Im not mechanically inclined at all. The courteous assistance I receive at Autozone Selden is incredible. Conor and Bradford especially come to my car and perform little mechanical feats Im unable to to do for myself Their help is greatly appreciated.

This is a great place for the DIY mechanic. The only issue I have with Auto Zone is that they need to train their employees better or test them on their knowledge of cars and the systems that make them work! Other than that.Excellent! Would have given you 5 stars 🌟 if not for this.

Everyone here was really helpful. They all worked together to make sure I got what I needed before the big snowstorm. They even put on my new windshield wipers for me. They didn’t have pet safe sidewalk salt but I appreciate their honesty and they told me where to find some a few stores down. Thanks for being cool autozone I’ll be back

Excellent store very helpful.to the customers willingly to go the extra mile. Needed new wipers and asked could they be installed. The worker said yes looked at the car and no problem. He got the CORRECT wipers that fit my car better than the ones I bought at pepboys and installed them. I am very happy with the service and will recommend this store always. Thanks AutoZone!!

This morning, The manager and the guys refuse to help me changing the defect battery I purchased there with warranty. Terrible costumer service and they weren’t even that busy.I don’t even know if I installed my battery properly.

They honor there warranties.

Love this location. Friendly employees and a well kept store. No hesitation to help with whatever you need. The one worker Brad helped me put my wipers on after checking the charges of my battery and alternator. Ive never had a bad experience there and any time I go I specifically ask for Brad now. Hes someone who genuinely cares that you get exactly what you need.

Recommend the preorder for pickup at store. Utilize the site or app to match your needs so youll have an opportunity to really see your options. Every time i asked for a part they just ask for a year/make/model and than grab a part for you when there could be 6 options to choose from.

Need my battery checked for my 2016 Ram 1500,Off to the location in Selden when they opened and was greeted with a “Good Morning” for the staff member. I stated my battery needs to be checked and within minutes the staff member was ready to check it out to problem solve the battery issue I was describing.Yup long story short the battery was bad and I was shown my options. The staff member showed me the best options of batteries right for my truck the staff member installed the battery.In less than a total of 35 minutes I was on my way with a “Thanks for shopping with Autozone”, a newly installed battery and the rest of my day ahead of me.Thank to the awesome staff at Selden AutoZone!!!

I wish I had the option of not leaving a star at all. Went to Autozone and Robert R. helped me look for car parts. His service was terrible. I ended up driving to Ronkonkoma instead to purchase parts from a different Autozone.

This particular store will get all my business from now on. The guys here are so helpful. Im sick and someone stopped me on my way home to tell me ALL my brake lights were out. I walked in the door, walked over to the book that was hanging to find the lights I needed and the one guy called over to me from the counter the year, make and model of my car so he could look up the lights on the computer. Then what I am thinking was the manager took over, came out to my car to make sure I was getting the right ones since it was more than 1 light and even installed them for me and wouldnt take a tip. For $7.09 I got both lights and they were installed. My mechanic is great, but that would have been triple that. I was in and out and on my way home in 10 minutes or less.

The folks who work here are (for the most part) are good, descent ppl. They alway try to help me. If you need a expert mechanic.... pay for one. Dont mistreat the sales ppl if they cant fix your car in the parking lot.
