I ordered some blankets here online from Florida and they got here SO fast! The product was beyond perfect. Also, the smallest little details make the biggest impact sometimes. The packaging was simple but pretty, they had some beautiful stickers on the packing and wrote a lovely little thank you note thanking me for my order. I think its the small things that really stand out sometimes, it gives it a lovely personal touch. I am BEYOND happy with my order. I will be online shopping here again :) Thank you all!

I love The Cottage! Not only do they have fabulous merchandise but I truly appreciate their customer service and careful attention to Covid precautions. I have never had a bad experience there - I feel appropriately attended to without being “smothered.” Thank you - I know these are difficult days to be in the retail business but I think you guys are doing a fabulous job!

I ordered 2 items on Wednesday to be shipped to Florida for Mother’s Day. I was certain it wouldn’t get there on time but as it turned out the package arrived today! (Saturday) I am so appreciative to The Cottage for their efforts in making sure it got there in a timely manner. A big thanks to everyone involved for making this very difficult Mother’s Day truly amazing!

This is one of my very favorite stores to shop at! The staff knows their regular clients by name and they go out of their way to make the shopping experience pleasant. You can find anything from unusual items for home decorating to eclectic clothing choices. I highly recommend this store.

I bought a wallet for my Mother & took it back because my Mother could not use the wallet. Shes 80 and struggles with the use (strength) of her hands. The clerk was reluctant to do the return & wanted to see if my Mothers complaint with the wallet was viable. Really? She then said that part of the tag was missing & even though I had the receipt she needed to speak to a manager. A manager came out-never introducing herself & proceeded to say she didnt see a problem with the wallet & commented about the partial tag, but reluctantly​ returned my money. I guess I needed to bring my Mother down to the store to show them how difficult the wallet was for her to use in order for them to feel the return of the wallet was really justified!

3rd visit WORST EXPERIENCE. I was asked by a sales associate if my Gucci sneakers I was wearing was real... come on!! After I told her they are, she proceeded to explain that she wasnt sure if they were knock offs.. was I not the right color while wearing my $800 leather sneakers to be authentic??? #willnevergetmydollarsagain

I like this store....but....I am tired of going in there and having 4 or 5 employees approach me to ask how I am and if I need any help. On my last visit, I walked out without buying a think when the 5th person asked me if I needed help. Please just give your customers a chance to breathe!

I came to maryland from washington state just for a quick vacation and when i went to visit the little town my brother and i just wandered into this little shop. the woman working there was so polite and helpful, she helped recommend items that she thought would look good and suit me. i think it was a beautiful little shop and next time i come to maryland i’ll definitely be back to see the cool new things they have! 10/10 would recommend even a step inside! thank you to the people who own, work and manage. i appreciates all of your help!
