Cool store. If you like things mild to OMG hot, they got it in stock. Theres probably a reason theres a fire truck out front. Go by and check out their hot sauce.

Tammy was so fun and helpful, we sampled alot of sauces and jellies, and we recieved a free hot sauce, (pepper palace is awesome)we took home a big bag of goodies!

First time at the outlet... However I am a long time Pepper Palace customer and this place had a lot more products to offer than my regular place in Williamsburg Outlet. So glad I stopped!

Stumbled across this place and really liked it. Lady was super nice and encouraged us to try anything we wanted. Lots of choices here (sauces, salsas, rubs, jellies, etc.). They also have a some super hot stuff that youre welcome to try....right after you sign a waiver. 😉

Ok 1st off, I love this place! This location is where they make all these hot sauces! Sample them. Sweat them. Buy them! They have salsa, seasonings, hot sauces and the best customer service I have experienced in the past 6 months! I enjoyed my experience, the product, the environment. Stop by and get some heat!!!!

Amazing flavors of small batch hot sauce. Hard to find good hot sauce if you like it above average spice. With reasonable prices, been shopping here for years and will keep coming back.

Tammy was the best!! Her personality made the whole experience at the Pepper Palace amazing! We sampled so many sauces and salsas. Everyone in my group purchased something and would come back again! Definitely worth the stop in you are in the Dandridge/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area!!

Pepper Palance has the best Honey Bourbon glaze. Some good seasonings. But very pricey

The people working in the back cooking are go gross. Stuff falls in the sause they just dig it out keep cooking. Employees smoke & come right back start cooking. They employees dont wear gloves.EAT AT UR OWN RISK !

The cashier was super friendly and welcoming. This place bottles their own sauces and labels them too. Awesome experience. They have a heat challenge, if you swallow four drops of their the end sauce and post it on social media you might be chosen for a cash prize. Awesome place, heat levels of all people. Will go back.

If you cant find a sauce,salsa or spice you like here, then you need to move on. It is a little high priced . But the sauces are good that I have bought. The 5 pepper, fire roasted salsa is very good.

This may be the greatest place on earth for a pepperhead I thought I could take the heat until I had some samples from here. Do yourself a favor and stop by here and pick up a couple that make you feel alive. You wont be sorry!

I declined taste testing Nepalm! There were two fellows who signed on the dotted line and stepped up to the torture! They were sweating, bent over, gagging and crying...,I thought they were going to vomit. The wretching was sickening to watch.

We got the garlic parmesan hot wings sauce, Egyptian hummus salsa, and sweet and sassy chili pepper sauce. The wings sauce was so good when we tasted it, we got 2 bottles. We used it when we stopped at Hardees and just like that the food we ordered simply elevated. Never done this before but now were gonna start a habit because of yall. So good! Very happy we checked out Pepper Palace.

Great place! It has the best sauces that I have ever tasted. The garlic parmesan buffalo sauce is amazing! We drove 1.5 hours for the sauce and the experience. You have to check them out. Free taste tests!

2/23/20: The woman working was extremely helpful. There is a tester bar so you can find what suits your taste best.

Loved it, Got married and this Pepper Palace was a place I had to go to before I left TN!! SO GLAD I DID. Took THE END challenge. As you can see it didnt break me at all. Not even a sweat, got the tee-shirt that said I survived the challenge (Almost) but I straight up NAILED IT. However the woman before me who tried it, had them dial 911 so I guess it was hot enough for her. I love the Death by Salsa though. I am really pleased with its taste and the heat. My husband got some pretty good non-threatening stuff he really liked. I had my friend try the MR. PAIN hot sauce I bought and she actually cried. My husbands friend tried it after watching me put about 2 tablespoons on a taco and he just dipped his fingertip into the hot sauce and he screamed and cursed at me and now thinks I am crazy. So yeah...this place is amazing.

Everybody needs to try their Nasal Napalm horseradish. If you want a good laugh get someone else to try it first. They have some excellent salsas also.

This is a great place to get tasty, spicy condiments. Ihave used this store for six years. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. My visit on 11/30 was informative and fun due to a clerk taking time to assist me and joke around.

From the road that place may not look like much, once you enter however, hot sauce lovers of all walks will be in a world of Delight. Some of the best sauces I have ever tasted in my life came across my tongue in this small facility. As a six-foot-four Burley mans man who is tougher than tough I recommend against taking The End challenge. The sauce is so hot that five drops had me eating ice cubes for 3 hours while my wife laughed uncontrollably. The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and entertaining. I strongly advise you to buy a Lil Nitro gummy bear. Give it to one of yours super tough friends and see how long it takes him to stop crying. If you go to Tennessee do not and I repeat do not miss this place.

So cool. Its just like a regular store, bit its where they make the stuff.

Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the products when asked. When I first walked in and said the promotional slogan, her response was unambitious and she was upset that she needed to get more hot sauce. Another customer was leaving the store after buying nothing and ask why I was getting the free sauce. She just gave him a bottle and he left. I had to ask to sample the products and felt like I was bothering her. I did buy several jars of product which was put in a small bag that started ripping on my way to the car. She advised she only had a small supply of larger bags and needed to save those for customers who bought more. I was the only one in the store!! Who was she saving them for?

Very unhappy with this place. Me and the family were heading out to do a week vacation and I planned the route just so we could come here before heading on. Got here at 11am and waited 20 mins place was closed and no one showed up. I feel so let down since this was the only place I had picked for myself for the family trip. Maybe next year I can try again.
