I had the worst time trying to get my packages in Costa Rica but it was no fault of this location. Special shout out to Ryan who went above and beyond to try to help. He gave me his cell number and worked outside of office hours trying to call and email the terrible company in Costa Rica. Awesome customer service, Ryan went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for all your efforts !!!!

Very helpful and super friendly staff. I wanted to order cards and my phone ran out of battery as I was trying to pull data off. Staff helped me in any way they could and everything was taken care of way quicker than I expected.

Always great service. Usually helped right away. I usually do Amazon return drop offs, so visits are pretty quick.

The worst! Couldnt tell me where my a packages were, had to call multiple places & go to the store twice. Then once I got the packages they didnt check my ID & I had to carry all four large packages to my car. What ever happened to customer service??
