The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Went 9/20/21 and everything was well packaged and prepared and ready to go.The app messed up my order but the shop fixed it gladly and were super pleasant to deal with.Kind of customer service you want! Not to mention new pumpkin cheesecake is amazing. Thank you!

Somebody, real soon better call me and make this good!!!!!! I called and in detail, because of Covid, ordered, this was Monday, December 7th, 2020. Was to be delivered on Tuesday......NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Not good business Edible Arrangements in Severna Park, MD. Will be calling you 1st thing Wednesday, and, someone better be answering the phone.........Covid is no excuse, ESPECIALLY AFTER YOUR DETAILED PHONE RECORDING SAYING HOW YOU ARE KEEPING EVERYTHING SAFE, ETC. I wanted this delivered, I gave you TWO NUMBERS to call, and nothing......And now, it is Wednesday morning, and I am one, to apologize if Im wrong. OK, I typed this review yesterday evening like 6 or after. Just as I finished typing, I was told the guy was in the front yard of the place where it was to be delivered. Now, what are the chances of typing and delivering at the same time, so, I apologize and was told the cheesecake plate was beautiful! So, thank you!

They did an amazing arrangement for a funeral. Really gorgeous; can’t recommend them highly enough. Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff, as well.

Pre ordered strawberries for Mothers Day to be delivered today on 5/9/2020. No delivery and no way to contact the store. I have used this store for years as I have family that lives there however, I will never use this store again as they had no problem taking my money but somehow the order was not delivered. When you try to call the store and leave a message it says the message box is full which means they never check the voice mail. In addition, you cannot tract the order as it keeps kicking you out of the system. This is an online ordering company so there is no reason for this type of service.

Called at 10 a.m. on tuesday to ask what the delivery time would be for that day. I was told between 1-4 . I called at 3:45 and they did not even have it in transit, had to wait at home till almost 6pm . I use edible arrangements all the time but never this location and never this location again .

It is a nice change from the typical flower bouquet. I have had several over the years and they have always been cute and delicious!

I ordered a arrangement today directly from the Severna Park store. When I received a picture of it I was VERY disappointed in the arrangement. I should have ordered it through the 800 line. It cost with tax and delivery charges 100.00! So the arrangement was 87.00. On line the arrangement was much larger. The arrangement was fresh, I will say that.

The fruit was dry and sour. I called customer service and they said that the manager would reach out to me but no one ever did. Horrible tasting fruit.
