I am so happy that I went to the Quarterfield location! Everyone there Erica, Noah, Shay, and Justin are professional, welcoming, and patient. LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT A PHONE STORE EVER!I went in wanting to switch to AT&T from another provider. The store was super busy but Erica made sure to come over to us to get us checked in and even got us started on collecting the information I needed from my previous carrier (which was SUPER helpful as my previous provider made it incredibly difficult just to get basic information on my account and took over 30 mins).Erica made the whole process super easy and stress free. She answered every question I had and I ended up leaving with everything I wanted/needed!

Do yourself a favor and do your order online. The employees in this store are clueless, screwed up my discount, didnt submit the auto pay correctly, took over an hour for a single number port, and tried selling me things I was not interested in (I had to repeatedly say I wasnt interested in their TV service). Lets just say my 1st bill was a shocker. Customer service was not even able to apply my discount because apparently this store attempted it too many times. I only switched for the 25% off. If this discount cannot be added on the next bill, Im switching back to Verizon.

I was already certain about the device that I wanted so I understand that the sale was simple but the Salesman had 0 enthusiasm, I was about to spend $2000 on the new Z fold 3 but I wasnt offered any insensitives, optional extras like cases, a stylus nothing. It was like phone number.... Black, green or silver, it wont be released until the 27th. I know all these things are standard. I just wasnt made to feel welcome or that ATnT appreciate my business. I had to ask if its ok I could hold a demo of the $2000 phone Id just pre ordered. After I left Im thinking, should I have gone somewhere else? It just wasnt the buying experience Id been looking forward to for weeks. Ive literally been waiting for this phone to be launched and this was not the ultimate buying experience I had planned in my head. Oh well I guess the phone is the star not the Salesman.

She checked to make sure they had it and explained it couldn’t be held but that they were not busy. I arrived in 30mins and she was readily available to help and remembered our call. She was very helpful in explaining everything to me and gave an honest assessment of the new series 6 watch. She assisted with explaining the cellular data and what would appear on my bill in the future. Very helpful, responsive and great customer service experience was had with her! The lady with the curly hair and glasses was so rude and uninterested in helping, and she also ignored them when I had another question. I visited this location on 10/14/2020. As I walked to the entrance of the store, an associate that was near the door walked to the back of the store as he saw me coming. As if he was trying to avoid interacting with me even though there were no other customers to help.Flora Colon greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door and asked me questions to better assist me. I was a new customer and just received my new phones and had already ported my numbers but, I needed to bring in my trade ins. Flora explained how the trade in process worked and how I would receive credit. She also explained the effect on my bill.I also received information on AT&T TV and current promotions. She was able to show me the device for it and explained the set up which was so easy. I ended up signing up! I had questions about the surface pro and the process to add to my plan and she had the answers. I was there for about an hour or so and Flora never made feel rushed and she was very patient. I also appreciated the fact that if she didnt know or wasnt quite sure about something that I asked, she asked the manager and he was also patient and very helpful.I left feeling better than when I walked in and was able to get more services than I went in for. The caliber of customer service a person receives can make or break a business. You need more people like her!P.S.- the rep that was avoiding me ended up getting a rude and nasty customer that came in after me...😏

We were having an issue with our Direct TV with an error code of 612. After many calls without resolution to AT&T Direct TV Service line we were very frustrated. When we finally got through we were told we needed to have an in-home tech to solve the issue. That tech came last week. Problem still not resolved. I again called the AT&T Direct TV Service line and was on the phone for almost with an hour and was told by the rep we were the only one that has called in an error code of 612 and in his 13 years working at AT&T he had never seen this error code. I decided to hang up and call the best resource that AT&T has and that is Flora Colon at the Severn, MD AT&T store. Not only did Flora come to our rescue but personally intervened to ensure that there was resolution. We cannot thank Flora Colon enough for her personal commitment. On a scale of 1-10 she is a 100!! I went to have 2 new phones activated, we already had AT&T service. We had 2 older devices but just needed everything switched over to 2 brand new phones. This associate however was THE SLOWEST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. WE WERE IN THAT LOCATION ALMOST 3 HOURS IF NOT LONGER. On top of all that, as if that wasnt enough......our previous cell phones were Note 9s. The chargers they used were basically Usb-C. I had asked this associated extensively if these chargers could or would work on our new devices the Samsung Galaxy S21. He began to go into this long explanation of how they wouldnt yadda yadda, that we would need a new wall adapter, a new actual cord piece itself due to the USB ends being different and how they wouldnt work with our new phone. LONG STORY SHORT WE HAD TO BUY ALL NEW CHARGING SYSTEM.HERES WHERE AT&T GETS CALLED OUT FOR BEING LIARS JUST TO MAKE A FAST COMMISION BUCK!!!! I get home and try my new Samsung Galaxy S21 on ALL MY OLD SAMSUNG NOTE 9 CHARGING DEVICES.....AND THEY CHARGE PERFECTLY FINE AND FASTI had just bought 8 brand new 10 for chargers on an on older device...>

Terrible Service... Eric from Glen Burnie store is the worst.Im Going back to Verizon. Verizon is more expensive but much better phone service.. The return of phones is a major hassle. Also there is a 50.00 restocking fee per phone.. Also if you get a new phone make them ship to you and you ship old phone back. That way you still have your old phone if you wanna cancel service after 13 days..

My iPhone was stolen while in a foreign country which I understand is an unusual situation. I did however provide a police report and the insurance company was informed about the circumstances. I realised that I would have to wait until I returned to the US to process the claim. My issue is that not once was I offered the choice or an incentive to upgrade my phone to a newer one. I would think that this would be a great time to offer an incentive for an upgrade or at the least an offer to do so.

I absolutely hate ATT retail locations. First I couldnt buy a galaxy watch 3 on release date because no one at the store can be trusted with eSim codes. Then I tried to preorder a fold 2 and they couldnt do it 2 days before release. Went back on release date, they werent getting any in store..... Went to best buy the same day and got my fold 2. The attitude from the reps in this store is horrible. Att is better off shutting down all retail locations. They are basically pointless. Also while Im writing this ATT actual service is now worst than sprint. I see myself hoping to Verizon in the very near future.

Everyone there has no clue what customer service is. I ordered a phone online and it said it should be ready within two hours. Over three hours later I still did not get an email saying it is ready to be picked up. I tried to call the store and on the fifth try someone answered just to say hold on and then I was on hold for close to an hour. While I was on hold I decided to drive to the store to see if it was ready. I live about 15 - 20 minutes from the store and they finally answered the call as I pulled into the parking lot. When I get there, there isn’t a single customer there and all the employees are just sitting around inside. Anyways the employee, Ms Erica, on the phone is talking to me and asking what my order is and says she can’t find it... I finally give her the order number and it pops up immediately just for her to tell me if I don’t think we have any of this stuff in stock... They did end up having it and when the Ms Erica came out to give me what I ordered I was asking about their policy and stuff because the website said it would be ready in two hours and I was only wondering why it wasn’t. The employee got a major attitude with me and wouldn’t stop arguing and eventually she walked away from my while I was talking just to murmur some not so good words under her breathe. The worst part is I didn’t even get an apology for any of it. Not for waiting on hold so long. Not for them being unprepared. All I get is an employee walking away from me rude as could be.

Worst people ever! Needed help with there phone and there service and would not take time to help. But when I needed to buy the phone it was, no problem taking my money. Im switching carriers.
