I nearly cried. There is a display of hermit crabs on a flat hard surface with maybe a half cup of bone dry sand to crawl in, no hope of burrowing or surviving a shedding in this enclosure. Absolutely heartbreaking. Just when I thought this was the worst of it, I saw the tiny plastic boxes stocked with innapropriate materials being sold as habitats. I refuse to spend a penny here, I will NOT support this.

Always get my flags and Trump gear from here. Love it. The management/staff is wonderful. Very family oriented.

Prices were good. They have a lot of merchandise! Loved browsing around.

Wish I could also give this place zero stars! Not very friendly customer service and everything was Trump or confederate flags. The absolute worst souvenir shop Ive been to in my life. I recommend that you dont even attempt to stop there, your better off going to a gas station which beats this place!

Im not one to insult anyones business...the employees are very nice and kind... the problem is...the sign is misleading... it claims to be the store...as seen on t.v slogan...it only had a small amount of products of that sign...

Went there because we saw SEVERAL awesome wind spinners out front (and on the side) so we stopped in to see how much only to find out that Theyre not for sale.. umm, okay. Then why have 10+ on display if Noone can buy any of them? Dont waste your time. Find a hidden gem that is not on the Parkway!

Very uncomfortable place. The women working there nearly made my younger sisters cry by screaming at them for looking at the crabs because she thought they were going to touch them. We left as soon as we can and decided to take our money elsewhere. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!!

This place is one of the smaller less updated souvenir shops in pigeon forge but it was by far my favorite! It wasnt over crowded and had different stuff than the other more touritsy ones!

Yikes. Everything in this store is very political and can make someone uncomfortable very quickly. Things are scattered all about and the walkway is barely clear. Clutter everywhere. Things aren’t marked with prices. Everything is Donald Trump related or has a Confederate Flag on it. The employee working didn’t acknowledge our existence and we tried to make conversation with her (asked how her day was going/ if they were busy). Absolute waste of time. They have cheap prices on some things but the quality of products seems to be very low. Everything seems cheaply made. Not worth the time it took to get out of the car and walk into this store. Will not return and would tell everyone I know not to stop here!

Great customer service.....the guy had a broke arm and was still nice and polite. Prices for items was fair and I will probably visit again tomorrow...:)

We have stopped in here before which is why we had to bring my wifes mother when she came to visit from Virginia. They have tons a cool gift ideas and really demonstrate a taste of the Smokeys.

This place was a real let down looks so big from the outside and most of it is repeat items through the store.They have different really neat game machines but none of them worked they had signs that said out of order.They had body sprays that you can cheaper from the actual stores.Most of the tee shirts looked cheaply made.Was not impressed in the least and wish I could of gotten my time back I spent in there.

Went there for souvenirs obviously, they had a good selection but the customer service was not good at all. I went with my family and there were two people in the store working and they never acknowledged that we were even in the store. They also didnt even have restrooms for their customers to use. If you want to shop in the most awkward environment possible, this may be your spot.

This place was awful. Nothing worth buying, and person working there was really rude. I asked her about one of the game machines sitting out back, if they were for sale or what their plan was for them. I thought it would be a really cool thing to have. She immediately told me that I had to leave the property and that she had to watch me leave. She watched my wife and I leave. We were looking for souvenirs for our family and since we couldnt find anything there we decided to go to another similar store like this one. We got in and looked around, like the other store we didnt see anything worth purchasing so my wife said that I should ask him if he knew the lady at the other store and ask why she was being so rude. Before I could even finish he story he says yeah I already got the phone call about it and I start laughing and say yeah do you understand that ? Well apparently he was on her side also because when she called him she said that I went up and said what would happen if something went missing I told him that I didnt say that and we explained what was said, but obviously he didnt believe us. Let me just say that if I wanted to steal something, I wouldnt ask what would happen if it went missing. I dont think anyone would. We wont ever be going back to this store and we have already warned several friends and family members. I would like to know who the owner of these stores are so I can let him know that he/she has the most unprofessional people working.

Parking is going to be a task if others are entering or exiting at the same time you are. Place is nice and has some pretty cool stuff in it.

A large disappointment. Although it had been a decade since we have been we found there were no longer available the .99 souvenirs we had found the first time. There was a small island of .99 items. My daughter summed it up by saying, more like everything ends in .99.

I would recommend this place to everyone it has a little bit of everything.

I expected just another souvenir shop... but its a run-down shop with poor customer service. As frequent visitors to the area, my husband and I are noting this one as a do not return more due to snarky customer service than cheap product.

I bought a scarf to use as a head band. The cashier was short, and rude. Please have change when you visit. If you will be paying with anything larger than a 20 you will be hatefully ask, thats all youre gettin, I was told you can get one at Walgreens then my husband handed her a 20, she then ended the conversation by asking in a demanding way, you aint got nothin no smaller. Lol, Guess we bothered het. I pray she smiles all day, and that everyone kill her with kindness.

Wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me . complete junk unless you want like keychains . confederate flags everywhere, they are very proud of them . the man at the counter had very horrible customer service, no smile, no thank you & no hello . when I gave him my husband’s credit card, who went outside to smoke a cigarette, the worker asked me for an id so I got my husband’s . He felt the need to examine the id and credit card for a while as if it were a fake . very large shirt selection but all the shirts are almost the same and tye die and the hoodies are overpriced for the quality .

I have never saw stores like this, city guy. N her first time living country, ( my wife) I cant see I am blind.
