the colanders but this is the only one that has a saucer. I rinse fruit in them and then can be put directly on the table in the colander.
