These guys are great- got an oil change with no appointment, no waiting, done in minutes. Also changed my air filter- which genuinely needed it. Car was vacuumed inside and windows cleaned too- and the whole appointment was perhaps 10 minutes? Good price too, including synthetic oil. Worth taking car here instead of spilling oil in my driveway! :-)

I was lucky because there was nobody ahead of me for my oil change. Everyone I spoke with was professional and courteous. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I like that they vacuumed and cleaned the windows, also topped up washer fluid and aired up tires. This is great service for a very reasonable price. I brought my own oil & filter, so that dropped the price quite a bit. But with a military discount it was only $36.

This Jiffy Lube location is by far the best in the area and I literally live 2 mins up the street from the Columbia location but I still travel to this one. They are professional, speedy, knowledgeable and there is a certain level of trust and confidence that I have in them that makes me consistently return.

Extremely rude. In the past the people there just talked too quickly and mumbled a lot. This time the guy clearly just hated my guts from the outset. Just angry and agitated for seemingly no reason. I dont know if it was my ethnicity or my wifes ethnicity or what.When we went in the lobby he came in and gave us covid masks and told us we had to wear masks in the lobby. Fair enough, no problem with that. However, 3-5 people went through that lobby after us and he never said a word to them.I asked at the beginning if with the oil change they could check the transmission. He said it might be sealed, so I said okay, just let me know. They didnt write anything on the ticket so I went to ask. A different guy said it was sealed, I said thats alright, thanks for letting me know. The original guy behind him flips out and goes I TOLD HIM! I told him! I said if its sealed we cant look at it! Like I was being unreasonable for asking a basic follow up question when they didnt tell me anything.Just a bad experience all around.

I went for an oil change and unfortunately, something coming off the airfilter box was snapped. In my past experiences with quick oil change places, I was steeling myself for a fight with Jiffy Lube to get it fixed. To my great surprise Frank was very professional and courteous with the situation. Gratefully, within a couple of days they ordered the part and fixed the car. I will be coming back to this location for sure!

Twice I have gotten oil changes at this location. The mechanic was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location to everybody. I also observed great team work to move customers through but also taking time on what matters the most (the work), something you rarely see.

I completely recommend this Jiffy Lube! Ive been going to another place for oil changes but came here today because I was in a hurry. I am glad I did, and plan to come here after this when I need oil changes. They were super friendly and fast. They actually showed me the air filters, and showed me that one of them was clean and didnt need changing. They vacuumed my car and changed the oil and aired up my tires. They only charged for the actual oil change and didnt try to pressure me into any other services. They mentioned the other services but didnt guilt me into getting them. 5 stars!

I was greeted when I pulled up. Very helpful and friendly. The team worked so well together. When it was time to review work for my vehicle the service manager was polite, patient and professional. Even the waiting area was clean and pleasent to be in. Best experience by far of any Jiffy Lube I have ever used.

The inspection included services as antifreeze fill, brakes check, tire air pressure fill along with they cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the front. Overall, I was very pleased from a friend referred me. They exceeded my expectation. Ill be back!

Ladies, these guys are trustworthy!!!! I just left and they gave me perfect advice. I came back from another place where I got a oil change wasn’t sure if they did it correctly or even did it at all. I removed all evidence of the previous place where I had my oil changed before pulling up at Jiffy. These guys were able to look at my car and tell me if I needed an oil change. They could have easily taken me for an oil change because I hadn’t seen them in almost a year. However, they gave me nothing but the truth! Jay is very professional and courteous and was able to support me with questions outside of what they do at the shop. Highly recommend them to all women who are afraid of being scammed or taken advantage of. By the way, I have been going to these guys for years the only reason why I couldn’t go to them for an oil change yesterday is because I was running late. As far as the time it took them to see me I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Lala

As always Jiffy Lube had the records for my vehicle, asked if I wanted the same oil, reminded me of maintenance timelines, and responded to my request for new wiper blades. They then changed the oil, notified me it had been low when then changed it, reinflated the tires which were a little low, and reviewed all the items they had done. The charge was reasonable, and I was in and out in around 15 minutes. All politely, quickly, and friendly service. Its why I always come back to Jiffy Lube.

I’d rather give zero stars. The manager is very unprofessional & they have thieves at this location. Money was stolen out of my car. When it was brought to the on duty managers attention he decided to bring up our last interaction. Which was just as unpleasant. Instead of worrying about doing his job he was concerned with what I was doing with my car due to its mileage. Their personal opinions were not welcomed nor warranted. I would never recommend anyone use this jiffy lube location.

Awesome guys over there. They take good care of my car everytime i bring it up. If they mess something up (extremely rare and never anything major) they fix it no extra charge.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival. After being escorted in, within minutes, I was assisted and offer choices on services. Frank, was spectacular in explaining the services in detail. He took special care to clean my windows, vacuum my mats, and explained the “top off” services. The visit was less than 30-minutes but I left with more knowledge about my vehicle then when I arrived. The entire team was professional and made my visit a pleasant one.

Havent had any problems. Ive take 2 different vehicles here many times in the last 2 ⅕ years and had one the best and honest services 2 weeks ago.

This is the ONLY Jiffy Lube I go to. I take all my vehicles here because this is Jiffy Lube, by far, has the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. It’s a comfort to know your vehicle will be taken care of to the upmost standard.

The staff are always so pleasant to deal with and we are usually out fairly quickly too. An update to our review. We have recently moved and weren’t aware of an issue with my husbands truck, Jiffy Lube messed up the threading on my husbands oil pan. Tons of money going into this so not at all pleased.

I was a regular customer here for about a year. One day I pulled up and without asking me what service I was getting, they started doing an oil change. Once I figured out what they were doing, I stopped them and told them I wanted a tire rotation. Ok, mistakes happen. No big deal. Once they finally did the rotation, they said my ball joints were bad and my rotors were damaged. All the repairs they wanted to do cost up to $1000 and when I hesitated they kept repeating that I got a free oil change out of them and should pay for the $1000 services. First off, if you had done your job and actually asked me, I wouldve had a chance to tell you. I got a second opinion and my rotors were fine and my ball joints were as well. THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF! I do not trust jiffy lube anymore and will NEVER come back. Valvoline is more trust worthy.

Staff at this location is courteous and timely. Typical service visit with extras is under an hour. Oil change in about 20 minutes when all four bays are full.

They were very courteous and professional and I was in and out before I could rest comfortably in their extra soft chair.

Went in today to get my oil change and they was so nice and welcoming as soon as I pulled up they greeted me and quickly pulled my car in. And then they called me out to explain everything to me. And they did the full service vacuum, cleaning my windows and added air to my tires! Like wow I’m so mind blowed I never gone to jiffy lube and this was my first time! FOR SURE IM BE BACK!

Whole process took around 20 minutes from walk-in to drive-out.The manager (Frank) also personally took it upon himself to re-attach my loose skid plate at no charge while the oil was being changed! Couldnt ask for anything more in an oil change center. When I walked in, there were at least 10 other people waiting for their cars to be serviced, and my oil change still only took about 30 minutes. Very polite and helpful staff. I would recommend to a friend and Ill definitely be back again....4 years later and I still love going to this Jiffy Lube. I’ll never go to another place!! The guys there are great and the woman at the counter is always very nice. You definitely get your money’s worth here and the workers are good people.

Because I didn’t have time to replace rotors the tech mumbled as I was checking out, his cars going to fall apart on the highway...didn’t put the air filter in right, had to be done the right way when I got home. Car did not fall apart by the way!

The staff at this location did a great job at changing my oil, but when I got back to my car, I noticed they damaged the bottom of my car fender flap. It was torn off and hanging from the bottom of the car. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to explain to me that the fender flap was damaged before my visit, which is completely false. They offered me a $19 dollar credit and said it was the best they could do. This is completely unacceptable.Please be careful taking your vehicle to this location. They do not want to own up to their mistakes. Upon leaving, a worker commented stating, Now dont put any reviews online. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Jiffylube and most certainly will not be use them again.
