Nice, convenient, and not too crowded early in the morning. Everything was great, except when I asked the for the location of an item. I was told by an associate that I dont know then walked away. Maybe having a bad day.Plus you cannot drive around the place. I went to drive around back. Nope! Loading dock was on right hand when facing the front of the building and the road ended. Probably sucks to be a truck driver delivering here.

This was my first time going here. I didnt buy anything. I came in for my first shot of the covid-19 vaccine. I was extremely surprised at how easy it was to setup my appointment for the vaccine online. Very user friendly. The tech and the pharmacist were very helpful and friendly. Short wait time. That being said, the store was very clean. I was greeted several times while walking around inside. Will definitely make this place a permanent stop in my routine. Very welcoming environment.

I love to shop here! Saves me a lot on produce that is fresher than some other stores and at much better prices. Usually no wait to check out. Ive only run into one rude worker, the rest have been wonderfully helpful! I was never a Walmart girl so this is saying a lot! 🤣❤️

If you cant find what you are looking for in here there is a problem. Very clean store, well laid out with nice wide aisles. The shelves were full and it was easy to find what we were looking for. The staff were super friendly. Loved the produce selection.

Today is 10-9-21 at approximately 2 pm...I came to the pharmacy dept to pick up a prescription for my elderly father and the pharmacy had an issue with it only due to the shipment hadnt come in...I was distressed as its very difficult for me to get to town and they wanted me to come back later and I could not...Steve happened on the scene and immediately took charge in a friendly, kind manner and resolved the issue immediately...he was a super kind gentleman and I wanted to make sure that he knows he made a difference and made someones day better!!!!! 😊🙂😊🙂

I had shopped in this Walmart store in many months. Today I confirmed why I havent visited in such a long time. Cant stand the only option of self check out registers, you are being totally ridiculous with your new system. Until you decide to implement a more reasonable process for your customers I refuse to shop with yall. I am so disappointed at the way you do business nowadays.

Always friendly and fun. It seems like they only hire people that love to be super sweet. Every time I go almost every employee that I pass smiles and says hello. All of the checkouts are self service but the have plenty of quick help if needed all so they ladies that work at the front are hilarious. As always low prices.

Now that all the registers are self check why are there so many cashiers standing around with their hands in their pockets? I counted 5 plus a door greeter & a lady at the exit door - watched one gentleman stand at his register waving his arms needing help but they simply couldnt be bothered....seemed as if they were very disinterested.....

Great team of employees. Well kept in stock store. Even the robot zamboni/roomba looked happy cleaning the floors and avoiding customers and obstacles.

Story was nice. Good layout when you get it down. Didnt like self checkout being the only option. But thats not their fault, its the greed of the company.

They have what the Consumer needs which are your every day needs when it comes to food, beverages, and etc. The Staff is kind, caring, courteous, and friendly. Theyre willing and ready to serve you their Customer.

“Coupons gladly accepted” sign needs to be taken down immediately! 👏🏻They do not “glady” accept them! They stand all up on you and watch you scan them like you are some kind of thief! Covid or no Covid, there is a such thing as personal space. The lady with the dark curly hair isn’t aware of that. She was all up on me and made me so uncomfortable I started shaking.Then some other woman with rainbow eye shadow did the same thing. She stood right on me and pretended to have some conversation with a fellow Walmart employee which I over head all of it, nothing important just jibber jabber.Please teach your workers personal space. While I am fully aware there are no social distance mandates for the state of TN, I should not have to be made that uncomfortable because I’m trying to save money. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

If I could give it no stars I would, no people greet you, card wouldnt work, and their holiday section was pitiful. The place was horrible, the only good thing was the fact I could find the exit easily.

Nice clean store. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the only option for checking out is self-checkout.

Some do not care for self checkout.They say it takes away jobs. It does not. Not many like being a cashier. I prefer to bag my own groceries.

Prices was great compared to the other surrounding grocery stores.

Whatever you do don’t use their grocery delivery it will be the worst decision you’ve ever made. I’ve used them a ton and every single time with the exception of twice they’ve not fulfilled the order on time, been three hours late, or blame it on a system failure. They’re also terrible customer service associates. I’d to call and it ok them 15 minutes to even find my order in the system. Absolutely atrocious

After placing an order for pick-up, we realized that an item that wasnt in stock when we ordered, was available before we picked up our order. Manager Nicholas retrieved the item for us and guaranteed it would be in our bag when we returned home. Sure enough, as promised, it was there! Thank you, Nicholas for the exceptional customer service, and your kindness. It wont soon be forgotten.

I have never been in a green Walmart. I was looking for a cell phone battery because my phone was dying and I had a long drive ahead of me. It was a grocery store but it had exactly what I needed.

Those employees make sure everyone who goes there have the nicest shopping experience ! No kidding. After all the restrictions placed here after April (COVID related), the staff made an effort to make all the shoppers feel like their needs & concerns were important. They listened. I hope they realize how appreciated they are to the neighborhood. They are as essential as it gets ! Thank You, everyone !

The staff was great the self checkout only was nice they had lots of food everything was out there it didnt seem picked over.

I myself am not happy at all that they have gotten rid of most checkers and have gone to all self checkout scan yourself. I am up in age, handicapped, and very slow. I am a paying customer and I do not feel that I and others should give Walmart our money for no service. I guess its more profitable for them to buy those machines and put checkers out of work. Why would they be working anyway if they didnt need to feed their families.

Covid-19 measures taken. Masks are required. For groceries, this is the store to go to. They have a good variety.The employees are very friendly, courteous and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want.

It has just enough stuff nothing major. No electronics or anything like that. This is the Walmart for the essentials you need. Not things you want! It is quaint and on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge on the way to or coming from Dandridge/ Newport!

Convenient location with a wide variety of wine and beer. It has all the essentials for vacationing in the area. It could use more checkouts and cashiers to be open at the two different times of the day we went. The deli is a bit lacking. It has a large frozen section with lots of choices.

Finally the produce was looking fresh. Hate having to cash out myself, the scale messed up. Had to have a human after all.

Was able to get boxes of cheddar grits that my spouse loves.

If you like to work for them without being paid, than this is the place to shop. The workers just stand and do nothing. Awful place will not ever go back.

If I wanted a job at wal mart I would have filled out an application. Only self scanners. And if you pay by check then they will have to print a receipt and follow them to another register.

Prior to the false pandemic I had already begun using the pickup offer. It is awesome. Great service. Appreciate them making changes on quantity of the BAI strawberry lemonade. Absolutely amazing.

Not enjoying that they have removed all cashier lanes and the whole store is self checkout only. If this is what the new procedure for checkout is than there needs to be a line forms here cordoned off. This would allow for less confusion and line cutting.

Parking is a Nightmare! However, they have a very good, and varied selection of fresh vegetables, which was a pleasant surprise! Package meats, like everywhere, were on short supply. Their Fresh Deli departments though, were fairly well stocked, and the deli meats and other assorted delicacies were delicious 😋! Like all Walmarts, have patience in mind before entering…

Had a pick up a.m. I arrived early. Mercedes was out before my order was due for pick up .she took care of my order, and I was loaded up and ready to go, with a lil care pack. Thx Mercedes.

Nice looking place. Best diesel prices around, but with a 40 fifth wheel behind me, I couldnt get to the pumps. Very tight gas station area.

Store is pretty much stocked all the time and i usually fine what i need on my way home from work.

Store was clean, bathroom too which is a bonus. All registers are self checkout, which i didnt mind.
