This Dairy Queen is just a Brazier so they don’t have much food. They do have chili cheese hot dogs! They are a great snack. You can load them up too! Onions, ketchup, and mustard! But this DQ does not have relish, even though it is an option on the side of the hot dog box. So only 4 star until they get relish. Yes, relish is that important! So I add my own.

I get a pineapple sundae with chopped nuts and whipped cream and a puppy cone for my co pilot. We love this place. She starts drooling as soon as we pull into the drive thru. If theres a line I have to ask for extra napkins!

I ordered a small cherry cheese cake blizzard with extra cheese cake. Seriously had 2 pieces in it. I also got a birthday cake. I asked for 10inch cake, I ended up getting an 8 inch one. Idk if theres a huge difference in price but very disappointing visit. Also nobody was in line the whole time so it made it more frustrating to be so wrong. I love DQ...just not that one.

Quick service. Seems every time I stop there (2-3 times a year) the costs go up and the size of product goes down. Nice staff

This place was about to move locations and so had a very limited choice of food. The chocken I had was dry and tasteless.

We’ve always had excellent customer service at this DQ location — they never disappoint when we ask for extra cookie dough in our blizzards! Last night, we ordered on UberEATS and still had not been connected with a driver for over an hour. Dairy Queen had already closed and we still hadn’t been connected to a driver, so we assumed our order was cancelled. We were surprised to get a call from a driver who was outside with our DQ sometime later — he said the DQ staff had waited over 45 minutes after close for a driver to come get our ice cream. We were shocked and felt terrible they’d had to wait. Thank you, DQ!

Watch how you are charged for happy hour prices. Mischarged on slushes every time. Employees are great! Line moves quick.

Fairly fast service for such a busy location. Line is often in the street in the summer. They are always friendly and cheerful though!

We ordered two things, a PLAIN chicken sandwich and a chili cheese hotdog with ketchup and mustard. We received a chicken sandwich with all of the fixings plus the sauce, my chili cheese dog was missing chili and cheese. I expect some mistakes at fast-food, but not with each order. They dont have pickles for sandwiches either.

Currently, drive-thru is the only option and everyone working has always been kind, speedy and very energetic. I’m glad this crew is at my local shop.

Just got a banana split. They add 50 cents if you want Spanish nuts. She put 9 nuts on top. Thats a nickle for each tiny Spanish peanut. They used to give you a whole banana. Now you get half a banana. You used to get 3 scoops of ice cream. Now you get two. Maybe they had to cut down on costs cause they have to pay the 9 employees standing around behind the counter.

I always love coming to Dairy Queen. I came to this one because it was on the way to our church and I am so glad I did! They told me that they had the cookie pieces to add to my blizzard and that made me so happy. I usually get the cherry cheesecake blizzard and it is the best! Now I know that they can add the cookie pieces I will definitely be back! The staff was friendly and helpful!

I went through the drive thru on 4/10/20, placed my order just to get told they dont except cash. So nice to see they think they can make their own laws regarding legal currency. This Note Is Legal Tender For All Debts Public And Private is written on the front of all paper currency. Not everyone has plastic. Its funny, other Dairy Queens is gladly excepting cash. Poor business if you ask me.

Incredibly rude! Wasn’t given a heads up that they’re only accepting credit cards with my birthday cake order that was placed last week online, went to pick up and couldn’t use cash. Called and the staff said they’d accept cash but were incredibly rude about it! Will not be going back. Customer service shouldn’t be slack just because of a virus. So disappointed!!!!!

I went there today and the line was sooo long but actually moved quite fast. When i got to pay for my order i freaked a lil bit because i forgot to ask if the snickers blizzard had chocolate icecream. So i asked the young lady and she said no. Well it has chocolate syrup in it so i called and went around the drive thru again and they let me change it out. The young man that i spoke with on the phone and during the exchange was helpful and very kind. Thank you guys for working so hard today and still being kind and attentive ❤ they have a wonderful crew there.

Been going here for years, this DQ is special. No matter how busy or what is going on the staff is always cheerful, happy and professional. That doesnt happen by accident, well done!

Do not recommend going to this Dairy Queen. I am never happy with what I receive. I had a problem my last visit that I saw before leaving and was told they could not do anything to help me so I left with my order not happy. I will go elsewhere that will help me and make my order correct.

I recently ordered a sheet cake for my boyfriends birthday. I wanted quite a lot done to it and gave them some freedom to create and it came out beautifully! I wanted to extend my gratitude to all those whom helped make the cake and experience nothing short of phenomenal.

Its a pretty nice Dairy queen to get your ice cream but. If you want burgers they do not serve that they do serve hot dogs, bbq wraps with grilled chicken and melted cheese they are so good. And they have pop and other drinks!

A great place to go when McDonald’s ice cream machine is broken

The woman that answered the phone when I tried to place and order for a pick up the NEXT DAY, was so rude! She mumbeled “calling this late?”, YES! a whole day in advance, what’s the problem? I was ordering in advance, following their requests, from years past. Then as we continued to speak she started using “your phone is breaking up” which I know is wrong, considering I was using a land line! Whoever this woman was and if she sees this, I hope you can figure out how to provide better customer service for future customers! I am in customer service and she was flat out wrong! I get bad days, but never reflect that upon your customer! I’ll never go back to this DQ location, every again!

Great service and Speedy Drive Thru!

DQ is famous for blizzards, right? Then why not make them right with the mix-ins all the way through? No one wants a 1/2 inch of toppings and then nothing. Super frustrating.

Service tends to be relatively slow at this location. Im not sure why but they dont serve the blizzards upside down it doesnt make much difference to me but I did notice. While Service might be slow quality tends to be acceptable, our orders are always accurate.

Its an okay place. The parking is a little strange and its kind of a pain to get out of since it is so close to the corner of pleasant valley and broadview. Get place when you need a birthday cake at the last minute!

Not a great location- unfortunately its the only one in the area. Would not accept a mobile coupon and the manager was not willing to manually enter in coupon code. Also, their parking lot is awful and aesthetically the building needs help.

Very slow service. Ordered ice cream and fountain pop and the soda was incorrect. About 10 people waiting for orders. Atmosphere was clean and for some reason the music was really loud. Surprisingly we were just kinda disappointed in this location.
