Sent cars to them a few times. First time to get tires put on and they didn’t replace valve stems although they were told to. Next time sent car to be state inspected they passed it without out even looking at it car was dangerous and I had to put $1000 worth of parts on the car. I should have taken receipts and their inspection to state police. Finally car was sent back to have valve stems put in and sat there for a week and they still didn’t do them. Don’t waste your time or money with these unprofessional hacks.

Top quality work

I had new tires put on today by the awesome employees of K and L Auto, in severn MD. I opted to wait there in the shop while they did it. I almost didn’t because I had my youngest daughter with me who is 4. However I am glad that I did. First off I was very Late to my 8am appt. I ran out of the house and called and they responded with “no problem, come on in now”. When I got there My car was immediately taken back and worked on. They were quick, efficient and very friendly to both me and my daughter. I will definitely be back!

Just had extensive work done on my 2013 chrysler 200. They got it in and out in no time at all, and the car rides better than the day I bought it. Even told me what I didnt need done! Very knowledgeable staff!. Ill be back.
