My experience at Selma Nissan has been the worst ever..I should of known since the first day I was there to see the cars..No one came to help us I had to go and call someone to help us out.. Jorge guy helped us and then he sent Dulce who ended up being our sales representative.She was actually really nice but she was on her first days of working there. Well I ended up buying the 2022 pathfinder Jorge told me it had discounts which I never got or got offered. The SUV had a scratch on the drivers side it took like 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment with the service department.they told me it will take like 3 days which I took it on Tuesday they told it should be ready by Thursday..No one ever call me to let me know that it was not going to be ready I call Friday like 3 times before Luis answer the phone. He said I just talk to the ones doing the work on the SUV and he said he didn’t know why they were going to take more days to fix it like a week..I have kids and work .I had to borrow a car from family member and be asking for rides to go to work. I called to see if they will rent a car for me and they said they did not had any service like that .I’m so disappointed with there service I don’t recommend this place at all. To much hassle they will tell me one person will be in-charge and that one will say the other one will be they didn’t make up there mind 5 days later and still waiting for my SUV.So annoying

The most under handed shadiest dealership in central California. The finance guy Matt Honing is completely incompetent. Why in the world do you have to run a persons credit 5 times. Being a woman of color if I were working at this dealership and made the mistakes he made I wouldve been fired long ago. Ill never ever do business with or refer anyone I personally know this this place. To the owner of Selma Nissan whomever you are you need to train your employees better. Matt needs to change his job and go into something that better suits him, he definitely doesnt have a clue about credit or pulling credit in a appropriate amount of time. Pulling a customers credit report 5times is excessive. I feel that if I were of a different melanin I would never had been treated in such disrespectful and rude manner. To Matt Honing I would go back to school do your home work regarding financing a car through a business before you attempt this again. You were a major failure on every level. Sorry I had to post this but it is what it is. I give Selma Nissan a F minus on customer service and financing. I hope no one else has been treated to this if so please post. Thank you Ms. Watkins.

The salesman are great, their honest and friendly guys. They were able to get us the car our family really needed when we had trouble elsewhere. I really appreciate them. However the service department was not the best. My car needed some cosmetic work and detailing done after we bought it. We took it in for service, they had it 3 days and only completed half the job. We had to take it back again for another 3 days and still everything wasnt done that needed to be done even though it was in the contract. Looks like they tried to do the bare minimum. I give up at this point.

Great atmosphere . I was greeted very quickly the sales rep helped me find a car I loved and got me out the door with a smile on my face. They didnt find out or intended to find out about break failure. Told me after 1 hour car is ready to go. When I asked about recall on this they said there is recall you want fix it. I said yes. I picked up the car next day at 3pm and it wasnt fixed.

I called service department to inquire about PPI on a Nissan GTR and told me to call them back on Tuesday or Thursday because thats when there GTR specialist comes in and since it’s a PPI it can be done through walk in. I called Tuesday and they told me to call Thursday since the Specialist didn’t come in. I called them Thursday and wants me to schedule an appointment for a PPI. They need a better customer service in this department who knows how to do there job and be more precise and accurate on what they say to there customers.

I came to Selma Nissan to look at what they had as far as Honda Accords. My intention was to test drive a car and leave. Instead I left with a car. I have to say that the sales consultant Israel Martinez did and amazing job going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed with no added pressure to buy. He and the sales manager Pete have outstanding customer service. Israel is friendly, kind, and very patient. Both Israel and Pete demonstrate the professionalism that anyone would be comfortable with. I want to thank them both for the extraordinary experience.

I purchased a vehicle in December of 2020.My vehicle came with 6 free oil changes, which I thought was great I also got the cilijet, I’ve been here 3 times already and I can’t say that I’m happy with the service. I brought my car in at 9 a.m and usually don’t get it back until after 4 p.m so your car is there for most of the day. When they applied the cilijet and car was ready to be picked up, my car had drips of cilijet running down my car, I had to call the manager who had to call someone to wipe down my car, because if I drove away like that my car would be really covered in that stuff.

Had a great experience, Adrian really made it a smooth process I couldnt have asked for better service!!

Their service was great, Neida helped us with everything and was very attentive to our concerns and needs! They made the whole process easy by being able to translate everything from English to Spanish for my dad to understand, it was my first time buying a brand new car so his approval was very important to me.

Normally when I go here I make appointments. I mad an appointment this one particular time and when I got there I was told it would be three hours for my oil change. I was originally quoted a hour. I was so upset the gentleman at the counter was so nice and helpful he made sure my car was done within a hour. If it hadn’t been for him I probably wouldn’t be going back. Also the vending machine for the drinks NEVER work. It always takes my money and sometimes it doesn’t give it back.

I just needed my regular scheduled maintenance and oil change. I dont have much confidence in your multi point inspections since they marked my wipers as in good condition and one wiper was completely missing and the other was holding on by about three inches.
