Everything from start to finish was great and everyone I worked with was very solid!! Karlin and Ann helped me pick out flooring and gave me ideas to think about, George came over to measure and talk through the quote with me, Mark came over to evaluate and Art and Brandon were in our home for five days installing. Everyone was super nice and kept me informed each step of the way!! I’m amazed how different my kitchen and bathroom floors look and absolutely love them!! I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for installers to hire Southwest Floors for their flooring!!

I now have my whole main floor covered in Cortex vinyl planking with Southwest Floors. Its beautiful. The measurement taking was non intrusive, quick and accurate competitive quote, and the installation is perfect. They addressed my every need in a timely and professional manner. It started with Tyler on the first phone call. George came out to measure and the great job LV and Chris did installing. They all worked as a great team! Pleasure to have them in my home!!

We paid for exactly what we got! The prices are extremely reasonable. We love the quality and feel of our new carpet! Please keep this local business in mind for all your flooring needs. We need to keep our good local companies in business! This is a good one!! The carpet is made in Georgia (I asked.) We have more flooring we need to replace and our total comfort level is with Southwest Floors.

Need carpeting quickly and came in in just under 2 weeks and had a guy out a few days later to install. Got waited on quickly and Fran was very knowledgeable and kind. Have previously gotten carpeting from them and have been very happy with it. Pete the carpet installer with very efficient and personable. I would definitely go back there again.

The reason for one star is their customer service. I went into the store on April 3 2018. It was hard to get waited on -had to hunt sales lady down. I told her the specific tile my wife and I wanted and she said she would have to check with her distributor and call me. She acted like I was bothering her. Im 65 yrs old -I didnt go in the store to kill time. Today is the 16 of April and no call back- well my new floors were installed by another company last Thursday.

I had an issue with the quality of the quarter round that Ive purchased 7 months ago and discovered just now. After a few phone calls the owner graciously agreed to reimburse the full price of my purchase that pleasantly surprised me. With all the negative reviews I wanted to put something very positive that I personally experienced with this business.

Awful customer service, strong smells from the carpets for weeks, do not care about your experience.
