Kathy at the Sherwin Williams stores next to Homestead Gardens on Ritchie Highway in Severna Park was WONDERFUL!!! She helped me with the proper paint type and sheen type and all with a smile. Im sure she has answered the questions I asked her a million times but she was very patient and helpful.

I would tell them to visit my local SW store # 3527. The people that work there always go out of their way to help me pick out color. Steven is amazing, very patient and knowledgeable. He even put my purchase in my car for me.

Sherwin-Williams employees know their stuff. If I am going to DIY, I want to do it right the first time and have it look great. That means I need advice on the products, including paint and tools. I like having everything I need in one place instead of running all over some big warehouse looking for paint, brushes, rollers, tarps, cleaning supplies, etc. I dont think I spend much more than I would at discount places since I take advantage of the loyalty program.

I’ve had quite a lot of time to write this review since I’ve been sitting outside waiting for the staff of this place to actually do their jobs. There’s a sign on the door saying “be back in 30 minutes” with no idea when that 30 mins started....though I’ve been in my car waiting for 25 minutes now.We basically put up with this place because of convenience but the staff always seem like they could care less about whether they keep their jobs or not.Do yourself a favor and call the next time you want to swing by and pick up paint just to make sure they’re actually open when they say they are.

We tried to get a color match from Home Depot and it was all wrong. Wrong color + wrong finish made the walls look like someone tried to cover up graffiti. Went on a recommendation to Sherwin-Williams and all was saved. They were very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to remedy the situation. Highly recommend for color matching services on walls with 15+ year old paint.

Treated with such kindness every time I’m here. I have a few toddlers and expecting soon - the employees help me grab everything on my list and don’t treat me like I’m being a difficult customer even while I’m chasing my kids around the store. It can be intimidating when there are professionals in line behind you but there are usually few employees working at a time. As a busy new homeowner I try to have a tight list so I don’t get in the way, however they are so knowledgeable and know exactly what I need for my projects.

I have not ordered paint yet but I was assisted in choosing colors and the young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful.
