I waited twenty minutes just to get checked on and then another fifteen minutes to get checked in. The service was an oil change and it took longer than most places (granted they did fit me in their v busy schedule—so naturally I’m thankful for that). If you can have someone follow you in a different vehicle and then have them take you wherever locally I would say that would make for the best experience (they do not have a shuttle service). All in all, it may have taken longer than I am used to, but the job did get done w/ minimal staff there and I’m grateful for their services! Just make sure you stop for food and drink beforehand bc a happy tummy will make for a happier mind.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Selma Auto! Lupe is AMAZING! I loved working with her she is so kind, sweet patient and professional. Before coming in I spoke with her about the car I was looking for. When I arrived she was walking out to meet me with the key to a beautiful 2019 Ford Fusion. Everyone from Lupe, Isaiah, Aaron and Abel stayed way after closing to help me get down to a payment that was comfortable to me. There was no pressure, no gimmicks anything they were amazing to work with. They actually cared about me. Saw me as a person and not just a dollar sign. I highly recommend you check them out. They care about there customers and go the extra mile to make sure you leave with what you really want and comfortable payments. They are AMAZING!!

UPDATE: Like I said, at the end, the issue was no longer the trade in amount, the issue was we told them 10 different ways in 10 different languages that we didnt want to do it and they kept coming back with different offers and not the car keys which we asked for several times. If we werent so focused on trying to get the keys back then maybe we wouldnt have forgotten the registration. Which btw, you guys had lost at first and had to find it.If I could give them NO stars I would! They are completely unprofessional and know absolutely nothing about the cars they sell. My brother and I were actually educating the salesman on the 2 cars we were looking at because his answer every time when asked a question was Im not sure, Id have to check on that. It wasnt just him, we even were working with another salesman the week prior to our last visit who know absolutely nothing as well. Long story short, The first visit they kept telling us they have an issue in finance and would call us back when they figured it out and could get things going for us. They never called us back. Then my brother went looking for a car as well, and they wanted to offer him very little for his trade-in AND when we kept saying no to their deal and that the issue was because of what they were offering for the trade-in, its like they didnt care to hear us and kept asking us whats wrong with the payment and how can they fix it. We told them 20 different ways that the issue was not the payment but the amount offered on the trade-in, but they just kept ignoring what we were saying. Also when we tried to leave, they wouldnt give us our keys back and kept trying to push this deal on us that we said does not work for us. We didnt notice at the time because we were just so desperate to leave but they kept his registration to his vehicle. When he called the next day to let them know he was going by to pick it up, they told him they cant find it!!! Honestly the car we looked at was AMAZING, but we will not be buying anything from them because of their lack of professional service. If you go there good luck!

Pedro in the service department was super nice made sure everything was good to go before I came in and when I got there made sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. When I bought my car which is a 2018 maxda3 touring edition I was lied to about my extended warranty. I was pressured into purchasing it and wasnt told that to use it I would have to pay $100. The leather in my seat has come unhooked twice, my leather is ripping on the stitching of the seat, a sensor turns on and off, and my tire sqeauls. The service manager was rude and would not help with explaining why most my problems were not covered. I took upon my self to talk to the sales manager who was useless. He lied to me like Im stupid. At that point I got up and walked out. I will never buy another vehicle from the Selma Auto Mall again. I will also tell everyone I know not to buy a car from them. Im tired of these places trying to rip everybody off and treating us like we are stupid.

I am always treated with respect! They have a great waiting area, with comfortable chairs and free coffee, tea, or cocoa! You will also have access to a soft drink machine, and a snack machine!

Being listed as a True Car dealership, we wanted to explore a vehicle that was listed with a No Haggle Price.We were told by the salesman that the dealership will not pull credit score until an agreement is reached. Also, we were not allowed to keep or get copies of the negotiation paper work. We found out why later. Good thing we took pictures.The manager, Al, who probably shouldnt be in customer services. He was heated and upset throughout the entire process. Eventually, Al printed out a bill of sale that we agreed on. We concluded the negotiation.We asked for a lunch break for both parties to think it over. We then came back to seal the deal. Signed the bill of sale, shook hands, and the car was sent to be cleaned. I signed the credit application and my mobile credit app alerted me that there has been a hard inquiry. Then Al came back with a complete different quote. He told us he accidentally made a mistake during the quote. He said he gave us too much discount. He brought us new quote that specified either paying an additional 2,000 dollars or applying for an additional 2 percent apr over 60 months. The amount they wanted exceeded the No Hassle amount they listed on True Car for the exact same vehicle by almost 4,000 dollars.A honest mistake at this exact moment of sale? I dont think so.We explained it was the deal we reached together and we would like them to honor their word. I urged with them that now theres a hard pull on my credit score that will last for the next 2 years and affect any future purchases that requires a credit review. The manager said hes not losing 2,000 dollars on this sale. Eventually they called over the general manager, Leo. We explained what happened.He then asked if we even have proof of this said offer?Implying that the deal never existed. Stunned at how deceitful these people were. Then we pointed out that we do have proof because we snapped a photo of it. He then backtracked and apologize but told us, it is what it is. Not single ounce of integrity or dignity from that guy and how they conduct business. A disservice to the community.Below is list of what we encountered that will hopefully help any customers coming in here, though we recommend you save yourselves the headaches.1. Service Contract. It was on our bill of sale right from the beginning. It is nothing other than extended warranty. This was included without asking or given as an option for us. They were hoping itll slip by using a different terminology. They took this off when addressed.2. LoJack. Initially told us that its non-negotiable because its pre-installed. We looked it up, not true. Yes, theyre are LoJack ready but not activated. You pay for the activation if you so chose.They eventually took the LoJack off. So much for non-negotiable. If you want LoJack or GPS theft system. Speak to an independent LoJack servicer, Google a local installer, or get a similar product online for much cheaper.3. The follow were fees that we questioned.a. Doc fee. Told us its to pay the people in the back. Customer should not have to pay this as an additional fee. They took this off when addressed.b. Delivery Fee. Anything other then the destination fee listed on the window sticker by the manufacturer should not be buyers responsibility, we also looked this up prior.c. We double checked they calculated State requirements correctly by using the dmv calculator online. This is how we discovered dealer add-ons that were lumped in, which were not disclosed to us.4. Dealer Add-ons. When asked for an itemized list. We found they added on a tow hitch and wheel locks. Gave us a bunch of explanation that the corporation mandates they sell it with wheel locks. Not true. Asked them to remove it.Final NoteI can only speak for my own experience at Selma Mazda, not the entire Auto Mall. There are dealerships that do honest work. This is not one of them. Remember that as a customer, you can walk away anytime. Never come in desperate and never come in uninformed of possible dealer scams. Best of luck.
