I remember Party City being an experience when I was a kid. This store however was an wreck. Shelves half put together. Halloween items in complete disarray. It felt more like a dollar tree. Could use a facelift.

Great selection of any color party favors you can think of. Also a decent selection of Halloween costumes.

Place sucks. Very little Halloween stuff. Very limited in their toddler costumes, then they tried to charge me 20 bucks for a small bag of glow sticks. What a joke.

I needed balloons for my nieces birthday, they were very helpful, but I had to wait a little bit because people just kept checking out, but they got to me and the balloons were perfect

The store was low on kids costumes. Specifically 2t.

Came here to buy Halloween costumes and had a very helpful employee stand with my husband and I the entire time to see if each costume was in stock. He was extremely patient and made the experience way better than anticipated. Not sure of the employee’s name, but he was working midday on 10/2, male, maybe in his 40s in case anyone from corporate is reading. Much appreciated!

Smaller store but staff is very helpful. For costumes they are made very small so when your looking go up at least 2 sizes. Good variety

This is the go to place for party items. Pretty much anything you need to highlight that special day is in this store. The grandchildren love this store. Dont get too carried away you will come out of the store broke. It is pricey. Hey! Cant put a price on that pretty smile.

Ppl are nice. They have EVERYTHING you need for a party except real flowers. They have every color of the rainbow in party supplies including masks boas and beads. Such a great selection and also all kinds of candy. Loved it

5 star on employee that knew her stock. Took me right to clips to hold a table cloth on an outside table. Clean colorful store! If they dont have it. You dont need it.

Very nice place to buy teenagers party balloons each letter balloon is 9.99 and they have Halloween items out .And candy ball 99 cents to fill the candy is separate 10 for $1 which is awesome .If you buy 20. Will be @ 12 cents each save you 40 cents.Also have gift cards,paper plates,cups,napkins,utensils,masks,costumes,you have go we had a great time.

I have 3 young children, 2 January, 1 February. So we are in the store alot the beginning of the year. I can never find an employee if I need help and when I do they are just short and rude.

I come here a lot and have had to make returns as well. Everything always goes smoothly and quickly! All of the staff, with the exception of one, has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The one who wasnt was probably just new and she got her manager to help. Also the staff seem like they like their job and Party City! Keep it up!!!

This place was cracking Halloween Eve, a little overwhelming, option after option. Great staff, they made the process fly by. Is it a pretty store? No. Did you get what you needed? Yes. Next ✌️

They have good stuff.... Some is a little pricey and some is a little cheaper but all in all its good stuff!!!

Store ok. Sales associates not very friendly. I did get an item I was looking for. Probably wont go back. If you are looking for balloons or party supplies this would probably be a good store. Just dont expect a warm welcome.

Great selection for any occasion

Balloons were done on time. They also helped with picking a candle and weight for balloons. They even helped putting them in the car. Awesome job

But they dont have plus size costumes

This place has everything you need everything I was looking for was there I believe its a little pricey on some of their items but on most of their items are priced pretty good. When in looking for a elf outfit I found the ears but I think they should come in more colors because we all are not the same skin tone.

Prices are awesome and really wish i had the opportunity to open one on my island.

Customers Service at Sevierville Party City is un professional. Stood at the service counter for over 10 minutes while a party city rep ignored us and looking at us numerous time with out even a apology. I own a business and if one of my employees treated our customers like this they would be reprimanded immediatelyYou may contact me to get further details

Workers have zero personality, was in there for 20 minutes not one worker asked hi can I help you find anything? Instead they acted like me and my family and friends didnt exist.

Terrible! Purchased balloons and there was only 1 girl working and she kept leaving me to take care of other customers. It took forever to get my balloons blown up so just prepare to wait since there is only 1 person working. You have to wait forever. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience. My husband and I came in to purchase a helium tank. The young girl working quoted a price of 19.99 for a small tank and 29.99 for a large tank. When got up to the register the total was over 30.00. I told her that she quoted us 19.99. She acted like she denied what she quoted up. We left without purchasing a thing and went to wal- mart and bought one there.Party City, you all lost a sale.

Great place to buy provisions for your next party. Had virtually every thing from decorations to paper plates.

When we walked in, we passed a couple workers none of them asked if we needed help and we later found out that they were managers. Then we got closer to the front and the best worker their named Cienna asked us if we needed help then ended up selling us a $16 piñata for $2, which we are on vacation and didnt need it but what the heck it was two dice put together and had a very small defect which could be fixed. We end of getting it and got two free balloons with it. Cienna was very friendly and professional. Also found out the staff that we passed were actually mangers and didnt say a word to us. They need more workers like Cienna.

Me and my boyfriend came in to kill some time while waiting on our hotel room to get ready. Well we walked around for about 5 minutes before getting to the front where Cienna was working. She started talking to us and then procceeded to tell us about a broken pinata. Well being the kind of people who like to joke around and whatnot, we decided to buy it for only $2, as to where it is normally $16. She then threw in 2 free balloons for the heck of it.
