I really enjoyed my experience at this JCPenney location. They had a wide variety of shirts and shorts that I was looking for. The clearance section also had a lot to choose from for a very reasonable price. The store was clean in the employees or friendly. I would definitely recommend going to this JCPenney

Enjoy JC Penney the draw back is, that for men if youre looking for an in-between/ odd size you wont find it especially if its last minute need unless they have it online and you can wait for it a couple of weeks, but overall its a good place to shop

Fresno store pretty messy but found some cute girl outfits. Mystery sale in process amd got 40% off. People out shopping for back to school so lines were long but they had 4 customer service workers and they were pretty fast. Only issue was the heat inside. Very uncomforable.

Linda helped us so much with my 501 jeans. Very nice and professional. Thank you so much . We will come back.

I love our store in Selma I wish they had a bigger selection and larger women sizes but its very convenient not to have to drive to you Hanford or Fresno and our store is very clean and the workers are amazing and very helpful.

I dont know how they stay in business when everything is marked so high and the clothes are out dated. And clearance is a joke .

Didnt carry Reebok or Nike tennis shoes anymore

I went in today looking for an anniversary gift for My Love. The associate at the jewelry counter was Great. She answered my questions and quickly got me what i was looking for. Im not big on shopping and she made my visit painless. I will most definitely be returning.

Its a small store, they do not have the large selection that other stores have. Great for a small town like Selma.

Great!! Had to return a gift item they were able to return without a receipt and no issues. The usual long line to pay was not there. Yay!! Prices were awesome !!

Love the sales. I always pay less than I expected. Although I bought their brand of jeans, Arizona at buy one get one free. The jeans ripped at the back pockets after the first wash.

I like that they have everything organized and clean unlike the malls. I also really like that they have a clearance aisle and they definitely dont have that at the mall. Although its small and doesnt have a lot of things you can still find some pretty good clothes

This placed has really cleaned up its act lately. The store is nice and organized now and I was able to purchase 2 pairs of adidas shoes and 2 pairs of shorts for $100. I was very happy with their sale! Nice work

I went for their Mystery sale on Oct 20, which meant 30%, 40%, or 50% off your total purchase, plus thehe price when its marked down. Staff is good too.

It was messy. On a busy mothers day weekend. They should have more team members working to fold and hang clothes in the womens Dept and dressing room.

Two associates ignored call for help at the quad. One said, not it and they both continued chit chatting while folding clothes. Associates at the quad were great! Bathroom dirty, two out of three stalls had no toilet tissue.

This JC Penny location is definitly used by many. However it looks like that too. They could used just a tad bit more cleaning up. But other than that good place, good service, and shout out to Patty she was a great help!

Selma, jc Pennies...worst service.. waited twenty minutes in jewelry line the cashier announced fine jewelry customers first..after that she announced two item or less I had three really what a waste of my time... they could have said something sooner.. spent more time waiting in line then shopping...no wonder stores or closing...

Sparse inventory and long lines

Customer service sucks! After waiting for 15 minutes in-line I tried to purchase some items. I had a coupon but because their wifi doesn’t work I was unable to get to my coupon. So rather than give me coupon price associate let me walk out the door without my items. Customer lost at this store

Today August 4th I had a great sale on some shoes what are the other days over price their clothing

Love the store and prices but Customer Service is horrible. There could be a mile long line with 1 or (sometimes 2) CSRs and the other employees on the floor will not come to help. The other day I went there was 3 CSR checking customers out and 1 said Im going on break with 5 more people in line. Wheres the team work to get that line down not to mention the customer service???? Need a store manager that is a stickler on great customer service.

If I could Id give 0 ☆Its the holidays! Hire more check out people or open ALL your registers! Just last week we checked out at the jewelry dept w/ jewelry AND clothes. Yesterday one lady said to the other, so we could obviously hear cause they werent talking to us, only do layaways and jewelry, no clothes I found very this rude cause like I mentioned, a few days ago we were charged out for both. Thought the whole thing was to convenience the person buying not the employees! Lazy is what I call it. Get more people who want to help and who are quick at helping! Needless to say, we dumped our $200 or so worth of merchandise on the nearset display and left. We wont go to Selma anymore to shop cause your employees dont want to work.

Lines were short and everything is well organized, in and out in about 20 mins

Very poor customer service. The employees didnt ask if I had found everything okay at checkout and were busy talking to each other about their personal lives. The store was cluttered with clothes racks on the floor in aisles where people could trip over them, especially my daughter who almost fell over one. I wont go back to this store.

Most disorganized and messy store ive ever seen. Went in at opening and all displays were unfolded, clothes everywhere, bathroom with piles of paper on floor in every stall, trash overflowing and no papertowels in dispenser. We left for another store.
