Great place to silence the sweet tooth for a bit. Loved looking at the old truck too! Friendly staff. Smokers and the person sleeping on the table out front kinda takes away from the atmosphere a bit.

Loved the variety of products. This was the best chocolate peanut butter fudge Ive had in a long time. Their ice cream was good as well.

They had other sweet delicatables too!I got caramel apples and some vanilla ice cream, which I got excited and started eating.Definitely a cute and colorful dessert shop 🍨🍬

Great ice cream and a great staff. Came in with my family late looking for a late night snack and was greeted by very friendly patience from the staff who gave us as much time as we needed to pick out our flavors. The ice cream was amazing and house made, we didnt try any of their other treats but they all looked amazing and we hope to make it back before the end of our trip!

The girls working here are super nice and patient! I love the apples here they are juicy and fresh. We missed the location In front of the island and heading out we saw this one and let me tell you I have never gotten better service today before! The girl was super nice and even informed me the apples last roughly around 2 weeks!!! That made my soul so happy, I bought 5 because that’s how good they are!!! I think this specific location is my go-to now!

Had the best Chocolate Cherry milkshake in my life tonight. Not on the menu I think but we improvised after she ran out of cherry and put choclate in it. Super delicious.

The shop itself was nice and did have a variety of delicious looking treats, however the particular shop I visited (next door to pink jeep tours), let my child place an order without my permission, and here I was paying for a ice cream cone that costs more than an entire tub of ice cream! I am thankful that it didnt costs more than money as my child is allergic to peanuts and all tree nuts and I shouldve been asked if she could accept the order before the lady just handed it out to her, I realize they have to be sneaky to make money with those prices but this is ridiculous its the only place Ive ever been that has taken a childs word for something that wasnt confirmed with the parents/ guardians 1st...

Holy sugar overload. Just now coming out of the sugar coma. Staff was great, even added different chocolate to my wifes carmel apple. Fudge is good and caramels are excellent.

Went here with my wife to get a caramel apple and was not disappointed. They have a ton of options to choose from and surely something for everyone. Staff was very polite and helpful. Will be back.

Chocolate monkey is always so delicious but this was an exceptional experience! The couple working were absolute gems, so funny and kind.

A nice little chocolate and sweets shop. They have candy apples of many varieties. My wife liked the Heath Bar the best. Fudge of course and many prepared candy items like dipped bananas and even twinkies. I liked the ice cream and I would have given them 5 stars, but you just cannot get a hot fudge Sunday there.

Ice cream is good but the store is disgusting. There’s food laying free in the cases that hasn’t been wiped out. The jars holding nuts and other items were not clean, you can see chocolate and other stuff crusted on the inside of the containers. We were the only couple in the store and when we left the shift lead sat down in the booth and didn’t move....store needs to be swept and mopped BAD. Trash cans are packed out and can’t fit anymore trash in them. All of the cases and freezers need a good cleaning as well.

Great food, and good customer service. The only downside is there isnt much of a selection. Just fudge, ice cream, and caramel apples. I was hoping for some more variety, like chocolate covered peanuts, or something like that.

They got the famous superman ice cream! I hadnt had that since I was a teen. I went on a little family/ graduation trip to Sevierville and Gatlinburg TN. Not only was the sweet delicious but their T-shirts are actually cute. My dad bought me one, and their ice cream looked amazing. This was like a couple months ago and I didnt take picture sorry. I promise you guys this, them chocolate covered strawberries aint no joke. Them chocolate covered cherries aint no joke either. Those candy apples babyyyeee, those are also no joke. I hope you guys enjoy them and visit them like I did. Cause me and my family, we are coming back.

The ice cream was really good

The place was dirty, I mean really dirty. Not like they had had a rush and so it was messy, I’m talking the place hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The cases for ice cream and food were probably the nastiest I have ever seen. The ice cream was soft and melting and puddled in our cones. I had to throw mine away ( my husband is a rebel and drank his). I found the ice cream reasonably priced, 2 double scoop cones for $11. This used to be my favorite location to get ice cream in the smokies but I doubt I will be back. Mad Dogs is a bit more pricey but with better customer service and WAY cleaner so I will sacrifice the price difference for the lack of food poisoning I imagine will happen from Chocolate Monkey.

Most of the flavors were sold out, but the ones we tried, mint & cookie and nana banana pudding were very good. We also bought some chocolate truffles and so far, theyve all been good.

I love their candied apples. They range from $6.95 - $8.95.

Store is dirty, outside seating area was dirty, dried food on tables, out of a lot of the ice creams. 1st trip to this particular chocolate monkey, and was very let down, the others are clean and are almost never out of ice cream. Definitely will not come back to this one.

This location is located closest to the outlets. We always have a delicious experience here. The turtles are great! Chocolate covered strawberries are one of my favorites.

CM was very messy, there was truffles strolled everywhere in the display case, customer service was fair but not great. A young worker got snappy over simply not hearing something correctly and snapped when she thought she heard a question about sampling the fudge ( which is a big no-no ), did not get offered a sample for anything not to mention it is overpriced. $16 for 5 Oreo Truffles & one piece of fudge?! Truffles were okay ( I can make the same for about the same price but way more quantity ) & the fudge is decent. Wide variety of truffles & a few of fudge.

A chocolate lovers dream. You can get just about anything you want dipped or covered in chocolate. They even have cheesecake dipped in chocolate. They have candied apples. If you are looking for a Monkey, you can get one or a dozen here. I got a banana dipped in dark chocolate. You can get ice cream, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered cherries, and chocolate covered pretzels.

Great ice cream!! Being from Michigan I was thrilled to find an awesome selection of Michigan Pot Hole. Definitely for the chocolate lover!!! Great portion size as well. Masks were not required. Employees not wearing them. No samples given out at this time due to Covid.

One of the best places to get some great homemade ice cream and chocolates. I recommend the Bear claw ice cream if you like dark chocolate and if you like peanut butter they have several other flavors too! I wished they had milk to drink but next door gas station had some!

Took our daughter and granddaughter here, they loved it. A good variety of items ice cream, fudge, large apples either just carmel or carmel with toppings. Cant wait to go back here next time I come to the Pigeon Forge area.

Very good. I spent 46.00 here and went back and spent another 20.00 for gifts before I left the parking lot because it was so good. Recommend the turtle pretzel and the bear claw. Their carmel is so soft and delicious.

I didnt like seeing a lady sitting at a dirty table in the lobby putting peanut butter between ritz crackers I assume to dip in chocolate with BARE HANDS!! YUCK! The table was dirty and she was eating the crackers! No way!

The ice cream was just ok. The server was not pleasant, not rude, just didnt seem to be enjoying serving us. And we were told they dont do samples, blamed covid, implied it was a law. It just seemed like they didnt want to give samples, even though as u see in the picture it still says, free samples. Wont be going back.

The ice cream was great. One employee was very nice, the other one was rude and lazy. She didnt want to make a shake for my husband and intentionally made the order after us to avoid it and leave the other woman to do it. She also handed my daughter a busted up waffle cone (she broke)

The most delicious caramel apples EVER!!!! The toffee sprinkle is especially good. We are eating the sprinkle coated one now. DELICIOUS!!!The ladies were most helpful and even created a custom apple for us. The buy 4 and get one free offer was enticing. We did get five and we are thankful we did. The soft caramel on the apple is what makes it the best. We have wasted many a $ on caramel apples at fairs only to throw them away because the caramel was too hard and sticky to eat. Thank you Chocolate Monkey your apples are true perfection!!!

The only place we get our ice cream

From the moment walking in the door the staff was very rude. I understand things are different now with covid but there are ways to approach your customers, rudeness is not one. One staff member had an attitude due to having to make my daughter a milkshake while the other staff member was short, rude, and gave a smart response to all my family while they tried to have a polite conversation with them. There was 13 of us who came to this location and I will say will not be back.

The store was gross. Floors haven’t been swept or mopped. Trash cans over flowing.
