We had a wonderful experience at the Mattress Firm in Sevierville, Tennessee. The man helping us, Buck, did a fabulous job of helping my husband and I find a mattress that would be beneficial for us to have the best sleep possible. Selling mattresses for the benefit of health is truly his calling.

I highly recommend going into this mattress firm. Buck greeted me and answered all of my MANY questions. When it was determined what exactly I was truly looking for in a mattress he showed many options in many price points in my budget. Its not just about the sale here, they truly listen and want to help pick the right mattress for your needs! I even changed my mind in the night and came back and he had filled Andrew in on everything we had talked about. They were both great sales associates, and I would recommend anyone stop in if you need a mattress.

My visit to the store was a great experience. Buck met me when I walked in the door and was very friendly and helpful. He helped me pick out a mattress and adjustable base. I also talked with Andrew who was helpful and helped with the final paperwork. I live in a different state and they arranged to have my mattress delivered by a local store. I would definitely visit the store again if I lived closer and needed another mattress. I give them both 5 stars!

I would definitely recommend finding a mattress at Mattress Firm. When we entered we were greeted with a friendly hello and how can I help you today. We were asked what type of mattress we were looking for, how we sleep(side, back etc.). We tried many out before we found the one we wanted. We were never rushed and treated with respect. Buck asked questions and made suggestions based on our answers. This was my second time buying from them and when we need another mattress we will go there.

Our 12 year old had outgrown his twin bed and we needed a mattress for the full size platform frame we had already purchased. I found the Sleepy’s Rest mattress on the MF website, called the store, and we went in to try it the next day. It was Labor Day Weekend, so the store had a couple of customers already. We were greeted promptly and as soon as Dylan finished with a couple completing their purchase, he helped us. We bought the mattress, no fuss no muss. Free delivery on Monday...can’t comment on that since it hasn’t happened yet! Will definitely return to that store for our next mattress hunt.

Buck was amazing, he help my husband and I to find the bed we need in the price range we wanted he work very hard to help us and was so knowledgeable, he explained everying so well for my husband and I to get the right bed we wanted. We will definitely be coming back to buck when we need a upgrade on our bed!!

They did great in the sales. But the platinum delivery service leaves much to be desired. For 2 days in a row they were suppose to deliver within a 2 hour window. I know this because I received emails, texts and voicemails telling me so. But after staying home all day for 2 straight days I still have no merchandise or any ideal when its going to be delivered. So if you decide to buy here make sure its in stock and you have a truck to take it home with you or plan on sleeping on the floor until they decide to deliver it.Today for the third time they were suppose to deliver. They did show up within the two hour window. They called about 15 minutes before they arrived. The first thing the deliver guy said was is your mattress is deformed, do you want to look at it to see if you still want it. Of course my answer was no without even looking at it. After all we have been through we definitely do not want a defective mattress. Contacted the salesman at the store after they left and the next shipment coming in is like the 28th of this month. All I can say right now is unbelievable! Everyone should make up their own minds about where they do business I’m just tell you how my experience with this company has gone.

“Buck” helped us find the perfect solution for a good nights sleep. My wife and I enjoyed our previous mattress purchased from Mattress Firm in FL, but it didn’t last 5 years before it seemed worn out. Buck explained what happened, how it could have been covered, and what to do on this new purchase that really does give us piece of mind as well as keep us from being “out of luck” should this mattress set fall short in an unreasonable amount of time....Something that the Salesperson in FL never mentioned. I might add that all of this coverage, knowledge and piece of mind, as well as an upgraded mattress, cost us a mere 15% difference over the last mattress, which was an outlet customer return! I feel confident that no matter what happens, we are taken care of for the next 10 yrs minimum.Buck was not pushy, did not try to blow out our budget, and sold us what we needed instead of what he could “get out of us”. That in turn, earned my respect as well as some upgrades to our purchase that I would not have done had a Salesperson been pushy, greedy, or unfamiliar with their wares. When we had to cut the purchase back by 30-40% to get what we purchased sooner than later, he understood that a timeline meant more to us than the more expensive option, with the impending Holidays, and I commend him for not pushing the point to go after the big sale. He did his due diligence, but never exuded any negativity over that....good on him!My wife is in Sales/Customer Service and I am in Sales/Engineering. We both understand sales styles as well as how to hit metrics for commissions, etc. Buck never once seemed concerned about what he “needed to sell”, and everything about what was best for us. If he is on a commission based comp structure, you wouldn’t know it, and that to me is the sign of a truly great Salesman!I know that this review is more about the employee than the establishment, but the establishment has never mattered to me....it’s merely four walls that create a platform for employees to stink or shine, and Buck shines with the best of them and I’d buy from a competitor if he was the Salesperson ....Truly a cool cat that I would urge anyone to visit should they be in the market for a new mattress.

Mattress firm is by far the best place to do business with in Sevier County Tenn. Very friendly staff, these two guys know their stuff. They arent pushy, just trying to sell you something. They really listen and take your needs and wants seriously. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff that i didnt need or want. Such an easy purchase. I was able to call the store and purchase a mattress on hand (while using the website to proof the reviews) and have a new mattress on the way for delivery tomorrow. We finally got the mattress and bedframe that we ordered but the customer service and delivery was below standard. The sales person did not include the free bedframe in the order so all we got originally was a mattress and the delivery men were borderline rude when they told us they had no idea how to deal with this issue. Additionally they tracked mud on the rug in the bedroom. We finally got the bedframe delivered after two more trys. The salesman said he would refund our delivery/setup fee but we have not seen that refunded to our card yet. There are way too many mattress stores out there so we wont be dealing with Mattress Firm again

I came in to the store today to look at adjustable platform bed bases for my Mom, who suffered a massive stroke 3-months ago. The Assistant Manager, Buck, carefully listened to what I was looking for and pointed me to several options. He demonstrated the adjustable and explained different cost levels. I opted to go with a Black Friday special and got an upgraded adjustable base and new temperpedic mattress. My Mom will be so much more comfortable with her new bed!

As my first matress buying experience, Buck was exceptional! I went to 3 different matress stores, other than Matress Firm, was greated with a hi a few details of the matress I was trying out which was fine, until I met Buck! As soon as I walked in he went to work figuring out what matress would work best for me and why. He took into consideration randon aches and pains throughout the day, how I lay, and explained to me what matress would work best specifically for me! Received mattress base. Had drop off delivery. Base intact all parts included. Called store to notify received the wrong pillow. Informed sales person would be in to exchange. Instead of saving a pillow for next day, last pillow sold an hour before.

Sales Associate Dylan Foster did a masterful job guiding us through the store while describing the features & benefits of each model and asking all the right questions to determine our needs. After testing several options, we settled on a Beautyrest Hybrid that fit both our budget and our bedtime comfort. And we got a great deal to boot, including free delivery, 120-day home trial period, and 10-yr warranty. What an amazing experience!!! I went into Mattress Firm in Sevierville about a month ago and spoke with Andrew about getting a new mattress. He made sure that my husband and I were set up with the best arrangement for both of our soft and firm preferences :D We ended up going with a split king. My husband loved his, but I preferred a little softer.... I was worried about exchanging my mattress because I wasnt sure what to expect, but Chase was super helpful at making sure I had the best mattress for me and making sure I was completely satisfied with my whole experience. He answered all my questions and made me comfortable during the whole process :) Got my softer :D !!!!
