This is the second replacement project from LB Chase and just as with the first one it was first rate! I needed to replace a 25 year old package unit and Jay offered me a set of options and answered all questions. The install crew did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. The following day a service technician arrived to perform a complete system checkout and ensure I didnt have any questions. In the photo, to the right of the new package unit, is one of the two mini-splits they installed earlier this year.

Their office people are great as well. Also, If you are interested in the efficiencies of ductless mini-split technology, Devin is really knowledgeable in this area & a breeze to work with. This has been critical for me, because I have found over the years that with this particular technology, its important to have the right person diagnosing & fixing the issues. Got new gas stove and had them install a range vent over it, that is vented outside. They manufactured new mount to install in best way. Completed in timely manner and cleaned up throughout. Job well done and would recommend them to do any mechanical needed.

James, Maurice, and David replaced our 2 Ton Heat Pump and they were so professional in their work. They spent the day putting in a new air handler and condenser. The workmanship is unbelievable and of high quality. They cleaned up after themselves, left the workmanship is absolutely flawless, and the finished product makes us extremely happy to have hired LB Chase Mechanical.. Service repairman was very informative as he was determining the issue. Once the problem was discovered, he inquired with Trane about my warranty and called back to inform me the part was covered under warranty. The part was in very quickly and the repair was scheduled promptly. I’m very happy with the service and friendly repairman.

The company has always been prompt and calls before arrival. We needed a new heat pump and it only took a few days from quite to install. The gentlemen that came out were polite, took care to keep things neat and pick up after themselves when finished. Definitely a wonderful company to deal with!

LB Chase did an incredible job for our family. We have been using another local company which we will not list here that we were incredibly unhappy with for 10 years.. We have been through problem after problem over the last 10 years and of course it is never there fault and they never follow up.We paid a lot of money for our 2 A/C units and were always made to feel like we were a burden each time we called with a problem. Believe me we would have loved not to have to call and the work have been right the first time. Our 10 year warranty had just ended and we looked up reviews on different local companies to call. The reviews for LB Chase were flawless and now we know why. Our A/C unit went out and our house was around 95 degrees. When we called I talked to an incredibly nice, professional and understanding lady on the phone. She told me how sorry she was that our a/c had gone out and said she would get someone out right away. I felt at that point after talking to her that we had made the right decision. Thank you to her first of all. Then not too long later we received a call from Greg saying he was headed our way. He arrived within the hour. He worked his butt off to get our units running right and kept me informed the whole time as to what he was doing. The price was incredibly fair and now we are back to enjoying the comfort of our AC units. We are going to have to replace one unit this Fall and we will not call anyone else but LB Chase in the future. This company is the best!! I will not use anyone else. They keep notes on what was done so even if you ever have to have someone different from the company they know what’s been done and they send you a copy of the notes. This time it was a I d 10 T ( idiot) problem which happened to be me😂😂😂. Never implied that but I knew it was my mistake. But now I’m educated on it and it shouldn’t happen again. Great company and come out pretty quick.

Called on a Sunday morning. Cost $109. for a trip charge as it was off hours vs. $79. during regular hours. The tech showed up about 30 minutes later. He was polite and professional. Had two issues, one with air conditioner part, and a small leak in the hot water heater. Total cost was about $450. bucks. I would recommend them if your in need of service.

Our downstairs AC stopped cooling while it has been low to mid 90s for over a week. I called LB Chase at 1:00pm and within an hour a technician was at my house and had it repaired. Can’t ask for any better than that! Local company and local people. I highly recommend LB Chase!

We just purchased our first home three months ago, and already we have had to have work done on our heating unit. (Go figure!) It was New Years day and we panicked, knowing no one could get out to help us the same day. The heat was OUT, blowing cold air, so we called HEP originally... and after two hours of not even getting a confirmation that they could or could not come out, I cancelled the call. I then called LB Chase and spoke with Pam. She was wonderful! Not only was she incredibly kind and forthcoming, she assured me a technician would be to our house asap. I had to call her from work to organize everything while my husband, small daughter, and pets were home freezing. She called me back shortly after to let me know someone would be to our house within 30 minutes, and he was. Within the hour, my family was happy and warm! We will have to replace our entire unit very soon, and we rest easy knowing we can finance through LB Chase - we wont go anywhere else.
