They have such an array of quality furniture, clothing, and other home goods. The staff is so amazingly friendly and helpful. I personally dont shop there but I do offer delivery and pick-up for furniture and they are amazing enough to hand out my business cards and give recommendations.

I have read most of the reviews and some of the negative ones caught my attention . Savvy is a ten on the scale of 1 to 10 and it is because they are professional at what they do, have a beautiful display of everything and sometimes an overwhelming amount of customers and consignors in the store all at the same time.. That being said, it can become hectic but the owner always has a great group of gals working to assure that the customer and consignor are its number one priority I have been there many times, both as a consignor and customer and have never had a bad experience either way/ I have recommended this shop to friends and relatives who enjoy shopping there as much as I do. . Love this higher end consignment shop. I love the 75% off racks where I found a cute Vera Wang sweater. I wish the staff would set up your dressing room by grabbing the clothes that easily fill up your arms so you can still look. But I get that maybe that is not possible. Great place! Furniture is reasonably priced too!

Endless racks of affordable items in good condition. Unusual furniture pieces and home goods. Enjoyed leisurely combing the racks and appreciated the “just-right” amount of attention from sales staff. Always appreciate someone offering to put my armfuls of options in a dressing room or on a rack while I continue shopping. Ill be back!

The owner/manager of this store is nasty. Today, I went to collect a check from her and commented that the amount was much less than promised, so she just yelled at me that they had another check. Not the first time staff here has been rude. I only work with them because they give consigners 55% profit; otherwise, I would quickly take my business elsewhere.

Stacey and her team are FANTASTIC. This place is the cleanest, most organized, upscale consignment shop Ive ever seen.

Very rude employees. The person checking us out at register refused to make eye contact, didn’t speak other than to give us our total, shoved the clothes back in the bag and then walked away without saying anything once she handed us the receipt. Was also on her phone at counter when we walked it. Seemed distracted and bothered by the fact we were purchasing.

Wide variety of sizes and manufacturers of clothing for great prices! Drop off things youre done with while you shop and theyll let you know if they can sell them! Theres also furniture and home decor.

I had to move my mother into an assisted living, and liquidate her estate and name brand clothes, which was very stressful.This was my first encounter with Savvy Consignment and because they were from Eddie Bauer, Chicos, Lands End, etc, I though this would be a good place for them. I walked in with several armfuls of clothes, all on hangers. I was met with a cold and condescending attitude. First over the hangers. They made it known that they would not look at the clothes while on the hangars. I had to take all the hangers off. No assistance was offered.Then they tossed through my mothers clothes and tossed them to the side like they were beneath their standards. When they looked at her shoes, one shop worker started to laugh and said....this is a no, This is a no, This is a no, in the most rude tone of voice.The workers entire attitude was one of a false sense of entitlement and superiority and any goods less than say the most originally overpriced expensive items, were beneath them.You are a consignment shop. Your existence depends on others. I will never shop in you store, nor recommend ;you to family and friends.Come down to earth. Your Zip code doesnt make you any better than anyone else.Btw, I went to another consignment shop and had the complete opposite experience. That shop is Cha Ching in Glen Burnie! They appreciate everyone!

I absolutely love shopping here! I always walk away with a new found item or 2! I am giving this 3 starts however due to an experience I had in the store. I was shopping around the racks & felt as I was being followed by an older lady who was an employee there. She just kept watching me as I was looking through the racks & then next time I look over she’s right on top of me & said to me “oh i’ll hold those items behind the counter for you.” I appreciate it but I think I can handle holding 2 items while I shop. I just felt uncomfortable and judged.

As a loyal customer, I was very disappointed to purchase a Gucci watch from Savvy, take it to a professional jeweler to have a new battery put in and find that it didnt work only to be told by the owner Stacy that she would not offer me credit to the store. Her argument was that I did not do this in a timely manner. Just getting it to the jeweler took time as did making the trip back to Savvy as anyone with two small children (not to mention two small businesses can relate to). What a shame to loose a good customer over such a small thing.

I’m a guy. The selection of men’s clothing is certainly smaller than the women’s but the quality and selection Really surprised me; in a good way. Rugged all weather gear, classy shirts and slacks, even really good boots. All for a fraction of what I’d be spending retail. My biggest problem was deciding.Don’t listen to the bluster. Stuff happens everywhere. From what I see folks who operate this store run a tight ship in an honest and fair manner.

Great selection and very organized. Excellent condition of consigned products. Low prices + comeback bucks coupon + vip discounts even on namebrands. I dont have much experience with the seller side (yet) but i will be back to check it out soon ! Thanks for keeping the shop so clean.

I have purchased various pieces of womens clothing there, including a nice top from Coldwater Creek last year. This year, I found one in the same color in a retail store that I liked better (Chicos) and tried to consign the one I bought there last year. To my surprise, they did not accept it! Whats up with that?

Although I normally find more things for my 3 boys than for myself, I love to browse and consignment here as well. Having worked in retail for many years in the past, I can honestly say (ironically enough) that the negative reviews here are the stereotypical retail customer complaints that get you talked about when you leave the store. Barely any stores (except huge anchor-type stores) have public restrooms; if you are traveling some distance to a store, call ahead of time with any questions you may have about the establishment; the usual common sense type of avoidable complaints. The only thing keeping me from leaving five stars is the fact that I have found many pulled/excessively worn items as well as some obviously stained items for sale at full price on the floor, but that simply goes back to basics with training employees on what should be acceptable or not.

I love Savvy!! I am from New Hampshire and visit my friend in Pasadena and Savvy is always at the top of my list of places to go. They have an amazing selection, including an always impressive collection of Coach handbags. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!

Too uppity. Took items to put on consignment. Folded neatly in order and uppity woman just messes it all up and tells me they want high end items only. This is a consignment shop not Tiffanys. Never will go back.

Yesterday, after visiting the store, I agreed to purchase an item and asked if I could return today to collect it. They confirmed that they would remove the sale sticker and hold it for me. When I returned to the store today to pick it up and pay for the item, they confirmed that they had sold it to another customer. At no point did they request a deposit or that I return at a particular time today to collect it. The manager, or someone who appeared to be in charge, stated that although it was company policy that items could not be held, the sales person had done this as a favor for me. A most unprofessional experience.

This store came highly recommended to me for maternity wear, so I drove nearly an hour to check it out. When I arrived, I needed to use a restroom (arent pregnant ladies known for their need to pee?). Well, it turns out they dont have one available to the public. They sent me down the road to use the bathroom at the library instead. It bothers me that a consignment store trying to be upscale would not offer their customers a bathroom. More to the point, the maternity selection was poor. It was just one rack and mainly lower end or well-worn items (one pair of pants even had a big hole in the belly area). I can buy a basic maternity tee at Target for $10, so why would I pay $9 at this store for a used basic tee? I love supporting small businesses, especially ones that promote green practices like reusing, but in this case Ill be sticking to my local Goodwill in the future.
