Its set up like a fast food restaurant, you place your order at the front, give them your name and grab your drink and wait for your name to be called.I had the two meat plate with ribs, and brisket with Mac and cheese and brisket beans for sides with a sweet tea.The brisket was delicious, great taste, the perfect amount of fat, good texture, nice smoke ring. The ribs unfortunately were so hard that I got tired of chewing and just swallowed the bite whole ( I didnt want to disgust anyone eating by spitting it out) I didnt eat the rest. The Mac and cheese was good, it reminded me of Chick Fil As Mac and cheese, except HEBs is made of white cheddar. The brisket beans were delicious. The sweet tea was meh. A bit tasteless, it was weirdly colorless so many they added too much water? I would return for the brisket and beans.

They have everything you need at a fair price. The bakery is so delicious.

HEB often has imported items. Specifically I look for the imported Bakery items that they always get in, especially around various holidays. I remember this one time I bought these gourmet bite-sized cakes that was so good I couldnt believe they were from a local grocery store! And I also remember eight of those little bite-sized cakes cost me $13 lol, but it was worth it, because they were super good! They also have a lot of organic non-GMO items that you will not find at Walmart or other grocery stores. And unlike most grocery stores that have their cakes and other Bakery items shipped in frozen, pre-made.... HEB bakery makes all their cakes and other bakery items from scratch. They even make tortillas from scratch! And all of their pre-made salads sandwiches and other food items are made daily. I appreciate a grocery store that has such an awareness of food freshness, unlike most other grocery stores that just order their stuff premade frozen and then set it out on the shelves. So thats just a few reasons why I give HEB a 5-star rating. ☺👍

This store offers a huge selection and everything is offered online. you get the very best fresh fruit, fresh baked goods, seafood and meats exactly as you want them. no surprises no impulse buying no fuss no stress. sit at home, take your time, add to your list as you run low on household supplies. set your time to pick up. I used to spend 40 minutes in the store . Now I spend 5 minutes in the parking lot and i am done! Curbside service is great!

Ate at their BBQ deli. Normally good brisket,usually get poor boy brisket sandwich. Got 3 small slices on a hamburger bun. But still paid the same price as before.

HEB is great great services and i love the samples and the bakery area and they have soup which is amazing so is the bbq the brisket sandwich i recommend you to try it!

I got home paid for two things of cheese band didnt receive them. On my receipt. I have never had trouble before but put me out of 6 dollars and didnt get product.

Normally they get 5...there was a power outage today... middle of the day...seemed like they were trying to get people out yet still letting people in the door...confusing but got what needed done.

This has to be one of the lowest on the HEB food chain. Recently, it was a rotten salad at the grab and go. There are no small canned goods. Everything is large. Very little choice of brands other than HEB. Chip bags are near out of date and sometimes barely chip dust. I suspect the shrimp Im buying is from the same frozen pallet as 2 years ago, and I cant trust any of the red meat offerings to be true to the label. The bakery has higher quality breads, occasionally, so dont plan a meal around like Ciabatta or anything critical to taste. This store is the only one in the whole county, and its like a dumping ground for get rid of fast products, not to be on the higher class stores. Dont believe me?Go shop in Cedar Park, Conroe, or any store in Austin. Its different.I go in here now only as a last choice.Never for meat.

Not enough non cooled beer in stock... Cold beer is good but must always be kept cold so it doesnt spoil... Room temperature beer keeps longer but once you get it Ice cold it must be kept that way. Not sure how many times the Ruby Red grapefruit was moved in and out of the cooler. But steer away from that one at the Seguin HEB. Just saying....

Every HEB should have a BBQ joint on the inside. Plus, one of the nicest HEBs Ive been in.

Very clean and efficient grocery shopping. Will definitely come here for my home needs. Also having the convenience of a fueling station on site saves me an extra trip.

Ive been going through cancer treatment since January 2020 and have a compromised immune system, and being able to order my groceries via the HEB app and either have them delivered or pick them up curbside has been tremondous! I hope they continue these services after COVID.

I dont think Ive ever been in a bad HEB. I would be quite surprised if I ever found one to be less than high-quality, friendly, efficient, and convenient.

Heb green beans went down the drain. I have never had issues with heb brand vegetables. The beans were very stringy. I have not or will not give up on our heb but I think they need to look into it. Also it wasnt just one can it was 6 cans.

Due to upcoming forecast HEB was usually busy. It was already congested enough but to have HEB staff block the isle from.the worker in.produce to Curbside staff and their carts just made it difficult to get around them...at least on a day like this. Wishing there were more combo deals available. Front staff and cashiers always very nice and helpful

I went in for my fishing license and the manager personally helped me get what I needed and was knowledgeable to suggest the right license for me. I highly recommend this store.

Want to give a shout-out to Adriana, from the meat dept. What GREAT service and attn she gave me this morning. I came in looking for some very specific steak selections and wasnt finding it. She was very tied up just putting out this mornings latest meat selections. I bothered her to help me if she could. From then on she was fantastic. Her attn to providing options, various steak particulars and opinions for success from my stated cooking goal. I finally asked if it was possible to get fresh cut of her best suggestion for me. She told me to come back in 8 mins or less and theyd be ready. When I came back from picking up some wine selections, the four, special NY strips were packaged and ready for me. Mgt @ HEB Seguin; you have a star on your hands in the meat dept! Shell go a long ways based on my very short term Customer Satisfaction experience. Thanks again to Adriana! Your the best!!

Love this place it’s the only place I shop for food or fruit or anything, I love there frozen fruit it’s good but recently been sold out but . Hell there getting rich off of me, people are nice and helpful.

I always require assistance with my grocery purchases which assistance is readily available...often leading to pleasant conversations. Managers are likewise readily accessible for answering questions about grocery, drugstore items, etc. All personal have been extremely helpful and kind. Impressed with the level of service by our Seguin HEB. Pharmacy is likewise very helpful in locating drug plans available to receive prescription drugs at a discounted and reasonable price. Pharmacists are quite knowledgeable and willing to answer any question.

It was great just was a little to crowded today for some reason normally is not that bad to get what you need and get out.

Its very big, with lots of variety. I didnt try the BBQ place located in there so not sure how good that is. I was hoping it would have a coffee place located inside but there wasnt. The reason for 4/5 stars though is because I dont like the layout inside the store. It doesnt really flow well at all. At least the app can help navigate you if you use it to make shopping lists.
