They greeted us we came into the front door. We are very happy with the quality of furniture. Rachel was our salesperson she was extremely helpful she made us feel like family. She was wonderful to deal with. I gave them a five star we had a wonderful customer experience. Its a beautiful store with lots of furniture furnishings.

We purchased a full Liberty brand bedroom suite, living room suite and dining room suite and the kitchen table and one end table in the bedroom suite started peeling. After reaching out to them on multiple occasions over a 6+ month period, Marty came out and promised to get back with us. Now, another 6+ months later, he is nonresponsive. Front desk always rushing us off of the phone. This furniture was $11,700.00 and under warranty when we asked them to fix it. We didnt even ask for them to fix it for free, we just want it fixed, period. Sadly, after years of doing business with them, we can no longer recommend them. It is really disappointing because we have always loved dealing with them over the years.

I looked at sectionals on the online shop and made a list of the ones that my wife and I liked. I called the store and inquired about the sectionals and told the lady that I made a list of the ones I was interested in. She told me that not all the ones on the website would be in the store. I said ok, I understand that but could I give you the list I made and see if you could check to see the price and if they were available in the store. She said it would be better to just come down to the store. Its Memorial Day weekend, I am not going to go out in this crazy traffic just to see if 5 of the 63 sectionals I liked were even available. If they cant give me the price over the phone or let me know if the ones I liked were in the store then I wont give them my business. It even says on the website to call for pricing or information and they cant do that; they will just say come down to the store.

Taylor is so nice and patient. I have visited several furniture stores in Knoxville. In one store no one even acknowledged my husband and me. On this day my mom and I was looking at lift chairs. She was so helpful and kind to my mom. We went la couple weeks ago to a medical supply store to look at their recliners. My mom was looking for a small size. The one she wanted to sit in was occupied by a man on the phone. He did not offer to get up and acted aggravated when asked by the salesman. Come up find out he owns the store. Not a way to make a sale. But local and help those in your community that offer public service.

Great selection and the quality is good. You get what you pay for and although it was out of my price range, I caught a sale and am happy with my sofa.

Had to order a mattress. Waited almost 2 weeks and what do you know. It didnt get put on the truck. Instead of offering to expedite the process, was going to have to wait another week. Wife had back work done and needed it asap. No apology, no nothing. It was like, oh well. Got a refund and went elsewhere.

I just had an excellent shopping experience at Carl Hatchers furniture. The people were very helpful very friendly and was able to get the bedroom suit that we were looking for.

Delivered a damaged couch. Promised to have repaired in two weeks.Thats the ONLY reason we didnt send it back the day it was delivered. Its now week 4 and have been lied to multiple times. They will not return phone calls and when we call its the same response we are waiting on the manufacturer. I believe this is also NOT a true statement. The manufacturer is England Furniture in Tazewell, Tennessee. Thats not very far from Sevierville,Tennessee. So do ya think they might hop in the car and run and get the part to fix the couch THEY damaged. I think if Carl Hatcher Furniture (MARTY) was as customer service oriented after the sale as they claim to be PRIOR to the sale, this issue would have been resolved by now.

Good deals. We were greeted when we came in the store and pointed in the direction we were looking for. We found what we needed and got a good deal.

Really high on price. Was having a 47% off sale. But even at 47% off they were double the price of any where else. So their mark up has to be triple the cost. I got a love seat recliner for $599 somewhere else that they had priced $1200 after the 47%.

Great service unbelievable prices for wonderful quality. Highly recommend.

Just dont buy the Ultra Shield Warranty. Carl Hatcher claimed it would over rips, tears, etc for 10 years. Simply not the case. Look on YouTube, Yelp, BBB for the review on the warranty they are selling.

Ron at the store is a real helpful person a I can tell a good man. These people will go the extra mile to help you. We have purchased at Carl Hatcher several times and would purchase there again.

I very rarely submit reviews, but I wanted to share how wonderful this company treats its customers. I had been looking at other loveseats in the Sevierville area and Knoxville for our cabin rental. Carl Hatcher had the best quality, beautiful selection and best prices! Not to mention the loveseats were delivered today at the time given. Highly recommend them. Thank you, Ron.

Bought a $600.00 recliner . Seating area leaned to one side . They picked it up, brought it back a week later. Looked the same as before, but now large screws fall out once a month. Bought a $3,500 sleeper sofa, overpriced, but we are satisfied with it.

We were happy until just over a year a leather finish is wearing off sofa. When I contacted Marty owner he said warranty was only for one year. Shared that we purchased extended warranty said it was only for accidents not general wear. We spent $1000. For a sofa I expected for local store to back us up. Very disappointed. Shop elsewhereWe could have purchased direct from factory and saved money. But thought purchasing local we gain us service and support not
