A mini store version. Lacking any variety of papercrafting. No Tim Holtz items; disappointing.

Stock is looking better. Always something on sale. Truly good place for home school projects as they have lots of crafts designed for kids.

Very helpful workers. I went with dilated pupils and needed help reading the fine print, or most any print. The store was clean, one worker asked if I was finding everything I needed and started a friendly conversation when I commented about the lovely Christmas decorations. The same lady helped me at the fabric cutting counter. She was very helpful in getting something I was unable to locate in the store. All in all, great store and staff!

Angie is the reason so many of us look forward to coming in to Joanns! She goes above and beyond in all areas of her job.

A good little Joann, but about a third the size of my local one in Santa Clarita, CA, and about a sixth the size of my moms local Joann Etc in Fort Myers, FL. Mine has about 6 aisles of yarn, plus the back wall. Moms has maybe 10, plus some of the huge back wall. This one had 2. I wasnt able to get the yarns that I wanted, which Im used to my Joann having, but I was able to get some things that would work for what I need to do. I just changed my ideas a bit. None of this is their fault; its just one of their smaller locations.

Wide selection of yarn and embroidery thread. This joanns is my go-to store. It is small but for the most part they have just about anything you want. The employees are super nice and they take more than one coupon per transaction.

Always a deal to be had, and staff are friendly without wandering into overbearing in their interest. Good place if you cant find what you need second hand!

Its an okay store. It was very clean. But some stuff not priced. The guy at the register was real nice. Stuff that had went off sale still had up signs. They honored it even though sale was over.

First allow me to say that the staff at this location was superb. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when I needed questions answered. Also, the selection at the store was great! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I used to love shopping here. They have since stopped carrying quality wool. I still cone here for linen. I make clothing that was worn between the 1200s and 1600s.

They didnt have what I went in to purchase, but thats not my home stop. I was on vacation and needed to run in. The store seemed clean and the contact I had with store associates was friendly and helpful.

I was looking for the right yarn to make my grandbaby a blanket with but I couldnt work with delicate yarn. I found the perfect material; Bernat Baby Blanket Peachy, Super Bulky 6 and the lady in the store helped me find the size 10 hook I would need to make it. I think it turned out beautiful and easy to work with.

This JoAnn location wasnt the best Ive been to. The selection of fabric was decent, but the customer service was very bland. The woman who cut my fabric acted like it was so troublesome to help me. She didnt speak the whole time, and just acted mad the whole time, like she just didnt want to cut fabric. Not great.

I will absolutely shop here again, traveling thru I lost an earring and they mailed it to me !! Thanks

Smaller than most JoAnn stores Ive visited, this location is always clean & well arranged so that it doesnt feel crowded. Staff are always friendly & helpful.

This store is convenient for me most times. That is about as good as it gets. Employees are not well trained or know much about fabric at all or where anything is located. At one point, I attempted to even order on line to make it easier but that was a flop as well. I understand getting good help is hard now a days but at least find someone who is, in some way shape or form familiar with crafts and sewing. Most times I cannot locate anything in this store that I need and end up having to drive to Knoxville or get it from Amazon.

One of the worst experiences ever in this store!The lady who cut the fabric was awesome! The lady who finally came to check me out after me standing waiting at the counter for probably 5 minutes then I pushed the button and she came up to the front of the store another 4 to 5 minutes later with an awful attitude. I told her I forgot to have her scan my 40% coupon and instead of her saying no problem and having good customer service skills she replied with what? And looked and me with such a rude look. 😔We could have both made each others day but instead she clearly didnt want to be there or do her job. She is the one that wasnt at the front and a line started. I honestly just wanted to get out of there and didnt use any coupon. Some times its the little things that mean so much!

The shelves were empty, the service was extremely slow and carefree and the lines kept getting longer and longer. I usually buy a lot but only got 2 pieces of material and some batting. I will travel to one of the Knoxville stores if I need anything I cant get at Hobby Lobby instead the next time.

No one had on masks had to wait in line over 25 minutes the workers were nice and polite thats the only reason I gave it 3 stars!

This store being the only fabric, floral and arts and crafts could up their game. I give up and go to Hobby Lobby. I wish we had a JoAnnes as nice as the Knoxville store near Turkey Creek.

They canceled my order because they werent sure if I wanted it or not, then didnt understand what a subtotal was. The cashier couldnt communicate with me about my coupons.

I went in for red suiting fabric, lining, interfacing, and some zippers.I walked out with nothing.I asked a store associate where the suiting section is as they did not have a sign. They said they are discontinuing the suiting and that no one wears suits anymore. They then proceeded to have to ask three associates where there might be suiting, and it was mixed in with sports fabric.Every bolt of fabric i touched was wrinkled and not taken care of properly, the fabric sliding down the cardboard bolt and the staff was not friendly.I will not return to this joanns.

They could have a few more selctions for paint brushes . But otherwise it was great .

Was looking for several items. Bonny cut several pieces of material and was helpful with several questions I has. Casey was our cashier and was very patient while I downloaded coupons. Best experience Ive had at JoAnns in a long while.

First time. I really liked the store but I like Hobby Lobby better. But if I was into sewing this would be my go to place, lots of material.

The fabric cutting counter only had 1 person working at it and there were 3 people ahead of me all with several things to cut. I waited 10 minutes and there was no movement. I put the fabric I was going to get back and left. They are always understaffed when I stop in.

This Joann store is always clean and the staff members are friendly and usually helpful. The last couple of times Ive been in for something specific, though, Ive found the store doesnt carry it. Not obscure craft supplies either just not something you can find at Wal-Mart. It doesnt stop me from going in, its just disappointing to be pointed towards a competitor or an hour drive to the next Joann store. If I find myself in need of something Im not sure Joann stocks I just order on Amazon.

Waiting in a long line is not fun and aggravating during the season.Cut hours in staff and have only 2 to serve you. A slow cashier and the manager who was cutting and then he must of got lost when he had time to help check costumers check out.Guess people dont want to have a good work ethic. People want jobs but then dont work very hard when they find one.

Very quiet, lots of selection, but feels understaffed.

Great store with great variety. This location (and I believe all Jo-Anns) is a no gun zone. Customers to this store should be on high alert. Bad guys do not care about no gun zones and since responsible people arent allowed to carry guns in this store, this store is unsafe. No gun zones make places less safe, not more safe.

Its not good when youve changed phones and forgot pass word and they will not let you use coupons. Leaving to go to Hobby Lobby.

Store is small but the employees are generally super nice. Id give it a higher rating if I didnt have problems EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to use a coupon. At least half the cashiers Ive dealt with cant do simple math. Im upfront and very clear about what coupons I want to use on what items but I get the same song and dance: the cash register applies the highest discount automatically. NO, it doesnt. And when I point it out on the receipt, they all shake their heads and say there is nothing they can do. So either I just let it go and pay $20 more for my items than I need to, or I have to ring every single item up as a separate order. I thought it was just me this was happening to, but reports from half a dozen friends looking at their receipts when they get home tell me Im not the only one.To be honest, I usually wait til I go to Knoxville and go to the bigger Joann Etc, because I hate making those in line behind me suffer.
