Thursday Nov 4th. Let me say that playing on your phone and doing whatever with only 2 of us there, is UNACCEPTABLE. I know he heard us talking and he 100% and completely ignored us for that TEXT message that came across. We spent a good 20 minutes looking and needed help, giving him a bone thinking he would help us, but he surely missed the target with that one. We still got our hats, and went about our business.. Doesnt surprise me anymore anyways... And people wonder WHY you buy online so you can just avoid going to places like this when the help does not even want to talk or help. At least acknowledge I am in your store.. I probably could of walked out with my hat he was so into his phone. I wouldnt but just giving you the indication of what this was like. I think next time, I will buy online.. I was at most stores at the outlet that day.. This was the worst of them. the others at least they knew I was in their store. Do better, for real.

I had the same experience with other reviewers with the store not being open when the hours say it would be. My son bought a hat but needed to exchange it. We were headed back to GA and got there at 10:30 figuring it opens at 11:00 like it says on a Saturday. An employee parked beside us, a young male in his 20s, got out of his car and went in for about 20 minutes. Then he came out, drove away and never came back. Finally, at 11:30, I called the outlet number and she said they were supposed to be open and didnt know why they wouldnt be. During this time there were MANY people walking by attempting to get in but the doors were locked. This is absolutely unacceptable! Whoever is in charge of putting the wrong hours on the door and then not being open during those times needs to get it together! We ended up just leaving at 11:45 and was unable to exchange the hat as we do not have a LIDS close to us. The employee that left knew we were waiting to get in and he at least could have said something to us if he didnt plan on coming back! This business will be under new leadership soon if they dont get it together.

Google has their store hours wrong. They open at 11am and close at 8pm Sun-Thurs and 11am-9pm on Friday and Saturday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great selection of hats and a lot of cool NBA throwback jerseys. They also do custom embroidery. Pretty cool store and people. Definitely recommend checking it out 10/10

Dont bother complete waste of your time not sure when they actually open wasted trip two days in a row.

Stood outside this store because the door said 5pm and so I came back at 5pm and still not open not acceptable specially on Labor Day weekend

This location is closed. Been there three times on three separate days (Sat, Mon, and Tues) and lights were off with locked doors.Location closed.

Found what we wanted but Im only giving one star because of the sales girl Piper. No hello, no thank you, no acknowledgement at all.

Worst lids I have ever been in. Straight attitude from the sales person Marshall he needs to learn customer service. Will never stop here again!

This Lids was really busy but yet had the Best customer service. Victoria helped us with getting our company logo on some hats and setting up a business account with them. We will be ordering more because of her willingness to go the extra mile to take care of us. Thank you!

Nice place to visit if you like hats. They can engrave just about anything on them and have plenty of different ones to choose from. however they are a little expensive, but hey everything is these days.

We got some good hats here for my friend for styles he was looking for. The prices were very reasonable but the staff was very unpleasant and did not at all during the time there.

Had the cup lids I was looking for.good selection of cups.

I never saw so many baseball caps in one place. My niece from California shopped there and found what she hadnt been able to find at several other stores. Great selection and staff
