Had my 4 year old take his hearing test for school. They were very professional and able to work with a great manner with kids. Highly recommend!

The folks at Estes Audiology are simply fantastic! While on vacation one of my hearing aids started acting up and sounding terrible. I stopped by Estes Audiology and was met with a great smile and careful attention. I explained that I had been a Hearing Healthcare Provider for over 37 years but didn’t have the necessary tools or filters to fix the problem. They cleaned and checked the aids and the sounded wonderful!! They sent me on my way with another big smile on their faces and mine. Thanks for friendly professional service!

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids and called and went by to drop it off on my way to work. I was afraid something major was wrong because it just quit working one day.Misty was so helpful and checked it out right then. All it took was a good cleaning.15 minutes and I was on my way. At Seguin office Dr. Mark Hedrick was so focused on my husbands hearing condition with his first visit. He was very professional and caring to help him as a veteran. My husband needed an outside opinion and supported us with a result letter to the VA. Staff was great too.

My mother got her hearing aids from Estes. She fell, broke her hip, and subsequently died. They wouldnt return the hearing aids after we had told them she had only wore them the initial day she received them. We were told the cut off day to return them was a few days prior. We explained that she had fallen and our time was taken up with trying to take care of our mother. They didnt care. They cost $1,300 out of pocket.
