We were traveling through the area and got a flat tire. They were fast, friendly, and affordable and got us in right away. We were in and out under 30 minutes! Would definitely recommend!

I bought a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse from Precision Auto Sales & Auto Service about a year ago. They were a bit inflated on the price but you should expect that from any business (especially car dealers). I talked them down on the price about 15% because I knew the car still had issues even though they supposedly did a lot of work to it. Some lose ends for sure. Oil leaks and no spare key or keyless entry. They said the brakes were new but they rattle and shake the whole car if you use them. The check engine light came on before I even got home (catalytic converter). I think I could have haggled the price lower if I tried. He agreed very quickly to my lowered price.

Outstanding. I had my air conditioner repaired this past April. It had stopped cooling so I took it back to them. They immediately checked it and repaired it. They took responsibility the moment I walked in. When they returned my vehicle there was no charge. I would highly recommend them. They will definitely stand by their work.

I ran off the road and hit a stump. I brought my car to Autoworks and they fixed my bent rim on the stop. The owner went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of and safe for me to drive. I would recommend Autoworks to anyone and everyone is very nice and helpful.

My thermostat went out on my Suburban just as we were starting on our way back home to Virginia. They were courteous and helpful. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. They even accommodated our family of 8 while the work was being done.

I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for someone honest and trustworthy. My family was vacationing from Florida when we broke down with what we thought was a transmission issue. I called several shops and nobody could get me in for a few days which wouldn’t work considering we had to get back to Orlando for work. I called this place and explained what happened and the gentleman said to have it brought in and that they could take a look right away considering the circumstances. I had the vehicle towed here (about 30 minutes from where we broke down) and they said they would take a look at it while we waited. Come to find out, it was simply a bracket in the gear shifter that got bent and there actually were no transmission issues. They had it fixed and us on our way in 10 minutes. I know absolutely nothing about cars so they easily could have ripped me off and had me repair/replace something (and I’m sure a lot of shops would do this!) Both employees I encountered were extremely helpful and accommodating to my family. Thank you so much Autoworks for saving our vacation! It means more than you will ever know.

My radiator burst while I was visiting Pigeon Forge with some friends on a Friday night. The tow took longer than expected, but Rick and Lowell (the owners) stayed open three extra hours just to let my car get there, then proceeded to come in on Sunday morning to fix it up and help me get back to school before Monday. The overall level of service, hospitality and generosity was breathtaking. Not to mention instead of letting me pay for a taxi, Lowell drove me 30 minutes out of his way to get me back to the cabin I was staying at. I could not be more gracious toward them.

Stranded in Gatlinburg while on vacation- my alternator broke Saturday night while after hours and there were no shops open to save me. My tow truck operator made a phone call and Richard from Autoworks agreed to stay open late to help me out. He understood my need to get home and was extremely professional and very accommodating. I was on my way home an hour after arriving at his shop, the price was more than reasonable and the work was outstanding. Stayed open until 8pm on a Saturday night for me and even helped another guy who pulled up while he was working on my car. Thanks Richard and Autoworks for getting myself and the family home safe and not making me wait all weekend for an open shop.

Really good place to get tire fixed fast and inexpensive

Sold me a vehicle with a bad motor and acted like they knew nothing about it. If the oil is over full beware! They also dont fill out the paperwork correct they right less on paperwork so they can avoid paying more taxes. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you want to be out your money!
