Joe and the team at Severn Auto Body of Severna Park are absolute rock stars. I had the front of my vehicle resprayed and several carbon aero components installed; they knocked the job out of the park for a reasonable price. Additionally, Joe was super communicative throughout the process. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience.

The staff was very helpful. To start they were clear about what to expect. Offered options for my specific needs. They kept me posted on the status and finished about when scheduled. I looked at three places to do this repair and this place was by far the most reasonably priced with practical solutions!

The service is unparallel to any body shop that have had to experience over the years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time explain what has been accomplished.

I highly recommend this shop. Went in last minute in a panic to get a some work done on my car. With no hesitation they took us right in and completed the job with precision. I had a wonderful experience at Severn Auto Body today! Nicole made the same day process to fix our van door a breeze. The paperwork was simple and straight forward, the estimate quick, and Brian did the work to my high standards. After being burned by another body shop in Annapolis I was very happy that the final cost actually matched their estimate. Im still shocked that they detailed our van for a very small 2 1/2 hour repair! Couldnt be happier with their service, and I will bring all my future repair work there.

Unfortunately, before Christmas our truck was rear-ended while parked at the Mall. Severn Auto Body of Severna Park was available and could handle aluminum alloy body parts. I am glad they were. They kept us informed. They stayed on schedule. Our truck was done on time. Our 2019 F150 was in their parking lot looking brand new. Freshly washed and waxed. The gentleman, who was in charge of our vehicle, explained how the repair was done, in detail. After a horrible Christmas surprise from a stranger, Severn Auto Body of Severna Park delivered a wonderful gift.

Joe was awesome to work with, stayed in contact with me every step of the way keeping it friendly and professional. I brought the shop my car after being sideswiped where I needed to cut out and weld in a new headlight support. Due to the accident the hood hinges were also tweaked needless to say things were pretty misaligned with the hood and the fender. I didnt have the patience to do the back and forth myself but the guys here got everything looking almost factory with the body lines. When I brought it in the hood wouldnt even come close to shutting, after picking it up you can hardly tell. Thanks Joe and the guys at Severn Auto Body!

Quick eval of what was needed & a fair price was given.

I dont know what to compare it to, but I was handled well. The job got done. What was supposed to happen happened. I was hoping that replacing a bumper and redoing paint would be quicker than four days. I dont know whats typical. I got hit and the others insurance paid. So far, this body shop is okay.

These guys did all right by me. I only needed a simple repair but they were quick and professional only had my car for about a day or two. The last time I was in an accident my car was in the shop for at least a month somewhere else so I truly appreciated the professional and quick service at this body shop. As much as I like them, I hope I never need a body shop again!

Highly recommend. Everything was 100% top notch. From the clean office(this is not the case in many auto body/repair shops), the updates to the quality of work.

Do not go there for state inspection.First, it is expensive 120$, while you can find it for 80$ elsewhere.Secondly, they will find you things to repair and charge a terrible quote for that. They told me that I had to spend almost 800$ for a repair, while it was less than 300$ in another garage for the same thing!Avoid this place for state inspection!

This is my 2nd review of this auto body shop. I do not know why Google delete my reviews so I am submitting a 2nd one. This auto body shop billed the insurance company for false work they did not complete. Ie: To clean my vehicle. The repair was not done correctly. They did not competely reassemble the undercarrage of my vehicle, which is very dangerous. When I brought this to their attention they fought me saying that I must have been in an accident in the 12 hours I had my vehicle [back from their shop], which caused all the bolts that were supposed to hold the undercarriage together to fall out. They literally only put one bolt on it, right in the center so it was loose and drug. It also caused my front bumper to fall of. The service manager also argued with me about this and when he went to prove me wrong by pushing on my bumper it fell right off, with just the push of one hand. On top of that the repair was delayed 3 days because of complications which was really just more time so they could hold the vehicle to bill the insurance company for more false time. I encourage readers to view my photos for this review as well, as proof of my claims.

I been here several times for repairs as my good friend is a body tech there but will not return to this location for a few customer service reasons 1 nichole lied to me and said my car was going into paint and will be being reassembled on a tuesday and my body tech friend witch will not say his name sent me of a pic that nothings been touched saying starting on it now but nichole told me its in paint already and he told me insurance hasnt even came out yet2 walk in and nichole just has her feet up on desk headphones in didnt notice i walked threw the door and then got a nasty attitude because i didnt try to get her attentionMain reason is because it was almost done on a tuesday but didnt get it back til the next wendsday so i know nichole was wrong and not my friend

This is the most amazing experience I have ever had with any auto company. This company has perfromed everything I have asked, and they have completed on time.

The worst experience Ive had in my entire life. My car and turned the shop in March 2014 and is still there to years later. They took the money from the insurance check that they received on my car and paid employees payroll and payroll checks were bouncing.They have lied to me nonstop and continue to do so to this day. The owner TED is a washed up loser that steals money from other people covering his ass.

I showed up with check in hand to have the bumper of an admittedly older car repainted. It was suggested that I take my check and buy my wife some new shoes instead.
