Diversified Enclosures and Screens recently did a job for us. They removed our old screened in porch, and replaced it with their enclosure system and screening. They did a fabulous job! Mike came and not only gave us an estimate which we felt was very fair - but he also made a few suggestions on the project and he was so right on his recommendations. Dan and his crews (there were 3 crews for this job) showed up on time and down to a man they were professional, polite and worked non-stop until the job was finished. It was almost 7 PM before they left and they had showed up at just before 9! It was a 2-story screened in porch so seemed like a big job to us! We could not be more pleased! Thanks Diversified!

I would like to be able to say something good. I dont like leaving a negative review. I just wanted an estimate. A guy named Mike came out, but I wasnt home; he asked if he could still measure, and I said of course. That was September 23, and I didnt hear back from anyone.On October 2nd, I texted Melissa, and she was the one that texted me if Mike could measure on the 23rd to get the qoute. She said she would let Mike know I was waiting on a response. I texted again on October 5th, once again said she would put a message on his desk to contact me 1st. thing in the morning. That morning was today and now its the night and no calls or a simple, easy text message. I really dont get it. If the company reads this, please do not contact me. You never get a 2nd chance to make a good 1st impression.

Beware...Dishonest. Diversified installed a screen porch over an existing concrete porch on our home for the approximate total of $14,000. At the time of estimate, I told them that I wanted the ceiling wired for a ceiling fan, which was then included in the estimate. During the installation, one of the installers told me that they would tie the conduit into an existing porch light fixture to provide power, with which I had no problem.After a few months, I finally installed a ceiling fan only to discover that the conduit had no power going through it. I ask Diversified about the issue and was told that they do not have an electrician on staff (???). Although they don’t state during the estimate that they do not actually connect any wiring (what good is running wire if it’s not actually connected???). Now I am supposed to pay hundreds more to have their mistake/misrepresentation/dishonestyfixed? Nope. I do not appreciate being misled and misinformed. For that reason, I cannot recommend Diversified.

Beware! This company misrepresents its products and their pricing. I received an on-site quote from the estimator, and then when I received a written proposal the price went up significantly. Also, from the time that I received the on-site quote to the written proposal, almost a week went by. Dont expect prompt service from this company. After I received the quote I called the estimator and he never did call me back. In my opinion, if a buyer is looking for a fair, honest, straight forward quote steer clear of this company. I had to give them a one star rating. I actually would give them no stars. Beware!

Best place in TN for screening/patio work. Obvious pride in ownership, excellent experience. They did a fantastic job on my screened-in porch which added value to my house; they worked with me through the entire process. Cant thank them enough.

The place is amazing from Mike who came out and gave us an estimate to Dan, David, Ryan and Mike who did the install today. They exceeded my expectations on all levels from customer service, price, professionalism, and their ability to answer my endless questions. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a screened porch!

Diversified did a 10*24 screened in enclosure w/black railings for our new home in Tellico Village. Looks wonderful! Michael suggested an 8 door & what a difference! From the initial meeting with Michael to working w/staff on billing & payment, it was a nice experience. Good price, great product, great service.

Diversified is a great company. They have enclosed my back porch and also replaced posts and railing on my front porch. Very professional and great workmanship, easy to work with. The crews show up on time and they do great job on cleaning up the job site.

The experience in dealing with Diversified was excellent. From getting the initial quote to the installation, all of the staff was excellent to deal with. The finished product is excellent, it matched our home as if it was built with the house. We would recommend Diversified without hesitation to anyone looking for a screened porch/sunroom.

We are very satisfied with our new screened porch. The installers toughed out the cold raw weather to get the job done. Their office staff are very friendly too.
